    @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Your internet service is down in Gota, Ahmedabad-382481 since last couple of days and nobody is fixing it. I tried reaching out customer service through phone and email but no resolution. They create ticket and resolve it in system automatically.

    @youbroadband Internet not working, complained- no respond, so called yesterday, due to nonworking day, executive accelarate issue,called again today & got reply that it will be attanded today. Still no one came, again called and got answer that its nonworking now so tomorrow.

    @youbroadband There has not been a single day in the last 1 year where you guys haven't had an outage. I think it's an everyday ritual that your services are disrupted for hours. I would like to get a refund of the subscription fee I have paid.

    @youbroadband Broadband is down now for 24 hours + at Sheela Vihar colony Pune! Keep getting messages about some work in progress. We have not paid to be kept without service. If it takes so long to repair there must be some very inefficient employees at your end!

    @youbroadband hi your local (Nashik city) technical team is not working carefully. My broadband connection is totally dependent on others electricity. Your local team is working carefully. Please solve this issue at the earliest.

    .@youbroadband your connection has not been working for 48 hours now. Your Pune customer care number gives me a Gujarati message saying number doesn't exist. Your app won't let me lodge a complaint. What horrible service is this?!
