@VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

@ViCustomerCare Informed customer care a lot of times... No improvement...Sometimes I feel like you are into travelling...I live in keshabchak but it feels like Kashmir everytime...NO NETWORK.Mostly I get 3g....Hardly 1 tower of 4g that too stays for the time you were making profit.. 10 seconds.
