    Hey @youbroadband no internet connection for the last 3 days. Been on call with 9121291212 multiple times. No callback atleast. Why am I being charged for on inactive days when you can't even deliver prompt service. Can understnd delayed fix in these times but atleast a call back

    @youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

    @youbroadband number of low class service worst customer care support I never recommend to my relatives and friends, number one bekar service in India. Still my request is in pending status no one are coming for the installation. If there is no feasibility y your people are collecting money.

    @TheSanjayRathod @youbroadband already emailed and visited office personally and called customer care about 20+ times but they give same static reply "sorry for inconvenience we will see your complaint on priority", they just don't believe in good customer service
