    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare Just did your troubleshoot steps but still issue persist. And plz don't give such stupid trouble shootings like a kids. Only 2G is working, also very slow unable to even browse

    @ViCustomerCare sir in my area iam facing a network issue from a long time and the problem has not been solved yet. Whenever there is electric cut the signal also goes.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the most useless customer care ever. To talk to your customer care I was told by your customer care to get a sim from another service provider. Thank you for the advice I will be now try to change my service provider to anyone else.
