    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare . Your service is truly marvellous. We get "does not exist" message for calling number in daily use. And idea number gets connected from Jio but not from idea. Simply superb

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from JIO to Vi postpaid and today morning my previews sim was shut down so I put in the Vi sim and since morning i can't make any calls not even 59059 to activate my sim. Faced my problems without internet and calling since morning.

    @ViCustomerCare I am having trouble browsing internet since today morning. I tried Vi app help and support but I don't get any response. I can't even lodge complaint. A few days back I had the same problem. It's getting frustrating. We expect better service from Vodafone
