    @VodafoneIN i just wanted you to provide the experience of 4g that you always say because as of now i am not happy with your network at all my internet never gives speed above 30kbps and i have been recieving message that my validity has expired everyday even my pack hasn’t expir

    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, again same issue.. last time I requested to your team ..stop international roaming that was enable without my acknowledgment. Recently I visited Melbourne and phone was working and in month of march bill you added extra amount. Please check and do the needful

    It's nothing in the name @VodafoneIN If you really want to reform something reform your network and services. Its been 35 days and no one bas visited for a solution wherein 50 odd connections are with #VI

    @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

    @TRAI I had make mo. recharge it is done on my family member mobile number on which already service is active I'm requesting to @ViCustomerCare to transfer this service to my other no. but they revert they are unable to do this.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider . I requested to convert my postpaid number to prepaid at VI store . They give me new sim and i paid them. And they informed me postpaid sim will get desctive and i can put prepaid sim than . But my postpaid connection is still actice

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @JioCare see all the number 3 to 4 years old but facing network issue and they are not bother to reply me so I want to move total 25 numbers my relative no also what benefits you will be providing tell me then I will plan I am pissed off with Airtel and jio

    Never take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.

    @Sambhavjs @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. It’s been 3 days and my SIM still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare
