@ViCustomerCare I am in Hungary. All incoming roaming calls from India show as either Romania or Italian numbers or No Caller ID. This has been going on for 6 weeks and has never happened on previous trips. I have called repeatedly VI care but nothing has been rectified yet.

@ViCustomerCare wrost experience after portin vi from jio. Caller tunes and many more services are paid in your network. Ehat the hell is this? I think Jio is the bestest netwotk existed in India now I feel ashamed to join your network. Poor conectivity and slow net speed.

@ViCustomerCare As of now 15 times I hv sent mail but only new complaint ur team is generating I/o sending some technitian on field. Ur complain mngmnt sytm closing complain automatically without consent of customer.Concentrate on resolution of my network issue I/o focusing my mobile no security
