@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

@ViCustomerCare I am really appalled by the level of service provided by vodaphone. My balance is automatically getting low without using data, calls, sms etc and dispute raising complaint there is absolutely no response.
