    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI hi paul, while send sms they showing that's it "failed"... And i have recharge pack where i will be sent daily 100 sms but right now not possible to send any SMS. Please resolve this issue on urgent basis..

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI #gerardkleisterlee #nickread @vodafone_news it's a pathetic experience to be a consumer of @VodafoneIN when after the multiple complaints, still issue are not resolved. I think other telecom will give me better network than you (1/4)

    @ViCustomerCare your team excels at mental harassment. I have received close to 30 calls in 12 hours asking me to explain reason for porting my number to another network. Poor network and mental harassment are the exact reasons. stop calling me

    @ViCustomerCare Ma'am there is a provision for refund if requested within 24 hrs. I haven't used any service from that offer at all. Be reasonable and a little more customer centric. Kindly refund the amount @ViCustomerCare. Disappointed.
