    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. When I applied for porting, I was getting lots of call but unfortunately when I want to complaint none was reachable. I shall wait, let's see. Thank you for your prompt response.

    @ViCustomerCare Applied for International roaming(USA) for 9426662515 from 30/4 to 15/6. However, it only worked for 7 days. Called customer care for partial refund but as per them, charges would be levied even though service was not provided. Worst service ever experienced.

    @ViCustomerCare @TheSuhaniShah Vi today I have a worst experience from you it's very disgusting, I do it 19 rupees recharge , the validity is on, but outgoing and incoming call is off ..very worst experience today from you and I nothing expecting from you this type of behaviour, I hate you, you're such a liar.

    Pathetic conversation with @ViCustomerCare care on 198. Customer care guy told me "we can't to anything, you recharge again with ₹ 500 or you move to other network. After being a customer for 17 Yr this is what you get. No option left other than to port on other network.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about my network issue for last 2 years. I am using postpaid card and I am not getting basic facility of network. Dropping of call 10-12 times a day have become common.I have not used your internet for past 3-4 months.

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService
