  4 hours later. Account suspended because i cant recharge because modem provided is OOS and hence no Internet. Modem replaced, account recharged, still suspended and No Internet. #FAIL @youbroadband #CrappyService

  @NiNisarg93 @youbroadband Experienced the same issue. And post rectification they won't add those days in your account. Worst service provider.

  @youbroadband I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with your service, I renewed my plan on 5th Jan 2021 and sti my internet is not working, I'm working from home and facing lot of difficulties even after paying for 3 months in advance.

  @youbroadband is the worst internet service in Hyderabad I ever experienced. Internet breaks at least weekly once. The only thing worse is your customer service. (1/3)

  @youbroadband what bullshit service you guys have!! Every single day I the internet service is affected & down for atleast 4 hours....evry single day! Pls check for service in area 395009 (Surat-Adajan).People are losing trust in your service & it won't be long before they quit.

  @youbroadband what service are u running man. From past 4days i have complaining that internet is not working. No one shows up!! After calling to customer service people they are speaking(BAD WORDS) to customers. And there is no specific phone numbers. whom should we contactReply
