    @youbroadband To do all the above things in an effective way. You as youbroadband has to provide stable connectivity instead of bringing down the internet whenever you want without prior update.

    @youbroadband the issue is simple and can be resolved in a couple of minutes, now i have to wait (standard response) for 24 hour. Why is this such a challenge esp when it is not an outage. Now your engineers will call me like crazy people before midday tomorrow to ask... #2

    @youbroadband applied for a new connection on Friday made payment i was assured the connection will be done by Monday but nothing till now and the worst part is no one is even bothering to answer my call
