    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.

    @youbroadband agreed due to rain in surat internet was not working. But its been 5 days since everyones net is working but not mine After complaining for so many days ur engineers started it today but still no speed , non stop on-off net Please help and clear the matter
