    @youbroadband I am facing some serious issue with the net connection from the past 3-4 day. I am not able raise a complaint via the App . As we all are working from home kindly resolve the issue.

    @youbroadband I am hearing your fiber cut story from day 1. And it still not repaired..! If you can't repair one fiber cut in 3 days then close my connection and give me refund as I can not tolerate such bull **** and waste of time all the year

    Hi @youbroadband pune, We enrolled for ₹3439 200mbps plan, Just 2-3days we start to used your services 1. Speed we are getting 30mbps 2. In last 72hours we hardly got 4-5 hours service. 3. Customer representative not attending calls. Complete wastage of money @jagograhakjago Ty

    @youbroadband Hey, @youbroadband ,@ViCustomerCare worst service... What happened after you take my details in DM? It's been 3 days and still internet not working... If you can't provide service, return my money
