    @ViCustomerCare it’s very unfortunate after making number of complaints and even replacing my SIM card my VI 4G Net is not running at 2G Speed. Being a postpaid customer I am not getting that speed which a prepaid customer getting at same place. Why should I continue with you?

    It’s been around 11-12 years still @ViCustomerCare vodafone network in my hometown location is still poor, indoor zero network outdoor 3/4 bars. @reliancejio launched just few years back and has 4/4 signals out and in but #vodafone or now #vi is lagging. 12 years is enough.

    @ViCustomerCare Why my download speed is very slow every day from 07 pm to 11 pm. I'm using your postpaid connection. I did many complaints but problem not resolved. Please look into this 🙏
