    Dear @TRAI What is the procedure for lodging complaint against errant Internet Service Providers [ISPs] like @youbroadband [claimed to be backed by @vodafonein1] for deficient services? I wish to do the same. Thanks in advance for your guidance / advice.

    @youbroadband Worst service ever from your side. It's been 3 days I made complaint about internet connectivity issue and still there is no action taken by you on it. Your service manager and engineer both are reluctant to even pick up the phone calls.

    @youbroadband There is no such day when you do not have to be filed. And in a day, there is also a speed issue. You guys do not work well. I took your connection, the same great mistake.
