    @youbroadband i am so frustrated hence writing the tweet my wifi is down since more 28hr i have raised lots of complain still no solution,support guy doesnt pick the call,worst resolution, worst customer support. what am i suppose to do?

    @youbroadband Any service request in past year was not resolved with in 6-7 hrs. You should understand the importance of having connected with WFH and online classes. Every week network goes down and then I lose atleast 10-12 hrs on average. Dont you have any SLAs FYI: @TRAI

    @youbroadband the worst internet service you can find. No support from local office . Lodged numerous complaints. Gets up for few hours again down. Least expectations is to get uninterrupted service seems to be difficult for these guys.
