@youbroadband Absolutely horrible from YouBroadband. First they take payment for 3 months in advance with an assurance of prompt installation, later they say there is no feasibility in my area, and now I am following up for more than 1 month for my refund. Absolutely Horrible

Hi @youbroadband, your customer care guys are not able to send me the invoice of my plan subscription with duration mentioned on it. Have been following-up with them since a week and everytime they send me same useless invoice. Is it that hard for you guys to provide it?

@youbroadband I was not at home since last 40 days and came yesterday. Since then my internet is not working. Customer care executives saying that everything is right and they don't know why it is not working and I am waiting for technician to resolve the issue.

@youbroadband @prashantprajap6 Goddamnit @youbroadband Why can't you folks have planned outages for maintenance !!?? Every week you people have service affected messages rolling out! And if your outages are so well planned, why not try to keep us informed well in advance? Say, about 2 days?

I live in Pune city & for past week we are facing tremendous issues with @youbroadband Network does not stay for even 15 minutes at a stretch. We contacted the service provider at least a dozen times but none of his solutions have worked. Very disappointed with @youbroadband
