    @ViCustomerCare , just pathetic customer service. My mobile number has been getting billed for mobile data incorrectly since the past 2-3 weeks inspite of not being on mobile data at all!! Have raised multiple complaints but nothing done. Have been billed 9k. No. 9986874685

    @ViCustomerCare - the most pathetic customer service by an telecom. I thought Airtel was bad, VI is worse. Sim corrupted within 10 days, after sim replacement still no network. CC says we can't help go to vi store. What the hell man?? No wonder they are always a loss making orgn
