    @youbroadband since the day I've recharged the modem goes offline for few hours every day. What kind of service you guys r providing. I've recharged it after several years to see whether you have improved after acquisition by vodafone. Still same. No improvement @ViCustomerCare

    @HathwayBrdband Thanks to #Hathway for looking this matter and confirming that this does not belong to them. Not sure if this cable belongs to @ACTFibernet or @youbroadband - this must be fixed to avoid any interruption of service to customers.

    @Airtel_Presence need your help. I'm fed up with @youbroadband service. I'm not able to stream on YouTube by their worst service. I contacted airtel broadband here and also got approved by society. They are saying it will take 20-25 days. Can @Airtel_Presence setup fibre asap.

    @youbroadband kindly remove all cables tied on my roof as we hv renovation Goin on, and neither of our twin homes have ur connection, it is already in very bad shape. If u ignore this I'll do it my way!

    @youbroadband Pathetic Service of You Broadband in Guru ganesh nagar Kothrud area since last 15 days . Request You broadband team to look into it and provide permanent solution & extend customers validity,Customers have started switching to Airtel Fiber which is recently launched

    @youbroadband my WiFi isn’t working since yesterday(28 feb) I have called almost every customer care phone no in Mumbai. No one had got back to me. I have filed multiple complaints but still nothing. Absolutely no care for customers. Extremely expensive. Pathetic service.

    @youbroadband Working from home demands internet connectivity which is not there for me currently. When new connection is request you guys do on same day but for shifting so much of ball game to delay customer’s requirement.
