    @youbroadband your service pathetic these days. There is continous disruption for atleast 8-9 daily which is disrupting our work. Pls fix ASAP!!!!

    You people have such pathetic management. You broadband internet is down since the last 5 days and still there is no one who has come to fix it in Rajkot Gujarat after repeated calls to customer service.@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband. MOST pathetic company in India..@AdityaBirlaGrp

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
