@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

@ViCustomerCare why you guys play extensive long Covid message several times before connecting call? Jio, airtel have stopped it already. It is a serious issue as we can't even rely on vi for urgent and emergency calls.

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Vi Social team isn't worth to resolve customer issues. Vi social team is there for copy paste responses and for fake commitments only. The issue is pending since 13th July for both the numbers mentioned via DM but no one bother to resolve this issue.
