    I wonder if reducing the broadband speed in half every month is their new business model @youbroadband Got 200mbps plan and every few days time, hardly receive 100mbps😨 Have to complain each and every month to get the service we paid for!!

    3 months back we installed @youbroadband in vizag. they gave an offer of 3+1 but after 3 months they said your plan has expired and to recharge again.every two days in a week facing network issue. Experiencing bad service and never recommend anyone. #youbroadband plz resolve.

    @youbroadband I have been complaining about slow speed since a month now and no action has been taken. No engineer comes and I get a message that issue has been resolved. Pathetic service youbroadband. Jio fibre People are so prompt and give service as soon as you call them.

    Pathetic service @youbroadband for last 3-4 months, frequent discussions. Complaints raised are automatically "closed" by system. No engineer available anytime.

    @youbroadband My internet is not working for last 5 days and everyday it is stopped from morning till 6 pm. Customer support is not sharing complaint number as well I can't understand how & why you guys give such a pathetic service

    @youbroadband Worst experience i'm I facing with ur service people....no one is picking up the calls .....it's been 15days since I took this connection from past 4days internet is not working.....waste of my money
