@youbroadband team, in a month at least there 3 outages on an average with no internet connectivity at home, the problem is that a simple power supply to the junction box is not being rectified by the service engineers. Always there is an excuse, please have this addressed asap

@youbroadband I have internet issue since last few weeks. most of the time no internet. doing followup with customer care since last few week. its not resolved yet. everyday i raise ticket for same issue. very poor service i must say.

Them to refund my new connection money and Mitesh gohil of Vadodara Gujarat section said that they will refund my money in 20 working days, its been around 45 days amount has never refundes. Mitest Gohil has done fraud with me. @jagograhakjago @youbroadband

@youbroadband @Telecommin worst service worst people they give service for 2 days and close for 1 day out of 187 days hardly 100 days services work and they are lotting people for 187 days WHO SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS WORST SERVICE

@youbroadband Worst service ever, its been 2 weeks since the connection and I have made the payment for the router also. But still no response. Neither of them is picking up the phone too. I still don’t have the router router delivered to me that too for a Banglore Location.
