    Worst after sales service ever!! Literally!!! Don't buy you broadband!! I'm changing my broadband as soon as possible. From past 3 days my internet isn't working. Stupid technician from their department cut my wire and I recently bought youbroadband. @youbroadband @VodafoneIN

    @rmstakkar Using mobile services from last 16 years but never this level of worst services, Everyone on the twitter is just replying the same message but no one is giving the resolution, this is just hell services, Even the head @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare has no responsibility.

    @VodafoneIN Youbroadband customer care numbers are just IVR.. Automated complaints are registered and resolved.. Again next day connection becomes pathetic. No engineers visit or call, area manager doesn't pick up the call either.

    Any update on this @VodafoneIN @ajitkmenon if you can help. The issue is, during this contry lockdown one of my number's plan got changed with a request received on Vodafone Mini Store. I need some authentic person talking to me on this. Regards

    @ViCustomerCare since couple of weeks facing LTE network problem in my 4G phone. With Post paid plan compelled to pay regularly despite of resolutions of error after registering complain thrice.🙏

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
