I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

Ansh Pateriya (@PateriyaAnsh) reported@ViCustomerCare I submitted a port-out request days ago to move my Vi postpaid number to Airtel postpaid. Airtel SIM has already been delivered, yet Vi hasn’t deactivated my connection, leaving me unable to use the new SIM. Customer support has been of absolutely no help.
