@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

Worst service in case of sim portability, I opt for mobile network portability from vi to airtel but now after 3 days my Vi network @ViCustomerCare is gone but my airtel @airtelindia sim is not activated. i have tried to call airtel customer care but no response.
