    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    So i receive a call from @ViCustomerCare socialmedia team regarding my billing issue who takes on board a store manager named Abhishek on a conference call who asks me to visit his store. I do so turns out there is no1 named abhishek there .

    @sillyposts @ViCustomerCare At your Vodafone store Sapru Marg Mr Saif took a request for converting Post Paid to Pre Paid. Nothing happened after 24 hours. Conveys call sent to me today 11 am but no call received. Advises me to quit Vodafone and other nonsense. Am I a customer or a slave of #Vodafone
