@youbroadband i have requested for a frame IP BUT FROM LAST 15 DAYS YOU BROADBAND IS MAKE EXCUSES DAILY. IS YOU BROADBAND CLOSING THEN I REQUEST YOU BROADBAND TO CLOSE FAST SO WE CAN SWITCH FAST TO SOME GENUINE NETWORK PROVIDER. YOU BROADBAND CHUTIYA NETWORK DON'T BUY.

@youbroadband 2. Change of my address in your app, is not done after provided requisite documents. 3. I can use wifi only 10 mins. To use the same after, I have to restart the wifi everytime. Please consider the issues, resolve them as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards.

@youbroadband we just have to complain - complain and complain, I paid for a 150 Mbps plan. but hardly get 60 to 70 Mbps. whenever I complain, the engineer doesn't come a single time and your representative on call always promises 24-hour problem resolution. vd_371 user id is

@Prabhas__Addict @youbroadband Lol.. I have forgotten it since last 3 months. Wasted my 3 month's money. Youbroadband deserves to die. If you don't believe check you6723. No customer support and no engineer visit for straight 15 days of complaint. I am happy with Airtel now.

What service are you providing @youbroadband I renewed Wi-Fi pack on 11-August-21 and since yesterday there's ZERO mbps speed! Raised complaint yesterday NO-ONE TURNED UP AS YET. This is your worst strategy to save data which ruin's your customer's weekend. (Vadodara, Gujarat).
