Vi India has got to have the worst network, customer service & probably everything whatsoever! 1. Barred my outgoing for no reason 2. Unable to reach their customer service 3. Their chatbot sucks in the app 4. They arent letting me move out of the network @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare After many follow ups with customer care and local store visit nobody is ready to help me. Vodafone idea send me a big bill to me with add Amazon prime subscriptions and all without my permissions. This not a good behaviour.

@ViCustomerCare @trai.. after trying all option for DND ,Vi sends numerous sms every day .. I ask Vi let me know how to block or put DND to ur promo, adv sms’s, it’s so disturbing from Vi put a stop to all this nonsense sms’s and if possible improve service.

Every telecom provider in India sucks at the moment. @ViCustomerCare has worst network coverage and connectivity. @Airtel_Presence is plagued with call drops and provides 2G speed at 4G cost. Along with that airtel's coverage in Remote areas also sucks.
