I have used @youbroadband for more than a year and paid a refundable deposit of Rs. 2K for using their router. Now I want to return the router and get back the deposit but I'm not getting any response. I have also called the cust. care for the past 2 months for this issue.

@youbroadband Vadodara, I have been having issues with my broadband connectivity and the issue has been bugging me since 6 months now everytime I register a complaint I get assured that an executive will come look into it but so far all my efforts have been in vain.

@youbroadband @TRAI You broadband collected deposit from me 6 years back. Now refusing to return. Issue raised to you appellate and he also refuses saying no deposit with them. I shared original signed receipt mentioning deposit clearly to them.Even payment done by cheque.
