    🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

    @youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

    @youbroadband can you teach your staff some basic manners? No one raises a complaint unless there is a network issue, and no one just stays at home all day because your staff will call to ask how many lights are working on the modem!!

    @youbroadband I am facing routing issues when playing Escape From Tarkov on Singapore servers. I used to get 50-60ms ping just a month ago and now it is 200+ms since the 14th of August. I know this is your routing issue since I can use a paid VPN to get 60ms ping. Please fix it.
