  🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

  @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @VodafoneIdeaIN easily one of the worst Internet servicePs I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. Works only 15 days a month/month. Kudos on the consistent non-service! Keep up the horrible work!

  @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

  @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare My internet connection is not working from 14th to 21st April.I have already registered a complaint 7 days back but the issue is still unresolved and @youbroadband has failed miserably in rectifying the issue.

  @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...
