    @youbroadband Yours is the worst service possible. Have been your customer for 10 years now. The service has given ne bad to worst. My let is not working since 2 days tried each and everything from raising a complaint on the app to calling the call centre so many times. No resolution yet

    @youbroadband agreed due to rain in surat internet was not working. But its been 5 days since everyones net is working but not mine After complaining for so many days ur engineers started it today but still no speed , non stop on-off net Please help and clear the matter

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
