@ViCustomerCare I have complainet for my no. 9039577825 so many times that here i cant get 4g network there is very much fluctuation in network and for using good network i have to use my terrace so this is how idea works. I have waited so long for this to resolve but now i think it dosnt.

@Jerlinsweet @ViCustomerCare This is their way of working.... Just port to another service provider and ask to all your family, friends and known to... Even then, Vi will not try to improve their pathetic customer experience

@ViCustomerCare Most disgusting customer support services i have ever seen .I called many times regarding my internet speed as its too slow but each and every time customer support services said they logged a complain and said but same issue is happening till now

@ViCustomerCare , I am a victim of a fraud from your associate. I lost my network since June. On investigation, I found there are two numbers with stranger names connected to my primary number. And VI asking to pay the bill and not supporting to de-link then from my number. Help!
