    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @DoT_India It seems your support team has no coordination with the delivery team, as they are unable to provide any accurate status for my SIM delivery (Order ID: DCHD20042685728). You promise 24-hour delivery? It’s been 5 freaking days!!!

    Wanted to PORT from @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare. VIis such scam that they called saying to be representative of Jio and asked to send CANCEL to 1900 claiming doing so will migrate to Jio in 12hrs. No wonder why VI sucks #vodafone #trai #jio

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is still pending. Zero data connectivity indor . I complained for a week but no resolution. Also close complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my SIM from Airtel to Vodafone Idea. There was good network for a day or two and now the network is always bad. And this so so so frustrating

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi network in my area is terrible. No internet and constant call drops. I've complained to customer care multiple times but got absolutely no response or resolution. Please fix this immediately! #ViNetwork #NetworkIssue
