    @Value_100x Hi Vicky, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband Very bad experience with you broadband services, installation was done just as formality and not bothered to check its connection at all area of house. after complaint also not bothered to solve and asking me to resolve by myself. Too insensitive towards customer.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

    Regular connectivity issue being faced on a plan of 100 Mbps 12 months. No solution is being done to my problem. Use of SUPPORT NOW feature has failed to yield any result, so as registration of Complaint over Customer Care @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I have had no connectivity over the last 10 days and no amount of calling the customer care has helped. The assigned engineer doesn’t even answer the phone call. Your customer care people aren’t even giving me a timeline to resolve the issue.

    @youbroadband @CaGhanshamJoshi @youbroadband Don't force me to go to National Consumer Forum. I have my CA-Final exams next month. My live revision sessions are disturbed due to internet outage. What about this loss?? How will you undo this?? Why should I suffer for negligence/mistake from your end???
