    @youbroadband It's been 18 days i have place a request for Shifting of connection for nagpur location but still I haven't got the connection at my new location. Your employees not even pick up call once payment is received by them. Worst Service, will never recommend anyone

    Hey @youbroadband I have applied for new connection yesterday and as expected the customer service is very bad,agent is even responding to my messages and if pickup the call then he doesn't have manners to talk with customers.this is what your customer expect@youbroadband ?

    @youbroadband How many more months will you continue to provide such poor service to Your customers? At My home, internet hasn't been working Properly for the last 10to11 days. While Complaining to customer care, gets extravagant answers. And your service center doesn't respond.

    Hello @youbroadband your internet service in Makarpura Vadodara is very bad my internet is working very slow, even Jio mobile data is faster than @youbroadband please improve it.
