    @youbroadband i was customer of you broadband, it has been more than 2 years my plan is not active. i returned modem/router 2 years ago but still havent got refund of modem/router. i have been to you broadband office, multiple calls to customer care but no refund.

    Everytime I call to your executive they will say, Sir it is in transit or talk to my supervisor. How irresponsible service you guys are giving and at the time of new connection your all the executive and engineers were responding properly and saying sir any issue @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Dear Team. My no:9059755760. I have been using your service from last two years. However every month at least one to two days there will be a connectivity issue. App also won't work in this period. I fade up with your service so can you please check and for refund.
