The executive at the store told me that pan card (original) can not be used as it is in b&w. This is clearly age descrimination. Please provide me email address of your legal department.

Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all.
