    @youbroadband 'YOU' are the worst ISP I have ever encountered.Having network outage for 2 days straight and CustService does not know when the outage is going to get over.We are just sitting when will the network will be up again and we can work so we can pay your charges

    Dear @youbroadband do u really care? After multiple discussion with u here, your customer care team,sales person and many more, there is no result One last time- ur package was sold to me on mis-commitment. Or ur proces fault, I don't know Check within ur team if customer matters

    @youbroadband Have you ever made a new rule that if a customer complains to you, he or she must have a PC or laptop in his or her home? And then the complaint is disposed of? Today I faced this problem.

    Renewal of subscription guided us to 200Mbps and our region can only manage 60Mbps. After following up with customer care for days together, I was told they will extend the validity. Nothing dine for last 3 months. @youbroadband

    I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. But still nothing resolved. Now I'm trying to call customer care and they're not redirecting my call to a customer care representative. @youbroadband @consumerforum_
