Any Vodafone users in Chennai facing this: For past couple of weeks, stuck on Edge rather than 3G & every call I make drops in mins, after which all calls fail for at least 5-10 minutes. Raised two complaints with @ViCustomerCare which closed saying fixed although issue persists

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS A few months Vi network is very poor , signal is unstable and call drop issue which causes make zero call by Vi network. Wake up Vi people and everyone want to port number.

Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare ..post 18 hrs of sim replacement it's not yet activated.we have been to vi store twice for the same process and yet exec called us again fr third time. time to say bye bye to VI india..

@Speedtest you sellouts. Connect using @reliancejio and the speeds shown are faster than the speed of light. Slap a VPN on and it’s not even 1/10th less than 10 seconds later. God damn @ViCustomerCare was faster. Any other reliable #speedtests available?

@ViCustomerCare You reply is crap. Why should I recharge for 24days, when i have already recharged with talktime balance and you should allow me to make a phone call. This looks like East India Company is back.
