If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it

Is there a timeline for the call so that we know someone will call us else we do not want to wait all day and night. Calls for bill payment come on time but problems dont even get resolved.

Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.
