  @youbroadband I m using you brodband since last 5 year.. .. But now a day. No executive come at place for chek problem... And dispose complain them self.... No satisfaction this year..... So changing to GTPL. THANK YOU FOR UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED.

  @youbroadband @MadYoubroadband It’s 10 th day and after repeated complains ( online offline twitter) , still my internet is not working. Pathetic staff, pathetic service, pathetic support and pathetic leadership.. even after so many complaints, leadership is not bothered.

  Hi people at @youbroadband ... It has been 3 months since I put a request for disconnection. Modem ws also collected bt I m still to receive d refund cheque. Everytime I call d customer care people tell me it is in refund ... Nd I hv been getting the same answer from last 1 month

  @youbroadband why does it take my account to be active after 4 hours after the payment is done despite being an existing customer? Others like @airtelindia 's broadband gets activated within 1 hour? Cant this be corrected? I'm based in Pune btw

  @youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I had given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.
