    @youbroadband waste service from youbroadband. Speec is slow after taking 125mbps plan, customer service is of no use, not able to correct address pending from month, no communication on failures, no internet from 15 hours.

    @youbroadband Worst services ever. Often you guys have connectivity issue. Your toll free guys alws gives wrong Commitments. Your area Engineer do not want to help customer. Just resolving the complaim after 24 hours without resolutions.

    Worst service ever experienced by a broadband company. @youbroadband. Engineer was not able to establish connection and said that my laptop has an issue. walked away from house and even after repeatedly calling his name "Mohit" was not listening.

    @youbroadband I have been following up with you broadband customer care to get the service credit for service outages in Nov 2020 for more than 10-15 hours (3 times in same month). After calling 15-20 times, I finally got update on 18 Jan that 2 days service credit is approved

    You Broadband in our area is down since yesterday. Got msg that it will be up by 17:55 hours but till now it is down. VI the owner should ensure 24x7 service as they are ISP which is now very essential service. #youbroadband #TRAI #vodafoneidea

    @youbroadband Thanks for your fabulous customer service. No network from 2 days. Customer support says with utmost compassion that issue will be fixed The person to whom the request is assigned isn't responding to calls. Had a great 2 months journey. Moving on to @fiber_jio .
