@ViCustomerCare I am unable to make calls from my idea sim to anybody. I somehow was able to make call to 199 but it says me to dial from my vi number which I did. I am able to receive calls and use internet. Please help ASAP

@ViCustomerCare iam sharing a video where iam facing delay for outgoing calls. Incoming calls iam not receiving any more and it is saying no answer. Very bad experience with #vi. Your network is not providing reliable calls it is my permanent number.
