    On one of my number/ email id linked to @amazonIN raised subscription issue on 17 Sep i.e. Friday to @ViCustomerCare Chat Bot then was transferres to human interaction on chat & was informed that on 18 Sep i.e. Saturday issue will get resolved, but it didn't. (1/n) @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @VodafoneIN This is my 5th or 6th visit and everytime they send me back with a new condition... This is really frustrating... And even the employer at store and customer care people give different different answers always... I am giving up the efforts to get this number working

    @ViCustomerCare I have joined VI . Why VI service centre giving only post paid option for port ? I have visited South Bopal branch and a lady VI representative confirm only post paid option by VI for port. I have to take. this is highly unprofessional Why such unethical product sell?

    @ViCustomerCare If you can't run the company properly, then give someone else the opportunity. Customers are suffering from every possible issueโ€”expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,You can sell new SIMs online with digital KYC, but canโ€™t issue an eSIM to a genuine overseas customer with a dead SIM. Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. ๐Ÿ’ฉ customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again
