  @VodafoneIN Youbroadband customer care numbers are just IVR.. Automated complaints are registered and resolved.. Again next day connection becomes pathetic. No engineers visit or call, area manager doesn't pick up the call either.

  @ViCustomerCare Hello I did MNP from Airtel to VI. I just swapped the sim. It is showing VI network but when I call it is asking for some oic to activate. How to do that.? I am in Urgency.

  @youbroadband @VodafoneIN is same like government.... no reply and no action for the interruption... As gujarat government said 24*7 electricity bit its not happened and same to same #youbroadband service...

  @VodafoneIN @youbroadband Yesterday whole day broadband was down. In evening it started. Today from morning its again stopped. As today is Sunday nobody is attending nearby 4 km area. Shame on such services. Govt employees also attend problem on Sunday bt Youbroadband will not.

  @ViCustomerCare @vodafone Today morning I recharge my number 998265625 with the help of @freecharge application. Amount is 149/- deducted from my bank account. #freecharge shows transaction is successfully completed. But my phone is not recharged.

  @ViCustomerCare order no DCHD06022242090..... I have placed a prepaid order for SIM two days back but still the SIM is not delivered. Was to be delivered the same day but I person calls, but does not turn up. Pls cancel the order and refund immediately.
