They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

Got new SIM to upgrade from 2G to 4G, was assured by the store staff that it will be activated within 1 hour, already past 4 hrs still waiting. Upon calling IVR, response is they haven't received any request yet.
