    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Such a bad services of VI!!! No wonder why not loyal people like us would think to switch. If these service standards continue than it's matter of time that they would lose the battle ground. After complaining so many times some associate calls and read out the rules..funny!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I had completed everything to port my number but your customer care told me to type CANCEL followed by my number to 'enable' me the porting which actually undid everything. Such frauds you are misguiding customers. I'll have to repeat that entire porting process.

    @ViCustomerCare 1st time I have seen this 3rd class type service by vodafone. They committee door step sim delivery within 4hrs but it's 3 days gone I have made payment & called several times to the customer care but you know it's vodafone "the 3rd class service provider in Ind"

    @1_aam_naagrik @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Take my advice and go to anyone but AirTel. Their customer service socks and is very painful.

    @ViCustomerCare From the last 3 days my Vi India (+917053108393) 4G connection is very slow and now this network is functioning as the slowest network..which is hampering my urgent works. And the download speed is very slow I can't download my files. what I have to do?
