    @youbroadband It's been 4 months since I returned the broadband equipment, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted customer support 10–20 times, but status is always in process. Is anyone actually working on this? Please process my refund immediately. #CustomerService

    @youbroadband no service at Bhandarkar Ins Road since last 48 hours. None of your contact numbers are working. The Youbroadband app isn’t working either. How does one lodge a complaint?

    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.
