    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    @ViCustomerCare shameless service. I wish things were normaI I wud hv ported my number by now. I switched to postpaid n made a mistake. U all do not hv answer for a simple caller tune.Also I recharged my mom’s number but no balance credited yet. Will port both our numbers soon.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI My query is very simple, if the network provider is same then how come just changing from postpaid to prepaid changes everything?Is it really required to stay on the network for 90 days when we change from post to prepaid of the same service provider?

    @ViCustomerCare I have applied MNP from @BSNLCorporate. It is more than 5 working days, the process is not completed yet. When calling customer care, I am getting reply that we do not have any data.
