Pratyush Mittal (@faltoo) reported@Value_100x Hi Vicky, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

Rohit Patil (@Patil_rohit_17) reported@youbroadband Very bad experience with you broadband services, installation was done just as formality and not bothered to check its connection at all area of house. after complaint also not bothered to solve and asking me to resolve by myself. Too insensitive towards customer.

Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.
