    @youbroadband Worst experience. Received commitment from person for next day installation and after that I proceeded further for payment. Finally next day evening requested for cancellation and stuck my money, which I will be refunded after 45-50days without interest… Pathetic

    Terrible support from your staff at Aurangabad MH @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare, My internet is down and they say they will fix it tomorrow. And you say you can support your customers 24/7. ABSOLUTE **** SUPPORT.

    Facing the internet not working since 14th January morning. Called so many time have solved my interest not working. If any person see this please never go for @youbroadband. You you ever face pathetic service, than you haven't saw @youbroadband.
