    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare My internet connection is not working from 14th to 21st April.I have already registered a complaint 7 days back but the issue is still unresolved and @youbroadband has failed miserably in rectifying the issue.

    @youbroadband no service at Bhandarkar Ins Road since last 48 hours. None of your contact numbers are working. The Youbroadband app isn’t working either. How does one lodge a complaint?

    @youbroadband I have had no connectivity over the last 10 days and no amount of calling the customer care has helped. The assigned engineer doesn’t even answer the phone call. Your customer care people aren’t even giving me a timeline to resolve the issue.

    @youbroadband @CaGhanshamJoshi Internet service in my appartment is distorted since 24+hrs & still not resolved. Why should the customer suffer for your mistakes?? Really disappointed. Seriously reconsidering to change my Broadband service provider.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @VodafoneIdeaIN easily one of the worst Internet servicePs I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. Works only 15 days a month/month. Kudos on the consistent non-service! Keep up the horrible work!

    @AbhijitBrahme @youbroadband This frequent disconnection and put that thing in maintenance activity so customer cannot raise complaint, contact centre cannot raise complaint and cheat customers on daily basis of their hard earned money is normal for @youbroadband. Why to recharge?

    @youbroadband your services has been worst than govt services in last 1 year i was assured last time on call with customer care that everthing will be resolved in 3 working but its been more than 3 months and no one has visited yet to replace decade old modem of yours.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.
