  @ViCustomerCare So i visited another store as well which i had visited earlier on saturday as well regarding my issue , so the store manager simply refuses to help saying " this not our issue but rather a customer service issue so must be sorted out by their end " Big slow claps @ViCustomerCare

  So i receive a call from @ViCustomerCare socialmedia team regarding my billing issue who takes on board a store manager named Abhishek on a conference call who asks me to visit his store. I do so turns out there is no1 named abhishek there .
