@youbroadband I have been complaining since many days about you broadband wifi issues. Mailing regarding it, But im not getting any responds from you guys. Wifi is working like ****, in a day it stops working 3-4 time and sometimes it doesn’t even work for few days.

@DoT_India Honorable ministry, I am not at all satisfied by the services provided by @youbroadband Surat. They take money for 50 Mbps and provide a speed of 2.5 Mbps. It has impacted my work from massively, as half the time connection doesn't work. Please help get my money refund

Opening complaint, 24 working hours (3days) for engineer, engineer closing ticket on 2nd or 3rd day without visiting, calling, or solving. Again complaint, 24hr...cont. Nice deadlock.
