    @youbroadband wifi is getting turned off and on every hour. It is showing full sign but no internet access. I have 40Mbps unlimited plan. Help!

    @youbroadband my internet is down frequently. Your cust. Care says that the turn around time for resolution is 3 days i.e. 24 "working" hours. Do you think this is reasonable?

    @youbroadband New update over internet disconnection of this service - it will take more than 10 days for a disconnection and after 10 days you'll blamed for using internet during disconnection. Tried to speak to the supervisor but, same agent speaks back changing language. 👏🏻
