    @ViCustomerCare I have shifted my base location to Himachal Pradesh and Vi doesn't seem to be working here! I have been paying monthly bills from past 6 months without using the phone! Requesting you to please share UPC code as there is no network and i cant get it..

    @ViCustomerCare I using idea network for more than 10 years. But from past 6-7 months, It takes me around two-three attempts to make a call from my number. My message services are not working too. Please resolve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Has decided that people should not call others in lockdown as well. Worst network, calls not getting connected, if connected then cant hear, or else calls cut happening. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare from the last few days my outgoing and incoming service is not working. Last month I replaced a new sim card as your store manager suggested and again the issue persist. Your store manager forces me to get postpaid connect then we can start your number.
