@mohanrajana @youbroadband They had an amazing app where we could put the plan for hold when we are not using it and had gops service to couple of years back, so I had preferred it, did mistake. I will have to go back to ACT.

@youbroadband, I wanted to upgrade my modem & your team had given a timeline of 24hrs. On following up 2 days later, they said 24hrs = 3 days. Now it's 4.5 days, yet there's no update even after calling multiple times. Ur overall service is consistently pathetic in all Depts

@hitu_be_indian @youbroadband No connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service). Hyderabad

@ViCustomerCare I have even talked to person name Mr. Chirag(Sr. Manager) from Ahmedabad office. He disconnect my call when I asked for solution. You are providing mental stress since 15 days. Took my money in advance and now no proper response. Pathetic. @youbroadband

@ViCustomerCare Your so called Tech Team is not capable of solving issue since 15 days. They are still counting the starts. I have called thousands of time and done mail also but none of your authority is looking into this matter and you are loosing your valuable clients. @youbroadband

@youbroadband Ridiculous support. Support does not exist. Total nonsense. App is of no use wrt support. Have to scavenge through all you broadband numbers on the internet including installation people to get some service support. If your broadband stops for some reason, good luck

@Airtel_Presence a customer moved from @youbroadband hoping your fiber will not drop connections won’t drop frequently, and that’s so true .. It does not drop because it does not even connect at the first place & your installation engineer is not honest , so does your support

Dear @youbroadband if you can't provide good service to customers and timely solution to your frequent outrage please stop taking new connections and renewals. no connectivity since last 2 days and customer care gives only one fixed answer "there is an outrage in your area"
