    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI hi paul, while send sms they showing that's it "failed"... And i have recharge pack where i will be sent daily 100 sms but right now not possible to send any SMS. Please resolve this issue on urgent basis..

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I recharged my number on the Vi app and the transaction was successful. Still, the pack has not been activated on my number. Resolve the problem.

    @rjraimau @ViCustomerCare Taken up several times but no use.there is no basic service but their charges are more. No 4g, no volte, no vowifi, no esim and no indoor coverage.
