    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done my international roaming(For uk) recharge,it's working fine for last 10 days,but suddenly it's stopped showing receiving messages from tomorrow, not able to contact customer Care as well and chat services are useless. Anyone help?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service from the start up, paid for Porting and opted for the Home Sim Delivery, but utter surprise 2 days gone no call from your side. Requesting to refund the amount ASAP. Recent ported another no to #Airtel they have very prompt service.
