    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My phone internet is not working for some of the web sites at all. It works completely fine if connect it to a wifi. For this issue, I'm not able to call 198 or register complain using VI app.

    @ViCustomerCare I visited the Vi store yesterday N they were able to resolve the issue which i was reporting to your social media team last week and the same is short lived!! Request to check what they have done to resolve!!!

    I have recharged my vi number with rs 418 but recharge was not reflected to my number ...Customer care is not responding correctly for my recharge..@ViCustomerCare I want my recharge to reflect on my account if vi is superior network don't scam innocent people.@ViCustomerCare
