  @ViCustomerCare Ya sure I definitely would like to give a try! Arrogant @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia don’t deserve genuine customers who pays! All they want is money while giving no good service. They even aren’t responding to my request for activating FastLane on my number, why to stay then?

  @ViCustomerCare I mistakenly recharged my other Vi number instead of my dad’s Vi number with the ₹3,599 yearly plan. I don’t need a refund if you can transfer the plan to my dad’s number. If that’s not possible, please cancel the recharge and refund @airtelindia @CRED_club

  @ViCustomerCare No network on my number while on international roaming for the last few days. Tried everything with no luck. Roaming pack is active till June 2027 but I’m missing important OTPs. Any help?

  @ViCustomerCare So clearly, the issue is NOT simply “low balance.” I have an active ₹2249 annual plan valid until May 2027, plus additional talktime balance. I have been using the same type of annual recharge for the last 3 years and have consistently received OTPs and incoming SMS while abroad

  @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @AdityaBirlaGrp I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. My postpaid connection is not working since 16th and in return what I get is false commitments and fake promises on mail, on telephone and what not.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worst customer care service. Complaint opened by customer , closed by backend team without giving resolution. Now telling to open 2nd complaint which I'm sure will get closed as per comfort of thr team. My 1st complaint is still unresolved. @TRAI

  Dear @ViCustomerCare wtf , When as soon as recharge due date coming your internet speed going 9k and when I completed recharge then your network has dead Why are you all telecom sector making fool us , I'm doing every month recharge for 5G data but I'm unable to use it why ?
