    @ComputeNXT @youbroadband Yes .... They should close customer care number also as no one can solve anything. But @youbroadband team, but this is wrong, because of this I'm not going to renew, nor I'll recommend your services to anyone. On sold me on fake commitment, but only once, what about renewal?

    Worst Internet Service in India... My broadband is dead for last 3 days... I can't register complain through apk... I complained from website...bt it was closed...Bt broadband is still dead... And even have excuse that Sunday there is no one to do anything... @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Very Poor service and connection. Every weekend internet gone and did not resolve till Monday afternoon @youbroadband does not provide exact solutions and its employee behavior with the existing customer is so rude and they are not providing the proper answers to us.
