    @youbroadband Your service engineers and customer support executives simply register complaints. They don't solve issues on permanent basis. They close service requests as they wish without knowing whether the problem is resolved or not from customer end.

    @youbroadband are a bunch of robbers, who just know how to rob their customers. Firstly by giving them a **** service and internet and secondly by not providing Internet by saying that its an outage issue and by not compensating for the same and robbing them of their days.

    @youbroadband I registered a complaint on May 2nd, You guys cleared it without resolving the issue. I again resistered a complain on May 3rd, again you cleared it without resolving the issue. Why is that? I know why.. bcoz u guys dont have to reimburse me for the days there was no network

    @youbroadband ur customer service is totally worse I hv been called to customer care from saturday due to my internet service stop but nothing is happened ,no one technician assigned for my complaint this type negligence could not accpeted by a service provider

    @youbroadband It's been more than 72 hours, complained more than 3-4 times simply saying it will be addressed in 24 hours. Internet not working, we have 3 people who are working from home. All the associates are dumb who don't understand what issues customer are having

    This the 3rd consecutive day that I am on leave due to outage of my wifi service. No action has been taken by the service provider to resolve the issue. I have to call technician daily to ask update on the issue. Very frustrating @youbroadband I would not recommend it to anyone
