    @youbroadband you are the worst service providers in the world. All you know is to make a fool out of people and loot them. No service and the internet does not work 364 days out of 365. You are going to find yourself in big trouble. I am from Surat and your office shall be shut.

    Hello, friends never buy @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Home broadband internet connection because My internet is closed for 3 days and I don't get the same answer when I call customer care. Your complaint has been sent to a higher level. Your complaint has been forwarded.

    @DoT_India Honorable ministry, I am not at all satisfied by the services provided by @youbroadband Surat. They take money for 50 Mbps and provide a speed of 2.5 Mbps. It has impacted my work from massively, as half the time connection doesn't work. Please help get my money refund

    @youbroadband I have been complaining since many days about you broadband wifi issues. Mailing regarding it, But im not getting any responds from you guys. Wifi is working like ****, in a day it stops working 3-4 time and sometimes it doesn’t even work for few days.

    @youbroadband @DoT_India 6 days no connectivity, shall I wait for another 54 days? 10+ calls to customer care, 3 days office work impacted; amount can't be quantified, efforts wasted can't be quantified!!!!!!!! CAN I HAVE A RESOLUTION PLEASE OR REFUND, EITHER WORKS FOR ME!!

    Network engineer (professional not form youbroadband) to solve the problem with my own money. Thank god it's a network and he resolved it but it's been 4-5 months no one has visited my place or called. Again i my internet has stopped working and

    Worst service don’t purchase @youbroadband1 @youbroadband I have registered new connection. And it’s been 20 day but didn’t get any respond. Also I have call many time to customer care but didn’t respond. Also sales person not receiving my call. Don’t purchase this worst network

    From 26Jan22 night to 27jan22 afternoon 4pm internet not work. Today 28Jan22 again internet not work from 1:45pm @youbroadband Speed issue still not solve #internet #internetspeed @youbroadband not able to give #WiFi speed they suggest use LAN then only you get speed.
