Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

@VodafoneIN I am trying to get a number reactivated and called the customer care. They say it's a postpaid number and don't have my details as it is prepaid. Now they are asking me to call 198 by idea/vodafone number. I told them that I don't have any other number and

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @VodaIdea_NEWS At last my issue resolved by Ms Arya ur front line staff. She is truly an asset to ur Contact Centre. After listening to my issue she sorted in just few mins which was pending for hrs. She has very good basic tech info of mobile phone. KEL-V00444960526

@ViCustomerCare why are you charging people for bogus crap such as caller tunes without even confirming with the people. How about making a service people want to use vis a vis a hell they only use because its impossible to end services under your maze of bureaucracy.

Internet service of #vodafoneindia has gone worse now. No speed. If it works sometimes, it's net speed is not better than 2G. Poor service guys! If it remains same, I will have to port out :( @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn
