    @youbroadband My id is mp401f Every time your engineer came and vist checking my problem In my laptop your router name not coming he checked also But didnt solve my problem still and my modem speed alow only 35mbps speed And in plan speed is 40mbps what to do

    @youbroadband i am struggling with the customer service provided by You in Pune pride world city. There is an internet issue literally every 2 days and no body cares to give an answer. Your engineers always hang up stating they have left the job or on leave!my account #1664183

    Our Internet service has been down for the last three days. Therefore, office work is closed. We made a phone call. But there was no response. We have already registered complaint and followed up several times, but in vain. Nobody showed up. @youbroadband
