Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

@DoT_India Honorable ministry, I am not at all satisfied by the services provided by @youbroadband Surat. They take money for 50 Mbps and provide a speed of 2.5 Mbps. It has impacted my work from massively, as half the time connection doesn't work. Please help get my money refund
