    @youbroadband why am I not able to access Binance on your network, despite the ban on it being lifted? Neither the app, nor the website works. It is accessible on all other ISP networks.

    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    5 days. Entire society. No internet. No resolution. This is the service from YOU Broadband India despite multiple complaints. Till no resolution, no technician visit, and no proper update. Requesting urgent action. @youbroadband @TRAI @DoT_India #YOUbroadband #InternetDown
