    A huge 'Up yours' to @youbroadband in #Vadodara. Net giving issues since yesterday. Support ticket raised last night. Engineer has not called me. I called him THRICE and each time I was told he was on his way. He has not reached. The latest update - He is reaching in 10 mins.+

    @youbroadband has the worst service. My pack is 125 mbps and I'm not even getting half speed of it.. Neither is it consistent it goes on and off.

    @youbroadband Since last 5 days I am not able to get my Router connected to your CPE. I have tried contacting through your automated phone support as well as through on line complain registering but no one has still contacted me. My relationship number is 1064194

    @youbroadband World's 3rd class services Never use YB service and internet connection. They don't have staff to resolve connection issue. I requested to YB to shift my connection in mar-23 and still it is pending. They closed issued without any call or msg and enter false remark

    @youbroadband thank you for reminding me to renew my connection 10 days in advance but maybe you could do something about your straight from gutter connectivity that keeps fluctuating every two seconds? Absolutely the worst isp ever!

    @youbroadband I stay at Rahul Towers, Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, Pune-38. There has been a frequent failure of network services since last 15-20 days in our area. This is really hampering work for me. Requests are being handled but why these failures ?
