    @youbroadband Even after sending cancellation emails, we are still receiving renewal messages from You Broadband. Relationship No. 1742494 Project ‘Life’, Rajkot Poor service, over 50 days of service loss with no proper support. Request immediate refund/adjustment for downtime.

    @scouttanmay @youbroadband Use gtpl bro , no one is reliable then gtpl in whole gujarat. Every other is just garbage.

    @ViCustomerCare Inhave alrady done everything which I can do with the youbroadband folks. I have reached youbas myblast hope, if you too. Ant help then I have to stop using this poor and pathetic service.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.
