@youbroadband Hi Team, I submitted the modem after disconnecting the youbroadband internet service on 13th Jan 2022. When I contacted the support team regarding the refundable amount they mentioned that the cheque is initiated on 27th Feb 2022 and today it is still in the process

@youbroadband I have been trying to reach out your Engineer and he just keep ignoring my calls. Is this your service, when reacharge is about to due you guys called 1000 of times to remind us. But when we need support, why aren't there ? #Zero customer support.
