  @youbroadband After close acount router is given to employee himensinh parmar from vadodara and promise us you will get the refund. Then when we call customer care they said we didnt got the receipt. employee not given me any receipt. Not they said no receipt then no refund.

  @youbroadband Very Pathetic service by youbroadband team. today technician visit at home at 12.45pm and he told me we came back for installation at 4.00pm for installation but still waiting for installation.I request please refund my payment ASAP.i don't want like this service.

  @youbroadband pathetic customer service of Youbroadband. Network and fibre issues persistent for a week and no one rectifies. Just looting money is their motto!! No wonder @JioCare is increasing their customer base when their competitor's attitude is such.

  @youbroadband @rupahasit @youbroadband He told me it would be feasible and I told him my classes start from July 1st and need it connected , I paid through upi method and m not able to understand why can't u repay in upi method as soon as u know its not possible to provide service .
