    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointed at the sub-par customer service. No resolution despite visiting the store multiple times and calling/sending multiple mails for the last 4 months. Have faced so much inconvenience (monetary loss as well as time wastage) due to misguidance from your company.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to know why you always send stupid engineer he call me thrice in 3 month but he not visited. I already sent u the screenshot of his number and call details. He don't have any knowledge about network even he not try for resolution. Send another engineer not Amit.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare who do I call for help. Not able to make call. I was told after my comp that service will be resumed. I rec a mail from VI informing that service is resumed. However, I am not able to make call. Comp dated 05-May-2021 with reference number C003-104573408268.
