    @ViCustomerCare Tried to reach out through vi app which is mall functioning. It has been long that many are facing this problem. My internet issue was resolved after many complains and now not registered on network issue since yesterday. Will vi become operational at pin 785621.

    @ViCustomerCare I upgraded my SIM with MNG-V00626969709 at 10:53 AM, no network yet on new sim. Network went off all of a sudden on old idea sim, without any notice. was forced to pay 50 rs for upgrade, that too with no bill.

    @ViCustomerCare In absence of no call back, happened to call 198. Reason given for changing plan to higher value without my consent is additional benefits.Guys, I don't want them as of now. So, pls reinstate my original plans or else I shall port. Choosing plans is prerogative of customer only.
