@youbroadband Your payment invoices are missing all key information such as Renewal Subscription Start & End Date, YouBroadband Registered Company details address, Contact Info, Customer Payment processing information, etc. Is Your online receipt approved by Income Tax office ?

@youbroadband its been about 5 months since surrendering your modem, but haven’t received the refund deposit yet. Your customer care, Pune office, Pune head,all have stopped responding. In addition, you keep on spamming with renewal/return of modem. Atleast stop spamming.

@youbroadband Pathetic service. Not a single day gone in last 6 months where I have not raised a complaint about either slow internet or connection not working. Very poor service. No resolution yet. I am sure that I am not going to renew @youbroadband again.

@youbroadband My complaint no is 2022101314870. Our entire area doesn’t have net since 4 days and no one responds when we call them. Mainly our area manager and Area incharge - No matter you call them 10000000 times. Are you really concerned of your constomers?

@youbroadband I was using You broadband since 2020-21. Earlier I have opt plan of 10 MBPS 12 MONTH UNLIMITED. But as the nearby building was destroyed, my connection was stopped by YOU broadband, Surat. Due to this I was unable to use my remaining 3 months internet service.(1)

@youbroadband Don't get yu connection, because it drops everyday and complains everyday, and the speed is so low that 2g network is remembered. Repenting by giving 3 years money advance.
