    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI hi paul, while send sms they showing that's it "failed"... And i have recharge pack where i will be sent daily 100 sms but right now not possible to send any SMS. Please resolve this issue on urgent basis..

    @ViCustomerCare Not a single problem has been resolved this now. You msg that problem will be resolved by 6 PM on 24 aug but nothing happened.Your customer satisfaction is really zero that's why u guys lag really behind jio n airtel. Accept the harsh truth or else stick or your words.

    @ViCustomerCare Kavita ji, I've complained 50 times in last 6 months. All your company does is call me, take note, promise to improve and then say that you can't improve service any more. So I'm not expecting anything different now either.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi I was A Prime User of Vi but u are fraud without my concern how u can activate VAS have called to ur customer but no response so have decided to port will also say to subscribers not to use VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Once issues turns to DM... It takes weeks to get response... sometimes months or years .....for further assistance I have shared my number to u and waiting if my issue get resolved before Diwali...coz if not solved, I will take a rocket 🚀 ride with Elon Musk 2 find issue in Vi.
