  Today is 6th day but still my Internet issue is not solved by Jio i have already complaint against consumer court and building manager for remove all Jio Fiber connection because Jio Fiber useless for business i recommend use Youbroadband. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

  @youbroadband from surat (gujarat) account number 1907318 registered complaint every day for the same problem and no solution permanently. ridiculous and third class quality and service and response. complaint to service provider, area manager,representavie all are irrresponsible

  Hi @youbroadband I applied for youbroadband Wi-Fi connection on 14.08.2022, paid an amount of Rs. 4144. It’s been 16 days and I haven’t received the connection and I am deceived again. I am asking for a full refund and a compensation for this nonsense service and harassment

  @youbroadband I tried to request disconnection from your app, repeatedly without success, was not able to upload cancelled cheque. Your customer service was not able help.

  @youbroadband Vadodara Gujarat, POOR Service POOR Customer Support, every month 10-15 days connection is down,many follow ups but no response on issues, once takes 6 months, 1 year payment they just neglect their customer, Bad Service @youbroadband

  @youbroadband @HDFC_Bank Made a payment to you broadband of 4170 rupees and by mistake I did it two times due to some net banking errors from third class hdfc bank, now you broadband is not looking into this matter and ignoring. How we trust you broadband anymore...
