    @youbroadband We have several times raised concern about cable been broken but no action is taken yet. Even technician has not come to check upon the issue. Either fix the issue or refund the amount.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service, from last one week internet connection not working over night in waghodia road, Vadodara. They took a charge for 3 months and most of the time net down. I am going to switch my account to Airtel once subscription is over

    Hello the worst internet ever @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup here comes the issue again this week. It’s been 8 days wow and not even one customer service is answering and the technicians/engineers are useless. Guys why don’t u start a name “cheatingband” instead of youband.

    @PavanPJaju @youbroadband We are facing the same issue and the contact centre is a nightmare. It's been more than a week and nobody helped us. We call them every day and they're just pathetic.

    @youbroadband How can you shut internet of whole city for one day with giving prior notice to your users!! If you have given prior notice we would have planned our work accordingly!! Been Tax practitioner I have to file GST return and due date is on our head! Pathetic service
