Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

@youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

@vikramsathaye @youbroadband Bro, get your connection terminated and ask for refund. And get Airtel. It rocks. And you'll see the difference in the service within 3 days. You will experience actual speed. I had same problems with Youbroadband for 3months. I am happy with Airtel now.

@consumerforum_ There r plenty bt my recent exp with @youbroadband. They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

It was most reliable and most stable connection and personally used Youbroadband 8years with high hardly 1 complaint per year. But now service is declining day by day. Get rid of Youbroadband
