    So, it has been 96 hours since @ViCustomerCare assured of an "immediate" resolution. This seems to be a highly 'efficient' system of customer grievance resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare gave port out request today, after few hours got a call from lady(6390892711) pretend to be jio agent asked me, to fast-track process type SMS CANCEL <no> and send to 1900. So this is the way Vi wanted to retain their customer. Literally height of fraud activity.

    DEJA VU:: Again Balance is deducted from the vodafone prepaid sim in the midnight for the services which is not requested..now trying to contact customer care executive but no way to reach them..is this is the way to earn income?!? @vodafonein @vodafone @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I got a post paid VI Sim home delivered but there is a mistake in my name as registered with u.. Calls to ur helpline 8141018180 are not being answered.. Can u help me get it rectified.. I am yet to activate the Sim..
