    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare I keep some balance but as soon as your system finds an un-utilised balance, it gets greedy and activates Caller tune services putting shameful songs spoiling our reputations. Then your customer service denies and when informed about legal proceedings, they process for a refund.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about my network issue for last 2 years. I am using postpaid card and I am not getting basic facility of network. Dropping of call 10-12 times a day have become common.I have not used your internet for past 3-4 months.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare If Someone Using Plan of 799 how can u set limit Of 800₹ ?? When Bill Generated How much after GST ? Crossed D limit then You Are so Pathetic To Discontinued D service! Surprise! I m Regretting now on My Decision to PORT into VI.

    @VodafoneIN I have already called the @youbroadband customer care like more than 10 times now in last couple of days. They just repeat the same spoon feeded words. I don't think your company is working.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare is doing a total fraud!! I recharged with ₹95 plan and I was promised to get 4 gb internet with this plan but guess what I received no internet with the plan!!! Never ever go for this fraud network!!! Worst sim ever!!

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR

    @ViCustomerCare I simply need enough connectivity to talk to my mother every day, even though I am away from home. Therefore, I earnestly request you to send your technical team to the location to fix the network issues so that I can at least speak with my mother over the phone
