    @TRAI should bring a reform to Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service by introducing an online registration process to get UPC code. These days, @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare are not allowing any outgoing SMS until we recharge a minimum plan of ₹129. Kindly look into the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to use your Data service since 3 days. I was in touch with customer care they said they are resolving the issue and it will take 24 hours but still after 72 hours the problem remains same. Could you please tell me the reason ?

    @ViCustomerCare please resolve my internet speed problem even I am complaining last 3 months but you guys never resolve my issues after complaining it's start working well a few day then again same problem appear. I am facing with problem to play Crome, YouTube and other media.

    @ViCustomerCare i got new Vi sim last week but yet not getting internet I have filed complaint and got a message that my peoblem has resolved but actually there is no improvement in my internet speed I even can't send messages on whatsapp while sitting in my room Please help
