  Plz dont buy any @youbroadband band plan. They will ask for adv. Payment of 1 year. Now they are going to close service in India. As no response to me for the last 15 days my net is not working. @TRAI please look into matter. As youbroadband take money no service given

  @youbroadband I not able to access the internet from past week. I created an issue ticket on the 15th, but the assigned engineer has not been responding, and their phone has been switched off. I am unsure of how to escalate the issue, and it is impacting my office work.

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

  @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

  @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...
