    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    @youbroadband my internet not working last seven days I am daily complain register but not solve my problem and not reply again customer care, poor service and waste of money internet service note proper answer for customer care I decided to change the connection

    @AbhijitBrahme @youbroadband Idhar toh sir daily ka hai.. And even same day ticket is cleared and again maintenance se down ya disconnect.. Aap lucky ho ji
