    @ViCustomerCare I tried multiple times to unsubscribe that Gamebox but may be I'm outside of India so this is not going unsubscribe also I called customer care but call is not connecting. Kindly check that and do the needful help to unsubscribe. Thanks and regards.

    Recorded 3 calls of @ViCustomerCare In which i was put on hold for 7-8 mins for 2 calls & on the 3rd call they are asking me to pay the remaining amount which i have never used Though i am ready to pay but they are asking me to go to the vi store I’d rather port. Vi is worst

    @ViCustomerCare For this regarding I complaint to the customer care again and again but the problem could not be solved and the told me that your complain had to be accelerate. But now the complain couldn't be solved yet. So kindly help me in this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare why one needs to do recharge of monthly pack to send sms? Cannot you deduct amount from main balance and send sms? Moreover, your customer care representative talks rudely.

    @ViCustomerCare I am getting calls from 9152172876 for recovery of bill amount and now saying will send persons for recovery. Now, u send people and try and recover money if you can. If you people have come down to this level than i think i should be more vocal now

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is in a belly-up mode. Have been their corporate customer for over 4 years. Our old SIM went defunct, got a new one. Received bolt from the blue when tried to activate. They themselves added surreal email ids as signatories. No. remains inoperative.

    @TRAI @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare ViCustomerCare Team ask house no, if I provide Vi tech visit and ask for charges for what purpose I should pay. I already paid as recharge of ₹.699/- but which is of no use internet is not working for that only I raised complaints
