    I hv faced series of connectivity issues in June 30 -July 15,Nd raised multiple complains to restart my internet which was not working, every time they say, it will take 24 working hr, means 3 days,Give me 15 days credit on my losses. Complain no : - 2022073001629 @youbroadband

    Your after sales servive is just pathetic.. can someone help me? How do I get an engineer visit, everytime I raise the request, it gets auto closed without providing any resolution? @youbroadband

    @youbroadband it's been 5 days now and still your broadband is not working. Ticket raised. No update yet. And as usual the constant reminder of renewal. Kindly resolve this today itself or else I am not renewing my connection for sure.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband anybody manage the YB handle ? These guys don't seem to 'care' about customer complaints. Its been > than 16 hr and still no information on resolution and pathetic YB app still showing 8 PM 4 Aug resolution time, not allowing to register complaint.
