    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    @ViCustomerCare Has been clocking sales calls for higher plans and higher GB Internet data of 200GB+, when not even 10% can be utilised due to "No Network Availability" and frequent call drops despite living besides a telecom tower. @TRAI these new plans aren't new subscribers

    @ViCustomerCare U guys surely know how to generate bills on inactive number and to ensure that disconnection notice never gets processed We call this sludge in behavioral economics. I have paid over 5000 rs till date since May 2022 for 2 numbers that i used for one week only.
