    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    Service is very slow @ViCustomerCare I have online ordered postpaid sim on 18th Aug 2022 and today is 22nd Aug 2022 but stll it's not delivered yet.. I'm still waiting. I wanted to become part of Vi but now I am rethinking. If possible deliver till tomorrow. DCHD18082207573

    @ViCustomerCare No signal in phone since tonight. I visited store,they told to exchange sim, In processing Otp mail error. They said to come after 2hrs.. Phone is dead since tonight.Very Pathetic service. Surely Quit Vodafone services.
