pratik virda (@PratikVirda) reported@youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.

Today also the whole day I am not able to work as there is no connection since morning. No service or resolution provided after multiple calls to customer care.

Saurabh Alkari (@sdalkari) reported@youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.
