@shnavale @youbroadband I thought i was an **** customer to complain so much. but seeing the responses here i see that the their cust svc is indeed pathetic. we need to figure out how to escalate this to higher authorities. bcuz clearly complaining on a public social platform doesnt really bother them

@youbroadband , this is to bring your notice, despite of making the payment wrt the first time connection, Internet service still haven't initiated for me, i moved on from Tikona to You broadband under the assumption that customer would be given priority

@youbroadband Internet service is at halt for the whole day today. It is very frustrating/loss for the employees Working From Home. The "Support Now" option in the App says Estimated Up Time: 2021-10-05 13hrs. It has been since morning the Up Time is deviating. Please resume!

@youbroadband You guys are not concerned about new business at all. I called, wrote, website sign up & at least 7-8 follow ups in past 2 months. Every damn time your execs read a script and nothing after that A New Connection Guys. Businesses are dying to get one in this pandemic

@youbroadband is probably worst network and even worse in providing customer service. Network was not coming since last 3 days, customer care says technician assigned. But technician haven't called us till now.. What is your standard time for getting service after complaint??

The services are still not resumed. It has been since 3 days that the Estimated Up Time is deviating. There not at all any solution. Upon escalation of complaint, there's no contact or information by @youbroadband Kindly suggest some contact information for Cousumer forum.
