    @sanjeevsanyal Sanjeev, since you are a blue tick @ViCustomerCare will do everything to resolve but for a common citizen ? I’m not even a customer of Vi but the attitude of almost all telecom service providers is the same. @airtelindia

Most issues are unsolvable, you pay, you forget and pray you don't get into trouble again. Once I wanted to port my number out, I was denied on the pretext that I was issued a special number on sign up.
