    @youbroadband my broadband is now down 4 more than 2 months (area- wakad, pune)! No update on resolution! Customer care not responding to cancellation & refund of my 12 months advance payment. Is this your service quality?

    @youbroadband for the last few days im not getting good speed matter of face my plan is of 100mbps but it don’t go even 60-70mbps speed since i recharged and now the speed even got worse fix this

    @youbroadband what a pathetic Service... trying to get connection from you from 3rd Jan still connection is in process...paid twice money one is not refunded yet account number:2156286

    Very bad experience with @youbroadband . Will never use their service again. Applied for new connection & cancelled in 1hour but they refund my money after 20 days. #internet #youbroadband #blocked

    @ViCustomerCare facing issue with your youbroadband team.. requested for the name change request but no one showed till now and even the customer care is not useful ..called so many time but no solution

    @youbroadband There is no internet from yesterday i.e. 1st Feb evening. The app notification shows within hour the problem will resolved but now it is 15 hours still no internet. @vodafoneservice
