@youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

@youbroadband using since 3 months bt the service n downtime sucks. Why u have maintenance in weekdays in day time ? Every 1 has the work to do, my meetings/word is hampered by ur useless and dumb services. ISP doesn't responds to the calls or msgs.

@youbroadband i live in vadodara and my registered number is 8156062982. the internet has stopped working and my office is about to start at 6. The internet is down for the 5th time today. my renew is on 24th and with this kind of service i am not going to renee it.

@youbroadband my mobile number is 9898892271(surat) our net connection is closed since last 7 days no hearing is being done even after repeated complaints you broadband was a name for a good service but now this name is getting less Will close 3 while net is closed

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare As per the rules it takes 45 working days to refund the amount which in your case has crossed 9 months. Please resolve this issue within a week or else I would have to take a legal course. TIA
