Beyond frustrated with the lack of internet service in our area for the past week. To make matters worse, customer service is unacceptable with workers unable to properly assist or communicate. @youbroadband needs to step up and fix this issue ASAP. #internetoutage #frustrated

@youbroadband I have raised a complaint on 14 Jan, 2023 stating my internet is not working it's been almost 3 days and still I haven't received the resolution from your team. I'll write to your grievance, appellate and nodal escalation on all the field agents that I've contacted
