Once the service was down for 5 days, when I complained and asked for service credit, they denied and said it was not a technical fault. They are cheaters

It’s been more than 2 months and n no. Emails now they are telling me they will issue a cheque. This nonsense has to stop #cheating customers give me my money back asap
