    @youbroadband agreed due to rain in surat internet was not working. But its been 5 days since everyones net is working but not mine After complaining for so many days ur engineers started it today but still no speed , non stop on-off net Please help and clear the matter

    @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
