@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Vodafone proves yet again as the poorest service provider in India. After being denied of resolving the network issue earlier, I have been now charged for availing zero services & additional SIM charges which I was already paid at the VI store.

@ViCustomerCare, @TRAI - I have asked numerous times to provide details for sending legal notice against service and billing issues to appelate email ids provided. If this is how appelate auth responds to complains, cant say a word about the other depts.
