    You people have such pathetic management. You broadband internet is down since the last 5 days and still there is no one who has come to fix it in Rajkot Gujarat after repeated calls to customer service.@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband. MOST pathetic company in India..@AdityaBirlaGrp

    @youbroadband your services are down in Bandra West!!! Why are the helpline numbers mentioned on your website for Mumbai 91212 91212 and 1800 121 222 not working??? Why have you removed your app from the Apple App Store? How do you expect customers to file a complaint???

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
