    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    Finally I'm decided to portout my no to other service provider 1 mahina se continuously 500+ bar complaint karne ke bad bhi internet speed thik nhi ho paya aaplogon se Maine bhut chances diye aaplogon ko internet ki speed thik krne but nhi ho paya kuch aplogon se @ViCustomerCare
