    @youbroadband After close acount router is given to employee himensinh parmar from vadodara and promise us you will get the refund. Then when we call customer care they said we didnt got the receipt. employee not given me any receipt. Not they said no receipt then no refund.

    @youbroadband @rupahasit he then told me he would repay only in cheque 10 days , and I can call the customer service if I wanted in priority . I called them , it been 12 days and nothing has been done regarding this , I missed my 12 days class straight I can't afford to miss more

    @youbroadband Ac. No. 1997040. I've faced a lot of speed issues currently there is no major problem but I'm hesitating to renew to you broadband. Previously whenever i registered a complaint they used to just update it to resolve it and i used to face issues for more than 7 days on an average.

    @youbroadband After many requests & follow up, you don’t solve our problems. Afterwards, you show us that case is sorted & closed! You take money in advance & don’t allow customers to make a day delay for payment. Third grade service. Complete loot. Won’t recommend @youbroadband!

    @youbroadband I've got a horrific experience with the customer service in my area. My internet has been working for few days and other days i am just complaining to get it fixed. I'm experiencing better speed but it lags too many times. Any compensation for renewal? 1.5year cust.

    @youbroadband Dear Team, On 7th July I applied for new connection on your website. In some time I got call from your sales representative. In some time same day I paid for subscription and router. Cable got installed, but 6 days and no router installed. Zero service at starting

    @youbroadband @rupahasit @youbroadband He told me it would be feasible and I told him my classes start from July 1st and need it connected , I paid through upi method and m not able to understand why can't u repay in upi method as soon as u know its not possible to provide service .
