    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India customer care people keep coming back and saying problem resolved while truly it's not.god alone knows if something is being done. Both sides can't hear a thing. It's so weird postpaid works prepaid customers exploited.low ARPU for Vi ..isn't it ?

    @ViCustomerCare Changing the card does nothing to solve the issue of card information removal. Good that you guys are working on the "remove card" option. But, given that the app saves this info, it should have been included a while ago. Anyways, thanks for the prompt response!

    @ViCustomerCare No action till now and still i m suffering. As usual while lodging complaint at 198 yesterday ur team said they will resolve the issue within 24 hours... already 25 hours passed.

    @ViCustomerCare why does a customer not have an option to "Do not save my credit card information" in your app and why do you have to make impossible to delete the same?

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Bunch of cheaters. They still charge on Caller Tunes . They activate VAS from back-end and charging customers. Inspite of Social Media team was contacted on time and inspite of their written assurance , i face the issue. They are of no use.

    @ViCustomerCare i went vi store model town delhi nd my phone was stolen i need to deactivate old sim & want a new sim but a executive named sheetal told me that your document is not proper so we can't issue a prepaid sim to u nd u hve to buy postpaid plan for sme nmber

    @ViCustomerCare The VI app is an absolute horror show. There is no "Manage payment accounts" in "My account" tab. Because of this primitive error, I can't remove by debit card info that was saved while I was doing a recharge. Respond and Fix it ASAP!!!
