    @ViCustomerCare I have been repeatedly raising complaints since the last 2-3 months on the data services for my number 88884518479. The ticket is resolved after a couple of days mentioning that the issue is resolved and customer was not reachable Both the statements are false!!

    @ViCustomerCare Today is the 23rd of July and I complained to you on 18 of July during this period there is no improvement what are you doing.I think I have to throw away my vi sim in the dustbin this is the best solution. Disgusting customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare The network strength/coverage in my area is very bad, Pin code: 800002 I am going to port my SIM to another network provider in the coming month if the network is not improved.

    @ViCustomerCare (2) to contact Netflix directly. Refund my money for July as you collected it and not Netflix. I stayed with this service providers even when other providers offered great deals. This is how they treat a loyal customer. Shame on you #vodafoneidea. First they said three days (3)

    @ViCustomerCare so u want everytime customer raises an issue u should ask for extention in resolving the issue and s/he should keep paying you for the pack s/he assumes is assuming but reality is other way round Is there any person in @ViCustomerCare who can talk on reality basis
