Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

@youbroadband it is the most pathetic service provider in visakhapatnam. I have taken a plan of 40mbps but the speed is always less than 10. Even the customer service is pathetic. Being paying such hefty amount for services & not getting is very disappointing
