Hi @youbroadband I applied for youbroadband Wi-Fi connection on 14.08.2022, paid an amount of Rs. 4144. It’s been 16 days and I haven’t received the connection and I am deceived again. I am asking for a full refund and a compensation for this nonsense service and harassment

@youbroadband A/C2187413 worst service paid for installation on 24Aug installation completed on 27Aug but the modem and router provided is not functional it worked for few hours post tht connectivity issue raised complaint no solution yet why should I pay without services.

Hey @youbroadband my internet connection is not working since morning and I've already registered complaint but still they haven't assistant any engineering yet or told me why my internet is not working and when it's gonna be back. You guys have the worst customer service tbh:c
