    @youbroadband will get their money first but won’t provide you service after that. It’s been 10 days since I did the payment. When I try to call the executive for update on installation, he straight away declines my phone call. Is this how you treat your new customers?

    @youbroadband I am disappointed by your services nowadays inspite of calling your technicians they disconnect our call, for 3 days services is not restored in Bandra kantwadi Road cust id 147108 disappointed and disgusting service will look for another source

    @youbroadband The worst internet service provider till now. My Account number 2056007 since 10 months of connection every month I face issue for 3-4 times/month and they take 3-4 days to resolve As doing WFH how can a person survive without internet? Please Help @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I would like to connect with any reliable Manager in Vadodara who can help me with a new connection, I have already done the payment but no further response from You Broadband! This is clear case of unprofessionalism and want to get money back.
