@youbroadband has a simple business model. **** service, possibly the worst customer support to ever exist and absolutely no concept of grievance redressal. No wonder its rated so poorly! #mistakes

  • Tehzeebk Tehzeeb Khurana (@Tehzeebk) reported

@youbroadband while you make your customers cry and plead for service!! I have paid @youbroadband in advance for service. Didnt realise that such a BIG company would cheat its customers. RETURN OUR MONEY if you cant give us service!!!

@youbroadband @DoT_India No internet for almost 5 days now. Been complaining continuously, no resolution! I was only able to use internet for 2 days since my connection. When asked for cancellation and refund, they said its not in our policy. I paid 3 months advance! #fraud

@youbroadband using since 3 months bt the service n downtime sucks. Why u have maintenance in weekdays in day time ? Every 1 has the work to do, my meetings/word is hampered by ur useless and dumb services. ISP doesn't responds to the calls or msgs.

  • Ratnil_2609 Ratnil Shrivastava (@Ratnil_2609) reported

@youbroadband @ViCustomerCare 1/n I had raised the issue 3 times, yet no response of any sort. The only thing the customer care executive says is to wait for a call from the backend team which obviously they don’t. This has been happening for the past 9 months.

@VashistParmod @Aashish3105 @youbroadband Totally agree Pramod. Their service is pathetic. I think it reflects the current ownership whose mobile network is equally bad. They were really good when they were under British Gas

  • SOURABHSk21 SOUR k (@SOURABHSk21) reported

@youbroadband Pathetic service in Vadodara. No response from Customer care. More than 5 days, you will never get a reimbursement. Worst service provider

  • anay316 Anay Pitre (@anay316) reported

@TRAI ..... I am not really sure how such a company is allowed to operate which has no regards for customer satisfaction of taking any responsibility to resolve the customers issues....@youbroadband

  • narsi_b Narsi (@narsi_b) reported

@14Aafu @youbroadband This is very common from them. My advice is change your service provider like I did.
