    @youbroadband Yesterday Installed New Connection in Aundh, Pune : 411007. Worst experience, Vendor took SD for Modem & installed used Modem. Speed commited as per plan 100 Mbps & at actual 21 Mbps. Kindly cancel the connection & refund my Amount.

    I am writing this after being so disappointed with the network provider #youbroadband There are constant issue with this network every now and then. I have been raising issues with the area manager from the networking company for more than twice a week now. Kindly fix the issue.

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN I have filled service request for internet issue 4 days ago. No one has bothered calling till now Your customer support people just keep saying “don’t worry” without any commitment What sort of service is this?

    @youbroadband powered by @VodafoneGroup is the second worst internet service provider in Hyderabad I have ever seen. First is @ACTFibernet.. After giving complaint for 3 days still not resolved.. Disgusting.. I got contact no of Mr. Suresh who never answers the call.
