Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

SUDARSHAN KUMAR (@SUDARSH64280223) reported@ViCustomerCare Hey i am a user of Vi network using using from last 1-2 years, but i get know that there is no tower in my area which is Sector 36 and Sector 37, i visited the Vi store, 2-3km away the speed was around 200 mbps but in my home it is just 10-15 mbps, worst of all.!

Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. π© customer service.

Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.
