    @youbroadband Hi there, I hv paid amt 4 new conn few days back bt installation is nt done yet Yr executive commitd to do installation in 24hr bt it is nt done yet nd nw he is askng 4 1 week more I m disappointed wid ur poor/unethical manipulating service and unprofessional staff

    @youbroadband Your staff looking only after 72 hours. Not restoring internet service. In this time without internet service how can run our business ? Will i shutdown our business due to your poor services?

    My relationship no . 1787930 . i apply for shifting befor 2 month for my u braodband net conection , but they was said that there is no service in you complex , now in my complex there is 4 new you broadband conaction till they are not shifting . @youbroadband #YOUBroadband

    @youbroadband Stop irritating reminders. As a customer, we knew that the account is getting expired on some date and we need to renew it to use the services. But for that SENDING TOO MANY REMINDERS is not a good idea.😠
