@ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

Dear @ViCustomerCare Its been 4 days almost and in my area i am not able to run mobile internet. I already gave a complaint to VI Customer care via phone but still the issue is not being resolved. Complain no ASM-V01050506122. My address Lane Baishya Saikia lane Baihata Chariali.

The funniest ad is going on nowadays as #vicustomercare aka Vodafone Idea is going ga ga about launch of their 5G services. However they're even not being able to provide 3G also. The poorest network coverage that anyone has ever seen.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for resolving issue. Please block these special numbers of 5 digits, charging exorbitant amount. It's tough for customers to bear the charges. For Win win position u must act like this time, for such complains. Please do take care. Thanks once again for resolution..
