@youbroadband Company is not at all attentive to resolve the problem of old customer. I have a Night Dis connectivity problem since last 12 days lodged several complaints & mails but not resolved. Today network disconnected at 8.20 pm & it’s 12.28 am still disconnected. Shame

@youbroadband i payed my bill on October for connection,they showed several problems and returning the bill in december,again I payed bill in january,again they telling different problems,my check is not in return till now and no connection,worst service and waste of time.

It's been 25 days that my internet speed reduced to 3Mbps from 50Mbps.I have made several complaints already but non of your technician came.I paid for 3 months plan and one month is already gone.@youbroadband please do something to help me to resolve this issue.
