@youbroadband It has been 1 month still the shifting process is pending. @youbroadband if it is not completing by EOD will be sending legal notice. And will raise complaint in consumer court as well. We'll have all call recordings.

@youbroadband there is very frequent downtime in our area New Vatva, Ahmedabad since last one month, multiple complaint, emails has been sent but no improvement in service, even their executive behaviour is very rude.

@youbroadband Extremely pathetic service in surat!!! They test your patience. please don't take this service, Not a single day has passed when the service was not disrupted. Complaint raised will get closed without any resolution. really pathetic service.GTPL is good internet.
