    🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

    @youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

    @youbroadband I have been using u band broadband till last 4 month my . I never seen such a worst service no one there to listen after repeated complain about net is not working last 2 days. Truly frustrating. Please don’t opt this network .Switching another network.8155861559

    @youbroadband Your internet issues are increasing day by day and despite requesting many times no steps have been taken. Your Engineer closed the complaint without even visiting the place .I also have a pathetic experience, No support from branch and customer service.
