Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

@youbroadband Recharge done before one month for upgrade to 100Mbps with an assurance by @youbroadband to change the modem. Till date, the modem is not changed and the service is providing 20Mbps. Bad service as usual.
