We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

Kasam se, have never been pissed off this much in life and the reason is @VodafoneIN. Now I feel @Idea waa better, though same company by my connection migrated.
