@SmartPune janhit mein jari. Don't ever ever ever opt for @youbroadband. It is the most useless service, hopeless technicians. In 5 days, internet was down for 2 days, worked fine intermittently for 2 days and down again today. Don't waste ur money here.

@youbroadband ,@TRAI youbroadbanD's net was down for 50days out of 90 days and now 32 days after disconnection request deposit refund is not given. Looks like Youbroadband is totally corrupt and they are keeping account active and not giving refund . New mathod to cheat people

@youbroadband Are we doing anything about this, every ticket that is being raised is being closed without any resolution. The issue stated is clear, the internet is intermittent throughout the day and constant disconnections every 5 mins. I have already provided details in DM.

@youbroadband it's been 5 days and internet is not working and no one is bothered at all to respond to customer queries and calls. And top of that you people are auto closing the complaint ticket raised in app within 24 hours without even actually contacting me or resolving.

@youbroadband I have sent a DM. Please check and assist. Also, request you to improve on customer service and acknowledgment. "I have fwded your number to concerned team and they will get back" is not a comforting answer when track record shows that no one gets back.

@youbroadband it’s been 3 days my internet is not working, I have raised multiple requests to rectify but till now nothing action has been taken. Since morning trying to connect with your customer care team but that is also unsuccessful. This is most pathetic service.
