    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care service is beyond pathetic! On one hand you are raising tariffs and on the other hand providing the lowest standard service available! Waiting for my sim to activate and then switching to a different service provider!

    @ViCustomerCare Your team give instructions to clear my browser cache data amazing support @ViCustomerCare 👏👏 I talked to your engineer and turned my LPDA directional antenna in the direction of the tower. Still I am not getting good signal. Your 4G single is absolutely zero in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare Yet another mischievous act from u. Service activated and dedication made without my consent. On two numbers which r not in use even. Sad that customer care is also blaming me. Pl chk my usage on this number and say. These r not in use numbers. Cheating
