    I am facing problem in vi network from last 1 days. Network is too low as the result is Internet is not working properly. I do many times flight mode then again try to connect but same result. Is there any changes in tower or network in my area (Kanpur)? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to raise ticket for network issues. Get error that another ticket is open. Can I know which ticket is open? Can't see anything in VI app.

    @ViCustomerCare Today, even poor strength of signal in 2G mode. This was all happened suddenly due to network issue. As before, i was getting very well network. Facing since 10 days without any resolution. However , i am waiting it to be resolved before 12 jan 22 as assured

    @ViCustomerCare - My business and work is suffering because of your pathetic service. I am unable to receive the OTPs from bank. And your ****** customer support team is asking me to wait for 7 days to get this issue resolved. Super good!
