    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.

    @youbroadband @TRAI My internet has not been working properly for almost a month. Every complaint is being closed without resolution. Complaint No: 2026051404926 Please resolve the issue immediately or refund the balance amount paid for unused service. #YouBroadband

    @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.

    @youbroadband Yours is the worst service possible. Have been your customer for 10 years now. The service has given ne bad to worst. My let is not working since 2 days tried each and everything from raising a complaint on the app to calling the call centre so many times. No resolution yet

    @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Looks like you don’t want new connections. I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
