    @ViCustomerCare I have provided number before 24 hours. But, very sad to say that till the time I did not get call. I think VI does not have any interest in customer satisfaction.

    Vi upgraded my plan without get consent from me for 3rd time in last ~3 years.When I contact customer care the standard answer is previous is expired & we upgraded to best plan. No proper response on why no consent asked. All the answer I get was we sent an SMS @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare SR# PUN-V00649403300 behalf of this complaint store manager said I don't want to feel sorry for this no body can't do nothing and I have guts to close this complaint from my source, he did the same I don't this that VI can takes any concrete steps against this manager.
