@youbroadband I am Ran Vijay Singh B 203 Nakshatra Embassy Gaurav path Road Surat using internet service since long. It was good. Now it is worst. Since 02 Jun 2021, network lying dead. Customer care is clueless. Technical team is irresponsible. No respose from Nodal too.

@youbroadband one of the worest broadband services provider. From the last 1 month my complain about slow internet is still unsolve. I recommend to every one not purchase @youbroadband service. You will get better internet service provider.

I am writing this after being so disappointed with the network provider #youbroadband There are constant issue with this network every now and then. I have been raising issues with the area manager from the networking company for more than twice a week now. Kindly fix the issue.

@youbroadband @consumerforum_ @Consumercom I purchased a 75MBPS plan. I have logs that show I'm only receiving 10-15 MBPS. I attempted to file a complaint, but it was handled every day without any visits or solutions. For the same reason, not a single engineer came to my house.

Since last week Youbroadband is unserviceable. Clueless customer care. Horrible field technical team. Mailed to Nodal, no response. Seems no one is bothered for customer service.
