    Worst carrier service in India @ViCustomerCare . Unable to send UPI sms via any app. Rude customer care and 0 help on customer care center of VI. Same services are working perfectly on my second sim (JIO). Porting to @airtelindia, hoping for better services.

    @ViCustomerCare UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. (Same reason)

    @ViCustomerCare Got call from 8795598201. Guy said he is from ur network deptt. I said that i'm thinking of porting the number. he casually said "thik hai, koi baat nahi" n happily cut the call within 10 seconds! such is VI's approach towards customer service. Pathetic. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare i raised a complaint about calls and messages from VI for a number that is not mine.. I was committed 5 times by your people that this will be taken care by but it's hopeless to ask for anything sensible from anyone.. Can you stop calling me again
