    Fraud Company @youbroadband At time of Buying plan Company give Promise for 15 Months, After 13 Month Connection is Discounting. After so much call in CustomerCare, So much Mail to Customercare. Still time No reply and Solve my Problem. What a Poor Management/Company.

    @youbroadband Extremely pathetic service in surat!!! They test your patience. please don't take this service, Not a single day has passed when the service was not disrupted. Complaint raised will get closed without any resolution. really pathetic service.GTPL is good internet.

    @youbroadband from last six month ur service is gone very worst day by day. Every day no internet from 11.30 pm to 8.30 am from last 10days. Already did complaint on daily basis but no result. And outrage problem is very much frequent in our area new vatva ahmedabad.

    @MIB_India @youbroadband1 @youbroadband dear sir I had complaint against your service on 8 th jan-21, but still your technician not come to my place till today, I want either service or my money back.. very poor service .

    @youbroadband It has been 1 month still the shifting process is pending. @youbroadband if it is not completing by EOD will be sending legal notice. And will raise complaint in consumer court as well. We'll have all call recordings.

    @youbroadband Please try to understand the urgency, I am working from home and due to this issue my work is getting impacted badly, customer care number is also not working, I am surprised how can such bad service from Vodafone?
