@youbroadband Pathetic service, you are not able to shift my connection and not able to refund the money, I have made full year advance payment used services for 5 months. Sales per says it possible and customer service says it’s not possible. Please stay away from @youbroadband

@youbroadband wifi is down for last two days and tickets are being closed automatically. I have never seen outage happening so frequently in other broad bands.Every time all customers get is a regret message from your side. Pay me back my amount!!

@youbroadband I am looking for one month internet connection, but the service provider in vizag is not intrested to provide and asking for a 3 month activation. I didn't expected this type of worst response from you broadband
