    @ViCustomerCare Hii, Mere cell per incoming calls mein kuch dino se problem aa rahi hai. Caller ko" out of coverage area" ya 'not reachable' ka message milta hai. Problem jaldi solve karen. Customer care se proper response nahi mil raha hai.

    @ViCustomerCare says "We have checked the serving site of your location and it is max optimized at best possible level." Instead of investing in new tower VI is justifying itself thru silly excuse. VI takes money and instead of giving service asks for patience. Pathetic!

    @ViCustomerCare.Poor network in my area,calls get dropped,signals are very week,inside your home you are not able to take calls, u need to go outside to talk calls Pathetic service, and no support from customer care
