    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Network problem in Jio, we are facing network problem last 9 months, after complain again and again not solve network problem till time, many time complain.... His say 20 to 3p day waiting for, after waiting, his say again wait for few days, Complain close within 2 days

    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @ViCustomerCare I had ported my Airtel number into Vodafone. While porting they given me Vodafone sim. I buy FRC voucher but still I’m not getting 4g experience it frequently diverts to 3g. Then internet goes blank. I called Vi customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi ! You guys just reply on tweet and do nothing else , zero number to your customer service , U just Stop the Vip numbers and resell them to same owners for hefty amount ,this is your strategy. Bloody Shame , worst telecom company every exist .

    @ViCustomerCare you continue 2 amaze with ur extremely unprofessional & inompetent behaviour. After my previous complaint of my mother not having received 28 days validity extension even after recharge, you hv managed 2 increase validity by mere 7 days. Rs49 for 7 days? Reallly?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Kirandeep, I answered the call but couldn't hear anything because of VI network issue. I have already shared my alternate number multiple times and not sure why are you people not calling on it. This is the last time iam sharing it. 8087864276.

    @ViCustomerCare Tried all the above still huge call drops, calls getting disconnected and sometimes suddenly go blank And please don't tell me you are upgrading your network, cause an hearing the same since last 8-9 years... Without any results

    @ViCustomerCare my number port in with Vi but its not verified from since last 6/7 days i suppose to hear recorded message , no call received for verification since number operated i think i made mistake to portin with vodafone through celltone shivajipark poor service from them

    Hey @ViCustomerCare don't get me started on how rude your customer care is. 1. Someone must have given a reference number of mine for a theirs and they are not in contact with us. 2. Their bill is outstanding and we have paid ours but we get calls every day annoying us (..1)
