    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare please help I recharged with Hero plan with 365 unlimited data but after using 300GB of my data, my data got stopped. Why do you do this? You are committing fraud with your customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Voice clarity is too bad . One month back I have taken the @VI sim Saying 4g unlimited network but signals also not good. But when I am using mobile automatically network will disconnect why I don't know.if i check in app it will say signal strength is excellent.
