Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

Pathetic service by your local technical team...No response from your local office... 3rd class network and 3rd class team. I want to cancel my connection and want a refund of the remaining amount.

Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

Hiren Patel (@HirenPoskar) reported@youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

Prasad (@prasad_gujarat) reported@youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service
