  @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.

  @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.
