@ViCustomerCare My two complaints KOL V00939294540 & KOL V00953328262 got only stock replies. No improvement yet. Fun is here, as my wife, getting disgusted with you, is porting her number to other service provider, she is being given full network at the same location. Carry-on!

@ViCustomerCare I have been charged 499/ for Netflix subscription even though I am member of REDX plan.There has been no resolution from customer care despite follow ups. You are requested to pls reverse the amount which has been charged without any reason and confirm.
