  @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

  @ViCustomerCare absolutely horrible service. Customer service asked me to upgrade my prepaid to postpaid for an esim. I took 3 connections. It’s been 8 days, my e-sim has not been processed on top of that the customer official asked me to visit today. And he was absent. Help.
