    @youbroadband such an irresponsible service persons u have, internet not working from two days raised complaint in app n till now nobody responded. Jus waiting for the plan validity to complete once it complete never ever vl suggest anyone or vl recharge again

    @youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

    Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

    🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

    @youbroadband internet down for 3 days, no engineer has attended till now. called service center she registered complaint and closed it immediately. ridiculous service will never recommend for anyone.

    @youbroadband Thanks for your fabulous customer service. No network from 2 days. Customer support says with utmost compassion that issue will be fixed The person to whom the request is assigned isn't responding to calls. Had a great 2 months journey. Moving on to @fiber_jio .

    @youbroadband Its been more than a week since network outage and we learnt that You broadband is not authorised in our society. More than 90 days worth of data left in the plan. Pathetic customer service from the team. Even writing mails dont work. Please refund ASAP.

    Worst service ever experienced by a broadband company. @youbroadband. Engineer was not able to establish connection and said that my laptop has an issue. walked away from house and even after repeatedly calling his name "Mohit" was not listening.
