  @ViCustomerCare My concern is very specific and requires a clear resolution: 1. I never authorized the ₹210.17 Vi Movies & TV subscription/auto-renewal. 2. I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.

  (1)My aged ailing mother who lives alone in a different city and who has been a customer of Idea for over a decade now has her number suddenly deactivated without any intimation. She uses the number everyday and has recharge pack active. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

  I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

  If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers
