@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @PrakashJavdekar in our area(pin- 742165, 742407, 742101,742102) vodafone network is always down. No call can be completed without interruption or u can say call drop. Many times during day mobile network is stay at 'not-reachable' stage.

Very bad service by vi in my area complain most of time but problem is not resolve always show no service in most of time please improve network otherwise we will port to other operator @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

I again called in customer care and this time Danish picked up. Even though I was irritated I talked to him nicely and told him to connect me with his manager. He said I am doing and put my call on hold. Once again I was insulted by the Customer executive of @ViCustomerCare.
