    @MRna93 @youbroadband Absolutely correct. Their services are going down day by day and engineer close grievance without visit or call, on their own and without actual resolution

    @youbroadband @surat @youbroadband1 "BEAWARE " I'm not satisfy with services of company.Plz guys don't buy any type wifi connection of this company. It services are very poor and no one can giving response I allready request 10 days ago but no one can intrested in services.

    @youbroadband and icing on a cake is that your tech support helpline gives me same update everyday that it will get actioned in 24 hrs. Almost 8 times these 24 hrs have gone. I mean seriously? Is this how you operate?

    I am based out of Pune location and have been using @youbroadband . Since today morning wifi is not working. I have raised request but there is no response. Tried calling people but no response. Very pathetic service.

    @youbroadband what a worst service you are providing in Pune.I have raised a relocation request a week back( i am just changing a building in same area) and after constant followup of 1 week, I got to know today that request is not even assigned to anyone. Each day same updates

    @youbroadband you guys are having worst technical staff in Vrundavan, Vadodara . I have applied for the new connection on 8th july and have paid the recharge fees but still you guys haven't installed the wifi connection. No one is answering the call from YOU.

    @youbroadband we are facing an outage for the last 36 hours. No response from the local team, Automatic Response system mentions service will resume yesterday(13/7) at 11:55 pm. Such a lousy service/response. No responsible person to answer the call and let us know the status.
