@youbroadband @DoT_India 6 days no connectivity, shall I wait for another 54 days? 10+ calls to customer care, 3 days office work impacted; amount can't be quantified, efforts wasted can't be quantified!!!!!!!! CAN I HAVE A RESOLUTION PLEASE OR REFUND, EITHER WORKS FOR ME!!

@DoT_India Honorable ministry, I am not at all satisfied by the services provided by @youbroadband Surat. They take money for 50 Mbps and provide a speed of 2.5 Mbps. It has impacted my work from massively, as half the time connection doesn't work. Please help get my money refund

@youbroadband I recently renewed my plan of 100mbps for 6 months+10 days but I'm still not able to see that plan in You app, and most importantly you've a very poor service I've registered soo many complaints for speed issue but no one is attending that not even calling to know.
