  @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.

  A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

  @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.
