    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been having very bad network problems for the past month and the internet is even worse. I have been using your network for the past 10 years and due to this problem I am going to switch to another network.👎👎 Waste andalso didn't 5g @ViNewsOfficial 👎

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite being in touch with your team for last 2 dys, there is still no clear coordination and cant keep me waiting for in bw vague calls with no final solution. As shared above, will continue to document all ur responses consistently as even pointedly requested your team member.
