  Hi @youbroadband There is outage in my area since yesterday.. The resolution date as per your helpline was yesterday itself.. IVRS doesn’t give any option to talk with Support Executive to get an actual update.. May I know where can I get an accurate update ??

  @youbroadband You people are providing a pathetic service in Bangalore. You people will only followup for renewals but when it comes to the service you people never reply or call back.

  @youbroadband Pre-Payment made. Connection never happened. Requested refund 14 days ago. And when I call the executive who made me do the payment, says he is not getting response from higher authorities for the same. Check this on priority or I'll be heading to consumer court

  @youbroadband I regret the services offered by YOU. My net is down since 7 hours No technician has visited despite numerous assurance. My complaint with call centre has yielded no response TT 202-209-1510400 If this is the attitude YOU will lose clients

  @youbroadband Broadband not working since a week. Raised ticket yet no response from local team with regards to resolution of the issue. Need to resolve issue ASAP as it’s hampering our work as well.
