    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @VodafoneIN 100 times I have Elaborated to your online complaints and Care Centres , Blunder issue in network, Internet is running pathetic like 2G , calldrops everything makes @VodafoneIN the worst network ever. I just need my number Port to other company and my money back.

    @VodafoneIN I am trying to get a number reactivated and called the customer care. They say it's a postpaid number and don't have my details as it is prepaid. Now they are asking me to call 198 by idea/vodafone number. I told them that I don't have any other number and

    @damanigopal @ViCustomerCare Yes every where it’s like that only. They will ask you to change sim card, but please don’t Do . They will charge you and loot. If they ask you to change, port to other network.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare 11.25pm Thursday March 4th. I dial 198 and I get connected to another customer who is complaining for dropped calls. Is this how you solve queries Vi. Connect 2 frustrated customers and let them sort it out. Nice 👍

    Why are some apps and websites like Twitter, Reddit, telegram throttled on your network @ViCustomerCare ? It is clearly visible when I switch my data sim.

    @ViCustomerCare As per our conversation I was told that number is active and sms service would be blocked for 24 hours after replacement Sim activation. More than 24 hours have passed but the messages won't get sent or received. Very disappointing service.👎
