    @youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

    @youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @youbroadband Are you going bankrupt? Are you stutting down the service? My internet has been down for 36+ hours. There is no response on your WhatsApp interactive complaint booking. None on web interface. What is one's recourse? Nobody answersthe phone either. #vi_sucks

    @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

    @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.

    @youbroadband i think you should close down your service in hyderabad since all customers would have moved to other providers. i think i am the only one left.

    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.

    @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.
