Worst Internet Service in India... My broadband is dead for last 3 days... I can't register complain through apk... I complained from website...bt it was closed...Bt broadband is still dead... And even have excuse that Sunday there is no one to do anything... @youbroadband

@youbroadband For the last one week, I have seen wifi drop to zero and then rise only to drop to 190kbps and now crawling slow. Even the cable was changed and after a week it was reconnected. I have urgent work matters to attend to and the You service is not being helpful at all

@youbroadband My AcNo 2113217 in Pune, ihave been complaining for a week about slow internet. Last week it stopped altogether. Then the customer servc came and tinkered. WiFi ran ok for a few days. But now again since last night, slow wifi and since last two hours, no wifi at all.

@youbroadband is the most worst Internet provide ever seen . Every week 2 days I am not geting the internet.nobody is solving the issue. Junction box is in my home. Pulled it off and thrown out of my home even I have 45 days of validity. Fedup with the @youbroadband @TV9Telugu

@youbroadband it has been a week and our problem has still not been solved. For a week now our internet has been jumping between available and non available everyday for a week now. We have to call everyday for complaint.
