    Yesterday I brought a brand new connection of @youbroadband, really very disappointed with the service provider. I am unable to load Google homepage in between 6.00pm to 1.00am. Nice way to fool people in the name of @VodafoneIN.

    Pathetic experience by @youbroadband. Facing internet issues since 22nd April now. When the engineer attends the request, it works for 1-2 hours & then it stops working again. I have recharged a prepaid plan on 20th April. But I am not getting the service. My username: anuj1103

    @youbroadband feel the shit u going through when your broadband gets technical problem on Saturday afternoon and now u have to wait till Monday to get it repaired because "you broadband" don't serve services on Sunday... I'am gonna miss the most awaited GoT s8e1 @GameOfThrones

    @ronak_sh1 @youbroadband @VodafoneIN As long as a #shittygroup named @VodafoneIN controls them it's bad... Every now n then broadband goes down, cables get cut. Ridiculous.

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN What is problem of this connection that i have within 2-3 days it always shows los singnal light and it has always slow down speed this is the worst that connection That i have what a poor choice by vodafone and promises to give better service 👎

    Hey @youbroadband, Your customer service is too pathetic. Your sales team as well as your executives are not at all responsible. I'm a new customer(Ac 1865183), paid all the money(plan+router) but no installation yet. Its been seven days now. #complaints #noaction #disappointed

    @youbroadband Thanks for your reply, but from last one week, I've been experiencing very poor service from YOU Broadband. 7 days of my prepaid plans were wasted, because I was unable to access internet during this period. Internet is still down at the moment.

    @reliancejio ‘s jiofi coming to my rescue while my prepaid connection with @youbroadband fails to work! Trying to get in touch with the customer care department but all they have for me is a complaint number! Need a fix ASAP! My work is suffering due to your inconsistency
