    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Ac No 1111953 Complain Idb2026071605960 I am using your telecom since 2003 and i have 4 more ac on same number Now for this complain your team member in surat office says we cant give service now as your are the only one in this area u can take and other company service
