    @youbroadband @youbroadband Pathetic internet connection and worse customer service. User name :Ishan0011 account no : 2038371 Internet connection not working, raised multiple complaints through app, mail to customer care , nodal officer ,appellate authority - no action taken.

    It's been pathetic service from @youbroadband, after multiple chasers and calls to transfer my connection from first floor to ground floor, I am not getting any response and no one is addressing my request and same is getting closed without even contacting me.

    @youbroadband claiming to be 6th largest in the country! Focus on quality of service rather than no. of connection..you will by default become no. 1 if you could provide a stable internet and proper service!

    @youbroadband has the worst services. No WiFi since yesterday afternoon. #onlineclasses left unattended. No response from #customercare. #youbroadband is very disappointing.

    @youbroadband Your customer care service operators have memorised an answer" We will escalate your issue" and been hearing the same response. Moreover, i was amazed to hear that they cant get me connected to higher authority or engineers as they dont have authority. Wao #complain

    @youbroadband even if the internet is not working, you broadband sends sms that compliant is resolved. This is too much

    @youbroadband My Broadband service totally dead from last 5 days. I have complained about it. But no one take seriously. I made to many calls to customer care they said your complaint is in forworded in technical department. But stil no solution . My complaint no : 2020111914333.

    Do YOU really exist? Simple name and address correction is taking a lifetime. 8 direct calls and 4 emails with the last one addressed to Appeallate authority. But still no result. PATHETIC service @youbroadband. Try to come into existence 2 serve public who paid for YOUr service
