    @youbroadband why am I not able to access Binance on your network, despite the ban on it being lifted? Neither the app, nor the website works. It is accessible on all other ISP networks.

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
