    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @akchaudh @ViCustomerCare I tried morethan 20 times, no option and after pressing 9,0 it says invalid selection and exits from the call. Such a horrible mechanism, planning to port to other network. Thanks 👍

    Dear @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I took YOU UNLTD 200 Mbps 12 Months n there is no internet since 10-15 Days. It shows internet connectivity on my router but NO internet. There must be alerts at your end for high-end customer to ensure it works always.

    I'm using @ViCustomerCare from last 12 years & also wanna countinue however I'm not happy with VI any more from last 6 months. Most of the time Internet not working, Sometimes network blockout. When there is power shortage Internet stop work. Now planning to Port in @airtelindia
