@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIoT Pathetic service from VodafoneIdea India for M2M SIM cards in Hyderabad, India. SIM cards never got activated, billing started and now no leads on disconnection as well. Vi is such a pain.

@ViCustomerCare I have a Vi number (92116*****) from which we can neither send nor receive messages nor even calls. After visiting your Vi Store, We are asked to mail to the customer care helpline. Is it such a big problem that it will take so many days ?

@ViCustomerCare DON'T BUY VODAFONE MOB SIM. WORST SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. I BOUGHT POST PAID VODAFONE SIM ON 21 OCT. LAST 2DAYS OUTGOING AND NET OFF. VODAFONE .COMPLAINTS MADE ON 199 & EMAILS BUT STILL SERVICE OFF. NEVER RECOMMEND TO PUBLIC TO JOIN VODAFONE.
