    @ViCustomerCare I brought a new sim card yesterday from Sec 14 market, Gurgaon, since old sim was damaged. But that new sim has not been activated till now. Not satisfied by customer care reply. Really disappointing!

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I am a mango man in front of you, but believe me when I say that you will not get any better customer service with Airtel or Jio. I've used all of them, this is the hard realization. Don't take 3 months of pain, write to @ViVodaidea CEO, your issues will be solved.

    @ViCustomerCare what a horrible experience.i switched vi from jio but I thik it was my biggest mistake till now.Right now facing Too many problems.First and most irritating problem is taking too long to send sms so I'm unable to update my online transaction app 1/2
