They delayed my request of change of add and I couldn’t use the Internet for 1 month, they don’t give complaint no’s when called at call Center. My money is wasted, now I’ve shifted to airtel.

Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.
