ODI-V00737317228 is a network issue since 7th December. First assured me same will be solved within 11th December. But now date is extended upto 14th December. Is it Aditya Birla Idea cellular service or state govt Tahasil Department ? @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?

@ViCustomerCare What is the issue with ur network? You may be the fastest as specified by @Ookla but once the lockdown is declared in kolkata, you stopped sms service and we are not able to make any payments? I am not recieving sms in my area pin-711110. Please check the same.
