    @VodafoneIN Don't make your valuable customer(specially A RETAILER) fool by giving them same & same answers with only change the name in last.... Your service is totally crashed & no voice call& internet access is going properly & u r making just fake promises

    Dear @VodafoneIN now it's limit of tolerance... It's hard to hear a ring now when we call on any number...voice is totally unheareble Plz give me my UPC code..I don't want to use Vodafone,also don't want to sell it from my store..**** off your network.@TRAI

    61 days gone..of my 1st complaint.. of your fake & wrost & crashed & chutiya banane Wala network..@VodafoneIN 2 timelines gone of YOUR COMPANY.. Still result is ZERO..full of voice breaking,call dreoup,no internet access..& u don't give me my UPC CODE too..

    Hello @VodafoneIN The biggest telecom company of India...your time limit is over of 1st October..still no proper network,no data access,full voice breaking during call,automatically disconnecting running call. Kindly give me my UPC code

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.

    I accidentally recharged my number even though my existing plan is already valid till June. The recharge was done just now. I kindly request you to please cancel this recharge and process a refund or adjust it accordingly. @ViCustomerCare

    The @ViCustomerCare network in my area is so bad. Even though I have an active plan, callers are frequently told that my number is 'out of reach' or 'switched off.', even BSNL has improved its service here, yet Vi remains unreliable. Please look into this connectivity issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare the ongoing call, my call was cut by your employee without giving complete information, regarding which a complaint has been registered in your company to take strict action within 24 hours and call back.. Despite the completion of 24 hours, no positive response.
