    @youbroadband WhatsApp chatbot no longer works. There is no IVRS option to talk to support. Is social media shaming the only way to escalate issues now? 3rd day of no internet. Service request not even assigned to an engineer.

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband what was issue happening i faced worst exp with that coonection still i am thinking why i am take a connection from your because everytime connection failed sometimes wifi issue and your team also not reply our complaint please i want my refund otherwise i have to

    @youbroadband @DoT_India Since months You Broadband has had very frequent and prolonged downtime. Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

    Plz dont buy any @youbroadband band plan. They will ask for adv. Payment of 1 year. Now they are going to close service in India. As no response to me for the last 15 days my net is not working. @TRAI please look into matter. As youbroadband take money no service given
