    @VodafoneIN One month is getting completed to till now the network issue is not solved and they are showing big ads ,Instead of concentrating on ads,you should have concentrated on your networks in area

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN @manojsinhabjp @PMOIndia @IndianExpress @TOIIndiaNews this complaint is for the period 16 dec to 26 dec 2018. And still we are forwarding. My version is i did not get connectivity and vodafone claims i used 122mb ( miniscule) in that period. Let them provide logs to Dot to chk.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK any progress. It seems you are just wasting time. You have no intention of resolving. I tried to get logs from Globe but they say vodafone only can help. @Secretary_DoT @DoT_India I hope you also interested in knowing how customer are cheated.@PMOIndia @TOIIndiaNews

Your technicians and i have been in conversation during the period in question and they asked me try various setting. They ack that it is not working. You covering up now.

    @VodafoneIN @talk2GLOBE india number 9829133741. No service when in manila between 16 dec & 31 dec 2018. Vodafone says , they are not resp if partner not give service. I was connected to globe and i did not get service. I was given a statement with some data but really not usable bandwidth

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN @manojsinhabjp @PMOIndia @IndianExpress @TOIIndiaNews And i believe this must be happening to lots of customers. Now even today, why people use 2 networks, bcos they are not sure of getting connectivity. Means services in india are poor and we are being cheated.

    @VodafoneIN Noel -when that soon will come ..I am listening the same from 2 weeks .More than 80 persons are using Vodafone in our apartments ..We all will choose other network which is providing better service

    @ViCustomerCare Due to closer of all the existing Vi Store in my State Arunachal Pradesh, migration of my postpaid no. to Prepaid has been put on halt. Is it indicating us to shift it to other network service like Airtel/Jio???

    The gentleman is unaware of unwanted value add. When he mentioned about the call, I checked the plan and told him about the new service. When we talked to customer care, she told that it was a request from customer. @ViCustomerCare 2/

    @ViCustomerCare Have complained many times to the customer care in the past, but even after that no solution has been found till now🙁. Now the mobile number will have to be ported from Vodafone to another company.... because Vodafone's service is very bad. @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

    If you think @ViCustomerCare is better , they are equally worse . So are others . All have terrible networks . Innumerable complaints have been given and all they do is talk nice through their customer care team.
