    I live in Pune city & for past week we are facing tremendous issues with @youbroadband Network does not stay for even 15 minutes at a stretch. We contacted the service provider at least a dozen times but none of his solutions have worked. Very disappointed with @youbroadband

    @ViCustomerCare I already called that no you provided 3 to 4 time since yesterday, still it is not yet resolved. And this is not the first time I am experiencing such things this is a very common problem with @youbroadband service. False promises and lack of interest to resolve issues.

    @youbroadband hi, no voluntary suspension? Dear @ViCustomerCare why YouBroadband customer care (91212 91212) isn't reachable when called from your network? You are powering them or helping them in hiding? Is there a monthly quota set by your network for customer mobile numbers?

    @youbroadband I was not at home since last 40 days and came yesterday. Since then my internet is not working. Customer care executives saying that everything is right and they don't know why it is not working and I am waiting for technician to resolve the issue.

    @youbroadband  If you are working kindly solve my issue as soon as possible from February month your company not have high speed modem my 6 month plan over & also 1 month renew plan of 50mbps but you broadband is taking complaint & making fool to customers Acno1543833 Guj

    Connection is down since 19th Dec. I think youbroadband has time machine as they mention in snapshot that they will solve prob at 18:57:50 on 19th dec. They will go back to yesterand resume services on the time. Pathetic service. @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN

    @youbroadband Worst services from your side......don't go to youbroadband. Every week 1 to 3 days getting internet fluctuations. Please respond if you guys have eyes.

    @youbroadband Have been facing Internet connectivity issues since almost a month now. At earlier they said some technician will visit to resolve our complaint within 24 hours but till date there has not been a single response from their team. Very poor and inefficient service.
