    @ViCustomerCare Terrible service from you guys. 15 years of postpaid connection and cant even know how to handle the issue and recklessly closing it without solving the issue. Shame on YOUUU... Is it TIME to SWITCH??? No value to an old customer.. am going to escalate!!

    @ViCustomerCare a poor company which hardly cares for their customer. Waiting for my resolution from last 2 weeks, hardly any executive cares. I will recommend never port to VI.
