@youbroadband @KetanButte Issue is still not resolved. Even customer support team is not able to handle. We have submited device 2 years ago still no refund is given. We are launhing complaint now.

@youbroadband looks like you broadband is not interested in providing support to their customers. I have logged complaint yesterday and even after 24 hr it's not been taken care. It's really frustrating for any user who pay for service on time but not get support when require
