    @youbroadband Worst customer service , worst internet connection . Don't ever use this connection they don't support at all. It's been 7days i have requested to shift my connection no response. I would definitely not recommend this connection to anyone.

    @consumerforum_ There r plenty bt my recent exp with @youbroadband. They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

    I will not suggest anyone @youbroadband for wifi plans , worst service , now it's been a week I am calling to the customer care for relocation of my connection. A worst experience ever. The only time they will call & it's very quick when your recharge get to end .

    @youbroadband After many requests & follow up, you don’t solve our problems. Afterwards, you show us that case is sorted & closed! You take money in advance & don’t allow customers to make a day delay for payment. Third grade service. Complete loot. Won’t recommend @youbroadband!

    @youbroadband the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. It's been 7days now i have requested for shifting . They are wasting my time & money . I would definitely not recommend this plan to anyone . Worst service ever .

    @Vibhhorr bro trust me . airtel is best in ahmedbad. in last 1 year never faced any issue. ping is good. i play variety of games never had any packet loss issue. i have also used youbroadband and gtpl. they are worst.

    Precovid times @youbroadband would have a working app to report downtime, speed issues.. you log a complaint, boom someone calls you in 15 minutes.. now you’re lucky if someone calls you in 2 weeks, esp in Pune

    @youbroadband from last 3 days your internet not working at my home and 4 time call to customer service, but they always tell me “puri shayta kardi jayegi”. 3rd class service of your internet service. Till now no any technician come.

    @youbroadband I have restored my sevice with YouBB a month back but since then everyday I have faced connectivity issues link drops multiple times almost 3-4 time in 1 hour. Complained so many times but ticket gets automatically closed stating it is resolved. But problem persist.

    @youbroadband horrible service in Pune… my suggestions DONT BUY YOUBROADBAND services at all… I’m a medical doctor and run my IT company and last 3 months serious issues are coming up.. their app where you can call for service guys gives ERROR.. their people don’t pick up phone
