    You Broadband in our area is down since yesterday. Got msg that it will be up by 17:55 hours but till now it is down. VI the owner should ensure 24x7 service as they are ISP which is now very essential service. #youbroadband #TRAI #vodafoneidea

    @youbroadband Hello people, I experienced the worst service by anyone in my life is by @youbroadband. As they committed my broadband connection should be done in 7 days after the day i made payment to @youbroadband,13 days Passed still connection not done. #WorstCustomerService

    @youbroadband its been only a month and this pathetic ISP has started showing its true colors. So unreliable. Yesterday ans today till 6:40 PM the internet was down. i couldnt work for office. After that also its keep on going down for 5-10 minutes again and again. Stupid ISP.

    @youbroadband Having connectivity issues very often in the last one month and recently off for 8 days. Service request closes automatically without the engineer turning up. Ok calling customer care I just get a reply service has been escalated. Do they have any shame? Also at the

    @youbroadband youbroadband is worst broadband and cheating company. I paid for connection in online but there is no feasability in my area, so they told they will refund money, by now its 3 and half months, still I didn't received refund. They are saying still we are printining

    @youbroadband Whenever I start using internet, I start facing connectivity issues. I got it for work purposes and I have meetings that will need internet. I guess you expect people to have a connection, pay for it but not use it. Your customer care isn't good enough either @TRAI

    @youbroadband Totally irresponsible behaviour of the customer care. It’s fake benefits offered at the time of recharge and not issued till my validity is over. I call them every morning and the reply I got is your complaint has been escalated. They lie from the bottom of their heart. ********
