Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

@youbroadband Shittiest service ever! Your people in Pune keep following up when it’s time to collect money for the package, but disappear after the payment! For a 10-minute job, the technician made me wait for 4 hrs & decided to not show up at all! Won’t recommend it to anyone!

Part 3: Their ground operators claim YouBroadband is only prioritizing new connections/customers over servicing requests of existing customers. It is really frustrating. I had 5 months of service left, of which 2 months is already gone. @youbroadband
