    @ViCustomerCare 3. Focus on proper customer service not on fake promises. 4. You don't need 5g to stay in market just make your 4g the best that people will start saying vi's 4g == other operators 5g, and in order to achieve this state you need to upgrade towers at new locations

    @ViCustomerCare here are few of the analysis which can revive your company:- 1. Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

    @ViCustomerCare poor Customer service. Balance deductions happens automatically and your agents blame I did it. Very unprofessional Customer agents answering calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing to get in touch with me, i have already explained my issue hope you understand my issue, i need the resolution not any call backs. No one is able to reach to me, lots of oppurtunities were missed bcos of your poor network.

    The worst network and worst customer car3 i have ever seen is @ViCustomerCare. @TRAI If you are not able to provide proper network service just quit like aircel. I have been facing network issues for more than a month, also no network in most of the places in india.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vi team is continuously failed to deliver the committed services of voice call concerns, call drop and poor data speed. Raising above concerns since 2020 but didn't received positive respons. #takkar

    @ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Since Mr. Takkar and his entire Vi team is sleeping since 2 years and unable to resolve the below concerns: a. Ongoing call interuption b. Frequent call drop c. Poor data speed Thinking to move #Airtel with hope to not have above issues and better services than #VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I was never faced such issue in Vodafone network. Past 10 days there is no proper network support in our location. More number of complaints are registered there is no use.. u know one thing don't loose the valuable customer 😡😡😡 pin code 603202..

    @ViCustomerCare every since Vodafone merged with idea the network has become absolute ****. Not one online game will loggin if I'm using the VI network. ABSOLUTE TRASH NETWORK.

    @ViCustomerCare there are 2 vi sims on my android. one limited data pack is giving proper network connectivity. other with unlimited data 4g pack is giving speed of 0.1kb/s. if it is due to apps or any cookies how is it possible. ur social media support team is useless.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised multiple complaints for the very slow internet connection in the surrounding areas of Assam University, Silchar. But, Vi failed to provide any solution and closed all the Complaints without asking me. How nice the Customer Service is! Just Shameful!
