    @youbroadband go to customer support ask to connect any sinor they arranged a call back that was of no use

    @youbroadband God your service is awful. Your speeds are generally low however around midnight it seems you guys switch off your machines. I get 1-2 Mbps on a 33 Mbps plan. This is observed every night. At least have the courtesy to refund when u r no longer to provide service.

    @youbroadband worst service. I paid on 16th april for my new connection and they assuring for connection within 7 days but still no one came for connection. Is it your best service??

    @youbroadband First serve your existing customer who are facing lot of problems what a shameful company every 10 days there is outage and fiber cut what kind of fiber you are using and your pathetic backed team.

    @youbroadband Please help resolve my internet connectivity issue. It's not working since yesterday & customer support is not helping. When it comes to recharge ppl start calling atleast a week b4 end date n now now no one is resolving issue.
