So it finally happened. Was stuck with a medical emergency, tried to call the doctor and was forced to listen to a 20-second long rant about vaccines that I couldn't skip. @ViCustomerCare you guys are just plain pathetic.

@Fashionopolis @ViCustomerCare Your telecom company would never send message from a 10 digit mobile phone. They will not call themselves Vodafone anymore as it's changed to Vi. Ignore it. It's a phishing message.

High price on minimum recharge restriction to send sms set by @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Recharge of minimum ₹129 to be eligible to send normal sms is very high charge. Pls remove this restriction. @TRAI Pls look into this seriously and think of poor people in our country.
