    @ViCustomerCare 66rs. deducted from my number by automatic VAS caller tune. Wtf. When will you guess stop looting people like this. I never recharge with big amount due to this issue. Vi is cheater.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services in #Goa were clearly down yesterday due to the cyclone, which was perfectly understandable. However, when I asked if they were down, this was denied and I was told to check my phone/SIM. There's no harm in admitting that something is wrong, you know.
