  @ViCustomerCare I have heard that vi is taking 5g test in gujarath. But using vi data service in Vengurla is worst experience. Complained many times, no use. Only one way remains to leave network. God may save you 🙏.

  @ViCustomerCare a postpaid number was purchased by me but I never activated the SIM. I have never shared OTP for activating the sim, then how can you generate monthly bills??@DoT_India @TRAI. Now everyday i am receiving calls from recovering agents.

  @ViCustomerCare This store (Nr Kasak, Bharuch Gujarat) staff lied that they don’t have sim card. Also misguide me to visit another store. (Tulsidham, Bharuch). When I called Suman Ma’am they suddenly have new sim! Issues resolved.
