    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @scouttanmay @youbroadband Use gtpl bro , no one is reliable then gtpl in whole gujarat. Every other is just garbage.

    No wifi in vanasthalipuram area from morning 6am,already sent a email but no response.even yesterday it was not coming properly,resolve the issue asap @youbroadband

    @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.
