    @youbroadband your services are down in Bandra West!!! Why are the helpline numbers mentioned on your website for Mumbai 91212 91212 and 1800 121 222 not working??? Why have you removed your app from the Apple App Store? How do you expect customers to file a complaint???

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    Why they don’t declare 5 days/month paid leave for downtime. I almost face downtime every month. Also, I pay for 100 Mbps, but I get 18 Mbps when I actually need to work. Selling a service you can't deliver isn’t just bad business-it’s a total scam. But @youbroadband don’t care

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????
