@VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

@ThePulpDoc @ViCustomerCare @Airtel The minimum plan that allows for sms is now 149. Thats the issue. Previously one could do a 10 rs recharge to send a sms but now they BLOCK SMS unless using talktime unless you have a big plan already.

@JioCare and @ViCustomerCare are running a healthy scam. Barring services even after payments. Then asking someone with barred outgoing to call both operators and get the problem fixed for over a week now. Superb. I mean pathetic.
