  @ViCustomerCare Given portability request on May 28 to move from VI to Jio due to network and wrong billing concerns happening since November 2020. Already gave enough opportunities to Vodafone to resolve this but no improvement even after 6 month. Need immediate switch from VI.

  @ViCustomerCare There are huge network problems in my area. Network speed is Very very slow. I can't receive any calls. If I will call someone then didn't get his voice clearly! My issue was not resolved. My area is agayanandanpur, bankura, west Bengal, India. Pin - 722203.
