ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

@ViCustomerCare Speed of vodafone 4G in my area are worst can not open a single website while using vodafone . Sometimes 4G tower lost . On 2G calling facility are poor many time otp delay call not received . Fix your service . Customer more than 7 years

@ViCustomerCare The data connection is very instable. It frequently disconnects. Then again I have to switch back aeroplane mode and connection comes back and after few minutes same process I have to repeat. Please resolve issue soon. Area is Palghar West Pincode 401404.
