    🤢 to @youbroadband because worst network. always network issues and even 100mbps speed we get very low speed, more irritating issue is even if fault from there surver they dont increase validity period, very disgusting network

    @youbroadband I have applied for a new connection on 8th May and did the payment as well. Until today there was update from your team and thus I have been calling your customer care but they were doing nothing but just escalating. Please cancel and refund the amount. CC426553

    @youbroadband, is the worst internet service provider i ever saw. Low speed internet, high rate of disconnections, irresponsible technicians, poor customer satisfaction. I don't know how a request will be closed without solving the problem that was reported.

    @youbroadband very poor after sales service. I paid installation amount on 3rd May but till now they haven't contact me, when I called them they didn't even give proper answer. Extremely Disappointed by YouBroadband.

    @youbroadband You have the worst customer service! My internet is out for 5 days every month right after paying the bill. This has been going on for a year now. The customer service reps say the same bs every month! Anyone planning on buying this ****** service please don't.

    @youbroadband is probably worst network and even worse in providing customer service. Network was not coming since last 3 days, customer care says technician assigned. But technician haven't called us till now.. What is your standard time for getting service after complaint??
