    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband What kind of customer care is this? Every complaints raised through mobile app are closed within 30 minutes without resolving or contacting customer. Even contact number of the technical person attached with complaint is wrong.

    @youbroadband your services are down in Bandra West!!! Why are the helpline numbers mentioned on your website for Mumbai 91212 91212 and 1800 121 222 not working??? Why have you removed your app from the Apple App Store? How do you expect customers to file a complaint???

    @youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.
