    @youbroadband my internet connection is not working since the last week.. i have been trying to raise multiple complaints through customer care and also through the app.. the engineer is assigned, but he is not picking up the phone.. this is very poor customer service !!!!

    @youbroadband My broadband connection in Rajkot with you has been non operational from 26th June to 2nd July and from 5th July till today. No update yet. Local service representatives don't respond. And now I am getting reminders for renewal. Kindly resolve.

    I never use this medium to complaint but this one is must to avoid this provider in future. @youbroadband has worse technical staff and equally worse customer support management. Internet down for 4 days and there is no concrete answer from anyone. They should shutdown as an org

    @youbroadband Worst service and worst support. It's been a week I have online renewal issue in which I paid amount twice for one activation and still there is no refund for which I have raised concerned 10 days ago. No response from the support. I want this resolved today.
