    @youbroadband is the most pathetic customer service you can ever experience. Their call center openly denies service refuses to connect to the manager. No escalation matrix and they tell you to disconnect your line if needed. No refunds. This entity is heading for closure.

    @1453gowthamkitt @youbroadband Get used to it brother, They tricked me into buying their service saying its Fiber. Now I use Hathway, it is reliable. Hope this helps

    the worst internet service provider @youbroadband . Sabse bakwas log aur bakwas internet. Sabhali nahi jati to bech do 1000 ru me company.

    @youbroadband Hi My you broadband connection is down since yesterday morning Lodged a complaint 2022092408847 But your customer service is pathetic no one from youbroadband bothers to even call back the app always auto asigns an engineer Abhishek Kulkarni who never responds.
