  Hey @ViCustomerCare I tried to remove my number from family plan. My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerCom Please restore my recharge after the ownership transfer or provide compensation. Otherwise, I'll port to Airtel and file a complaint with the consumer forum. I hope Vi resolves this fairly.

  @ViCustomerCare After getting call from Mofijul Islam (7872916884) & Tari Debnath (8337076792) with full of assurances & good words it seems all are mockery & Vi doesn't bother about customer. Still no one visits to deliver the SIM. Refund my money ASAP. @ViNewsOfficial @ViBusinessIndia

  @ViCustomerCare I don't really understand the delay from your side. My sim was verified and it was working but your guys shut it off and now I have to bear the consequences of it, while your executives can bring up the most random excuses to escape the blame when I visit the store for support.
