@ViCustomerCare No more call needed from VI, so plz don’t call me. Just make sure that the transition from VI is smooth & I’ll get troubled unnecessarily by VI call Center guys. They are very annoying and have no sense how to talk to a customer. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIdeaIN

@ViCustomerCare Sent DM multiple times, but nothing positive response received...only received the instructions to do the setting change..I used this VI sim in different handset but same problem found in every handset..I think nothing to be done by your team, I have to do something like MNP...

@ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium At midnight, did a recharge with this complimentary offer, didn't recieved it yet. Previous time the customer care delayed it so much that the subscription ended, but they couldnt find a solution to my concern. Certainly I expect @ViCustomerCare to do their job right for once. tQ

@ViCustomerCare I don't get you!! How he/she gonna assist me in this? It's almst 24 hours n my data pack nt yet activated in spite payment made in advance. I bought yr Net pack. Which i buy since 2018. You activated pack n later shut it down. Now what yr team will assist me in this? @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare lot of network issues are happening at my place since last 3-4 days. In spite of a booster installed by Vodafone, the signal inside my house is 0! Pls fix it, it's causing me Business losses since I'm not reachable and all calls are dropping.
