@youbroadband your website is not showing payment history or invoices information. What is issue? Customer must get 24x7 access to invoices with GST taxes including service duration info in Invoice.

as new customer we dnt expect these type of third class service. before that i used to use @youbroadband network nd they had installed within 4 days of payment. @GTPLHathwayLtd has not even started the process. And service executives are making useless excuses everyday.

In which language do I have to explain to your customer service executives that I no longer wish to use your services and I want to be left alone? @youbroadband Please focus on better service rather than pointless recharge texts and emails.
