    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Fast internet sounds great in theory, but in reality with your service it’s constant downtime and zero accountability. No connectivity, router showing orange light, technician giving false promises and still “no delays”?fix the basics first before talking about business advantage

    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.
