    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @Harshit5381 @S1Varghese @ViCustomerCare Vi has most pathetic service they will keep on delivering fake promises to loot you. But they never work on ressolving their customers issues. They have most lazy team who never admits their fault. We people are fools who pay for their **** service which will never improve
