    @youbroadband i think you should close down your service in hyderabad since by now most of the customers would have shifted to other providers.

    @youbroadband its been 3 days youbroadband network is down, ticket has been raised but no progress. Airtel was also down but they were very prompt and already restored there’s connectivity.

    Why they don’t declare 5 days/month paid leave for downtime. I almost face downtime every month. Also, I pay for 100 Mbps, but I get 18 Mbps when I actually need to work. Selling a service you can't deliver isn’t just bad business-it’s a total scam. But @youbroadband don’t care

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
