    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If you need to link an email address to your customer's account, make an effort to get it from your customer instead of randomly keying in someone else's email. I've been a customer for 10+ years & this has been a constant problem for me.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is so pathetic that even to pay the bill on your app it doesn’t give a proper internet. If i make and put a tower in my place tomorrow, that would give a better connection than Vi.
