I hv resigned to this situation as any change may mean jumping from frying pan to fire. Problem I see is your infrastructure does not keep pace with the clients being added.

At last in the last 10 days one of their engineers came and told me my complaint is genuine, and that their main office will call me. That’s all my problem continues.
