    @youbroadband No services since yesterday evening. ETA was 9 Apr midnight. There have been just too many instances of breakdown in recent times. Return our money if you can't provide decent service.

    @youbroadband despite several calls and efforts to call the customare care the issue is still not resolved.Your promises are just a lip service.The wifi connection is not restored..its been a week or so Do the needful!

    @youbroadband Dear you team, are your customer service team members educated? Do they understand English? I have been issued a wrong "Invoice" with blank description field and I have been following up for 2 months and my issue remains unresolved. How fair is it? @ViCustomerCare
