    @youbroadband @chintan1605 @youbroadband You have very third grade service since i hv already disconnected the connection 4 months back due to bad service but despite of giving multiple complaints my security deposit is not been refunded also these people are not responding to my complaints.

    In Feb 20 I was forced to disconnect idea fiber as I shifted my house to an adjacent wing even their they couldn't provide service & since then waiting for the refund of the Security Deposit. It's almost 11 months now. Account Number - 2000340162 MSISDN - 1925554 @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I have been trying to contact customer service since 3 days now, they have time and again turned me down or hung up on me. This is preposterous and totally unprofessional on your behalf. So many issues in your service has made me look into alternate services.......

    @ReheSamay @youbroadband The worst internet connection you can get in pune. Try to get fibre from Airtel or Tata Sky best in the business.
