    ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

    @ViCustomerCare vi claims to be the fastest network but i am experiencing the opposite.. please upgrade your network in my area..it is so problematic.i already complained many times no fix yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I think This firm found a way to loot the customer earned money potentially by activating VAS, and no coordination between the call center team, everyone gives me new information. waste of using this service.

    @ViCustomerCare ADR toh diya nahi jaa rha so this is how you try to loot customers. Send me the correct bill or else I'll also take this issue to consumer court and PMO. Also send the correct bill to my father no as well. He's being overcharged and the amt is 400.

    @ViCustomerCare I've been charged twice from my main balance for allegedly choosing to access SONGS and FUN PORTAL; I doesn't even know what it is! Unfortunately I'm not the first one to experience this shameful act from Vi service!!#stopunauthorizeddeductions #shameonvi
