    @ViCustomerCare and now I lost that number and called customer care and tried getting hold of Riya but they won't let me talk to her. This has been the worst customer care experience I hav ever had. Maybe that's why VI is not a success cus they don't look after their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare A good experience! I don't know how my number gets exposed, @VodafoneGroup what's your compliance with Coustomer Data Privacy? I got a call from a VI partner representative asking to share my picture and telling me my complaint is not credible.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a active unlimited pack of 409 valid till 02/03/2023 but binge 12-6 unlimited data didn't work today and I lost my addl 12 gb pack and also my 3.5 gb didn't credit yet!!! Very worst services in recent days

    @ViCustomerCare Vi Sim card bank account no 8350080247 was blocked that reported by Dot , please request you to unblock my account, i faced this problem around 30 days i can't transaction any amount, i already shared my kyc documents with you.
