@youbroadband very poor service by you guys. You all doesn’t care about your customers. My internet has been interrupted from last Saturday evening. I have visited your area office 3 times today and 2 time on Sunday. But still my problem has not resolved yet.

@youbroadband @DoT_India 6 days no connectivity, shall I wait for another 54 days? 10+ calls to customer care, 3 days office work impacted; amount can't be quantified, efforts wasted can't be quantified!!!!!!!! CAN I HAVE A RESOLUTION PLEASE OR REFUND, EITHER WORKS FOR ME!!

@youbroadband my plan is 50 MBPS and getting only 10-30 Mbps since 6th May 2020. I complained on 11th may but still not solution from your side. I called many time to your customer care. This is disgusting service.

@youbroadband I have renewed 50 Mbps unlimited plan on 3rd May 2020, but my router is old so I didn't get max speed. so I complain about this issue on 11th May 2020, with complaint num: 2020051102610.
