@youbroadband clld d custmer care and askd for return the amount which I have paid on 6 sept & aftr 8 sept the internet was nt working. so he was saying its non refundable. We can't do anything and we can escalate the issue which will take care within 24 hr. Tkt no. 2022090608322

@youbroadband have registered a complaint on August 31 regarding the internet connection which is not working since last 3 days. Today its 3rd of September and still am waiting for any technical support guys to reach me out and resolve the issue.

@youbroadband Absolutely bad service. Complaints are not answered. Just changed our connection with the fibre Optic cable for speed. Since then we have launched a lot of complaints with no response at all. Will be filing a complaint with the consumer court soon.
