@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN this is very disappointed that from last couple of hours am not able to call from your network in fact my family group plan i.e. vi red plan is completely failed . Even we are not able to connect with each other in same city or area. Sort it soon.

@VodafoneIN V! number +919565330645 (UP East) recharged by ₹49 and ₹129 on 31st January 2021. All the outgoing services of this number resumed post recharge but incoming service is not available on this number. Why? Please resolve it shortly.

I am seriously contemplating to port my service provider from @VodafoneIN & @Idea @ViCustomerCare Sick of the service. Earlier at least one of the two used to work now both don't work after merger. I've been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 years & idea for 11 years
