    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare I wish you would have done that long before when I was raising concern over bad voice and data network.. there are multiple tickets raised by me, no resolution, here ends the 11 year old relationship with your network
