    @youbroadband @vodafone @chakravarthy facing intenet issue last 3 days, very poor customer service..I will shut down my all 6 connections and switch over to Jio..Need refund and I will take you consume court

    Had the worst experience With Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare Just switched from YouBroadband to Jio fibre.Took a plan of 150 Mbps with jio tv After installation the speed comes at 47-50Mbps.9n enquiring they say , 150 will come only with a 5g device. Lack of informing the Customers

    @youbroadband , the service that you are providing in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune area is absolutely pathetic. Not a single day goes when I'm not facing any interruption and outages. If the service doesn't improve, current subscription is going to my last with your company.

    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare your sales person in Ahmedabad (Mr. Jayesh) is absolutely misbehaving with the prospect customer when he is unable to sell his plan. Is this your culture of sales team? Absolutely unacceptable!!
