    @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.

    @ViCustomerCare I know nothing is going to happen. I have no choice but to use your snail paced service, the other two are hopeless as well and the one remaining seems to be searching signals on the moon.

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Previous months, I wanted to close my VI postpaid SIM because I was facing multiple issues. Sometimes the internet was not working properly, and suddenly my number got suspended without any valid reason.
