@ViCustomerCare You guys can’t even manage a simple postpaid to prepaid change. The level has been going down for quite sometime but still I chose Vodafone always. Just send me my 5 digit pin to my alternate number. You guys just stopped my old sim and the new sim doesn’t work.

It is now more than 5 months and unconcerned @ViCustomerCare has still not returned my deposit. Once again requesting @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK to help resolve this issue. Terrible how VI treats its customers. And now I will get the same stupid message from their SM team

@ViCustomerCare Why it is very difficult to talk to a human. My mother’s sim is not working it’s dead. She need new sim, She has tried your customer care no. But Stupid IVR options just made things worse for her. Poor 62 year old

Hi @ViCustomerCare recharged my number through GPay but the recharge is not done yet. Can you see whats the issue? Raised a dispute on Gpay but was not helpful.

@ViCustomerCare I ordered a new sim yesterday online and was happy to receive the sim today afternoon. Though I received an sms that my sim is active at 3:45pm, there is no signal on it till now. Calling customer care is of no use as your application server is down! Plz save Vi!
