  the service of @youbroadband is pathetic, every day after 11PM it stops working, I am living in UK and use to call family after 11 PM IST and @youbroadband never work, one of the #worstinternetproviders, complained multiple times no solution yet.

  @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare As per the rules it takes 45 working days to refund the amount which in your case has crossed 9 months. Please resolve this issue within a week or else I would have to take a legal course. TIA

  @VashistParmod @Aashish3105 @youbroadband Totally agree Pramod. Their service is pathetic. I think it reflects the current ownership whose mobile network is equally bad. They were really good when they were under British Gas

  Facing connectivity issues everyday (no connectivity for long hours, some times days too). Service is very worst. Customer care is not responding properly. Technicians switching off their phones. Don't have the internet right now too form this afternoon @youbroadband

  From last 24 hours service is affected. Your service is disgusting in Valsad area. No value for money. I am using your service since 2 years and seen many issues and problems in bandwidth. My plan is 10 Mbps but I have never seen and experience this bandwidth. @youbroadband

  @youbroadband You provide thrid class service. You call customers renewing his/her plan before expiring plan, but if register complaints against non working internet then you're not giving proper solution as well not responding. #surat #hopelessinternetprovider

  @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare 1/n I have closed my Youbroadband account in Sept 2020 and haven’t received the refund amount in the last 9 months. The backend team in Ahmedabad is non responsive and haven’t contacted me in the last 9 months. I had raised the issue for refund..

  @youbroadband With regards CC558401, I was promised the installation will be done yesterday or today but the executive is no longer responding. He was so active to make me pay, but not in installation. Don't make bad experience at first place. #youbroadband #hyderabad
