    @ViCustomerCare wrost operator despite of several call and complain. Still not solved my problem. Unable to send and receive text messages. Details are already shared with u in dm. But u r ignoring again and again.

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst customer service they have.. I prefer to all not take vodafone or idea numbers.. they don't know how to behave with customers.. shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare Not getting network on my number.Since more than last two days.Since yesterday night getting Jio 4G network.But it is of no use.Poorest service of Vodafone idea.Nothing has been done so far to restore the services.Finally we have to dump your services.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, i am a idea customer since long time after merge of two companies and 4G network internet service of Vi is very poor in my area, internet speed is only 200kbps not even 1 mbps and company is taking lot much for such package i need solution for this problem .
