    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @airtelindia i want to switch into Airtel from @VodafoneIN .. Because Vodafone network so bad in my room... Now I decide to change my provider... Back again in Airtel... After use both Idea and Vodafone...

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My number 8709921486 has been ported successfully and network is showing, but incoming and outgoing calls are still not working. I was told it would be activated within 15 minutes, but that has not appened.

    @ViCustomerCare And yet I go through this everytime. When I try to open your app using your internet, your app doesn't work. Imagine your Internet cannot support your application's Internet requirements.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite being in touch with your team for last 2 dys, there is still no clear coordination and cant keep me waiting for in bw vague calls with no final solution.     @ViCustomerCare Why does it take 8 days for closure of service? Why does customer has to answer 4-5 times reason of closure? This is wastage of customer's time and sort of harrasement. @JM_Scindia Hon'ble minister, you are requested to take action in this matter, TRAI should make guidelines

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Jio SIM to Vi around 4–5 days ago, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. Currently, both incoming and outgoing services are not working. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.
