    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.

    @ViCustomerCare No; WHY should I reach out to you PRIVATELY? Let's discuss in a public space how INEPT Vodafone & its TOP management is!! As for my "exact issue" - check with Abhijit Kishore, Avneesh Khosla or Navneet Shukla. Are those names senior enough for you, "Bhagyashri"??

    @ViCustomerCare network site At-KHAJURIAKATA, BLOCK-HINDOL, DIST-DHENKANAL, STATE-ODISHA is down since 6hrs but still @ViNewsOfficial is doing nothing. Already complained multiple times. Kindly reach out to me on 9668042472 and assign a technician as well.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare have spent crores on advertising, but one arrogant customer interaction like this at ground level destroys more trust than any campaign can rebuild. FYI : KINDLY CHECK YOUR DM
