    @youbroadband after last tweet they simply close my complaint without even resolving query and installing connection. Go for other broadband connection avoid it.

    @youbroadband As expected, neither has the issue resolved nor have you @youbroadband done anything to take action. I can't see why I should continue paying for your services when I'm having to buy mobile internet packs as well. This qualifies for consumer court as well!

    @youbroadband pathetic service from your end having broadband issues since 15 days with no resolution your network engineer has replaced modem router everything with no luck

    @youbroadband wifi down During night for 6th day in a row, raised ticked no response, no engineer is picking up call, this is affecting my as I'm WFH during night. Pathetic customer service

    Hey @youbroadband I have applied for new connection yesterday and as expected the customer service is very bad,agent is even responding to my messages and if pickup the call then he doesn't have manners to talk with customers.this is what your customer expect@youbroadband ?
