@ViCustomerCare Even start ups would be better than vodafone and donkeys provide better service than vodafone. Atleast they follow the instructions. My vodafone no. is inactive since months despite paying bills. Can some one look into it

@ViCustomerCare pathetic network experience .both voice & data services are worst at its best .being a postpaid customer since long doesn't have any value .fed up of registering network complaints which are being closed without resolution.

@ViCustomerCare Mr. Viraj, According to my current operator, there is no o/s of any kind in your no. towards previous operator. But still I am getting calls from VI for the outstanding. I have email replies of VI customer care asking me to pay the amt. Address the concern pls don't ignore. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare VI is getting more pathetic everyday. It seems VI is still in Stone Age . Still there is no resolution even after multiple complaints. Now I am completely ready to port to other network. _!__

@ViCustomerCare I am being charged Rs. 131 for free caller tune which is unfair. When i talked to customer care, i was told that this amount will be adjusted in next month billing, bt it did not happened and now i m being told dat no such communication happened. Such fake people.
