  @youbroadband I have paid for 6 months and now no network !!! @Airtel_Presence can you please share Pune Xtreme fiber contact so I can have better connectivity! I have lots to do and youbroadband is way too lethargic to get it's work done. Their ETA 24Hr mean 3 days!

  @youbroadband @youbroadband1 I have been raising a complaint and the technician is closing it without attending to it or my approval, since a week. When I call customer care, they open another ticket n it goes in a loop. The system is flawed. Can someone fix it?

  We upgraded to 60mpbs plan with @youbroadband1 for WFH. Each time we have a disconnection, it takes minimum 5 days to resolve. Since Cyclone on 17th May we have no internet. We have made repeated requests for service which have gone unaddressed. @youbroadband @jagograhakjago

  @youbroadband What kind of pathetic service do you provide ?my SR had been closing on its own !AC ss7470 And I have no connectivity till now and I have meeting to do ! Your customer executive says to get the connection removed and shift to other services.
