    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    @youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

    Why they don’t declare 5 days/month paid leave for downtime. I almost face downtime every month. Also, I pay for 100 Mbps, but I get 18 Mbps when I actually need to work. Selling a service you can't deliver isn’t just bad business-it’s a total scam. But @youbroadband don’t care
