    @youbroadband A customer for 7 years, my nets down from Monday (probably cyclone) in Bandra, have registered multiple complaints and You has the worst customer service experience. Not sure if this is the lack of funding from Voda Idea or simply that You doesn’t care

    @Satya_0108 @youbroadband Seriously..if they agree to refund just 40-50%, i will switchover to @fiber_jio immediately. (i subscribed annual plan 2-3 months ago) We had 15 connections in society some years ago which has gone down to just 2-3.

    @youbroadband Can you guys at least have to decency to truthfully inform your customers of time to fix your network issue? You app just resolves my complains on itself and your customer support staff is worse then Automated Services!! Do not use this ISP!

    @youbroadband My internet has been shut off since Monday. First we were told it is area outage and after that got fixed, our internet still didn't work. We noted a complaint and yet no one has as yet sent a technician.
