  @youbroadband internet down for 3 days, no engineer has attended till now. called service center she registered complaint and closed it immediately. ridiculous service will never recommend for anyone.

  🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

  @youbroadband @vodafonein1 What kind of **** services do you give, estimated up time in Navsari locality was 12:06 PM, it's 4 PM and your internet still not working, I can't even reach the support service as the same up time pops up, you can't charge me for one whole day.

  @youbroadband is pathetic. There's outage everyday for 3-4 times a day.. It's like medicine dose. I can attach 43 screenshots of outage notification. @youbroadbandcares only for itself. Need to cancel subscription and get refund... No customer service helps with this...

  @youbroadband worst support recieved.All the executives are giving false commitments. Power is used without customer consent. Even not give any compansation.If internet is down that's cost to customer, No days will credit. Complaint no: 2021020520618, 2021020521167, 2021020521191

  @youbroadband You have the WORST internet service I have ever used. There isn't a single day when your services run fine without any disruption. It is either the bandwidth that's not upto the mark or the widespread outage stretching for hours. (1/2)

  @youbroadband - what a pathetic service! Register a complaint and it gets resolved automatically!!? Without solving the issue, no call no service engineer? And this is ongoing always. I fail to understand how this system runs. Highly dissatisfied!!!!!

  @DoT_India Pls review the way @youbroadband provides the services to their customers..no alert /notification ever received on their outage/maintenance on the weekday..so much of productivity loss..who is going to bear the cost..horrible service after paying the bills in advance
