    @youbroadband has a simple business model. **** service, possibly the worst customer support to ever exist and absolutely no concept of grievance redressal. No wonder its rated so poorly! #mistakes

    @youbroadband @DoT_India No internet for almost 5 days now. Been complaining continuously, no resolution! I was only able to use internet for 2 days since my connection. When asked for cancellation and refund, they said its not in our policy. I paid 3 months advance! #fraud

    @youbroadband A call did came from executive and said it will be rectified by today 2pm but still net is down today its 5th day but its still down

    @youbroadband hey YouBB, why do you charge for 100+Mbps plans when your DO NOT HAVE Infrastructure to support it? Nearly 1 month of 200mbps plan wasted with 10 days of NO Internet and rest of the days with 60-70mbps connection. I am paying for 200mbps.

    @youbroadband while you make your customers cry and plead for service!! I have paid @youbroadband in advance for service. Didnt realise that such a BIG company would cheat its customers. RETURN OUR MONEY if you cant give us service!!!
