@youbroadband @vikramsathaye Pathetic services in pune...almost whole day net is down... All the time maintenance work is going on.... No response from customer services... No local support... One must avoid youbroadband connection if u r WFH

@vikramsathaye @youbroadband Plus + Their Internet is really unstable, sometimes it works like a charm ( very rarely ) most of the times, it stops for a few hours and then gives very slow speed ( 500kbps ) regardless the fact that our plan was of 25mpbs. Didn't recieve more that 5mbps from the day we got it.

@youbroadband , I am an Idea broadband customer in Pune. The migration of Idea broadband into You broadband has managed to keep me without internet since April 1. Many requests to customer care, they promise to transfer to service department . There is no service. Please check.
