@Diwanmehta @youbroadband I had faced the similar issue in past with youbroadband , once they get money they ll just vanish till next renewal. That is why they keep advance rental plans and They hardly give any importance to customer complaints

@youbroadband had all year of an active plan to find out customers who had old routers and were on high speed plans to contact and change routers. But they expect people to call up and initiate replacement. Was assured account would'nt be suspended by customer support.

@youbroadband , worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. Since the time I installed it, I am constantly facing connectivity issue and I have raised complaint several time on mail and customer care but they have never tried to resolve the issue. PATHETIC SERVICES.

@youbroadband @timesofindia @trai - very poor customer service - the whole of today broadband speed has not moved beyond 15mpbs. Don’t cheat customers by deliberately reducing the speed.

@youbroadband i am using for many years in god faith but i found whn problem comes yur technician not coming like used to be last 2 years same problem.i did talk to ur CEO many years ago and he promised it will not happen but it restart same problem again dont like 2 call ur ceo
