Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

@youbroadband Hello in our area (gujarat, surat)you broadband give us the horrible service. They charge us 30 day but give us only 20 day. Bcoz rest 10 day their service going to shut or fail. Very bed service. And they have very rude behave engineer and customer executive.

@youbroadband God your service is awful. Your speeds are generally low however around midnight it seems you guys switch off your machines. I get 1-2 Mbps on a 33 Mbps plan. This is observed every night. At least have the courtesy to refund when u r no longer to provide service.

@youbroadband is probably the worst customer service ever. I have opened multiple tickets trying to explain that i have ping spikes but they close my ticket even without any response. I have actually emailed the nodal service in the past & got a resolution.
