    @youbroadband (1) This is the worst service I have ever experienced, it's been 4 days days since I have proper interest, upon contacting Customer support I have been assured to get local support each time- that too after calling twice a day, and yet no one has showed up.

    @youbroadband Worst cc on earth. Same repeated statement everyday, Within 24hrs, guy will come, and i dont see issue is fixed properly. Everyday i from 12pm to 6pm, i am not able to connect to internet since 10days. Daily they are saying same thing. My a/c no.1512562. Notsure if this fix ever?

    @consumerforum_ i am writting this tweet after the worst service @youbroadband they have provided my internet is down since 3 days now i need it for wfh but yet they are just scamming and fooling the customer there is no resolution at all

    @youbroadband Any service request in past year was not resolved with in 6-7 hrs. You should understand the importance of having connected with WFH and online classes. Every week network goes down and then I lose atleast 10-12 hrs on average. Dont you have any SLAs FYI: @TRAI

    @youbroadband I am using your service for more than 5 years now (Id 1557954). I am sorry to say but your service is getting worse day by day. If this continues this way forget about new customers, you will not be able to withhold your long lasting customers.

    @youbroadband hi you broadband from last three months I have complained that return my security deposit for my router and take the router which is faulty provided by you nobody's listening it is very bad please do something about this
