@ViCustomerCare still internet connection is not restored in my area for all idea users in my area internet connection is very poor i am complainting from 2 months but no response from idea if u don't restore Internet here within 2 days more than 40 idea users will port

@ViCustomerCare I made 4 complain about 4g issue, unfortunately unskilled staff not handle the network issue and I think they can not do in future.and give the wrong information about rectification. And no one are verify fully careless, hopeless, so by by Vi , already I made MNP thank you.

Just got a call from @ViCustomerCare telling me that they cant confirm me at which date d issue will b resolved.They r yet to take permission from senior team.o gosh ! You havent taken any permission yet so I think this issue will take more than a week.Time to port then....
