  @ViCustomerCare hi vi,having 999 postpaid family plan with unlimited free calls and messages,but charged for roaming charges, roaming in india has been ended many years ago,but you still charging.extra amount has been added in my bill.need your help.regards!

  @ViCustomerCare #vi I don't get it even after Vodafone and idea got merged both are unable to provide proper network services to customers everytime I have to use others wifi even after having my own internet in my two sim cards. also while calling voice is breaking too much.. Kindly sort this.

  When I complained about the complete #networkissue while roaming, I received less calls addressing the issue, instead received tons of calls for clearing the due. I have to keep explaining to every agent the same issue, why not have a centralized system @ViCustomerCare? @TRAI
