    @ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution they gave, go to a near by Vi store(i.e. 78km away) and get my sim checked, buy a new sim because it's old(bought in 2018) that could be a fault. Do not expect refund. Thank you so much Vi for helping me.

    @ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution you came up with after a week, my sim is old(2018) so it's not like Jio that can still do it's job, I am supposed to go to nearest Vi store(78 km), buy a new sim. No refunds. Thanks Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare More then 12 hours are over still there is no response and u all say it a good company. I will call it a hell of a company who doesn't know customer service. @rmstakkar CEO is also of no use. Just made a Twitter I'd but work zero

    I was wondering why vi isn't able to retain its users? Now I got the reason, how can any customer be there with a company whose customer support just closes the complaint everytime without providing any assistance to customer. Great @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Agent Name unknown it's your corporate office 09594004000 9.12 am today. A CORPORATE OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT ITS OWN COMPANY AND SHE EXPECTS ME TO UNDERSTAND AND CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. I DID THAT ALSO NOW THE CUSTOMER CARE SAID TO CALL THE VODAFONE STORE.
