@youbroadband has most pathetic service in the Nasik, Maharashtra region. Your staff don’t even follow up with customers about their issues and don’t answer calls even after more than 5 attempts. I am switching to Airtel today just because of the unethical behavior.

@youbroadband Our area has a connection of 150+ customers facing issue everyday but no one responds or no one cares- Area manager Uday -+91 90632 69598 area incharge - Anil - +91 81259 75859?? Why don’t you pick up customer calls? You call us for monthly recharge but why not now?

@jagograhakjago Internet has been down from 1 October 2022. Calling @youbroadband everyday, but no response from their team in Pune. They don't answer calls nor do they reply to WhatsApp messages sent on the grp they have created for complaint redressal.

@youbroadband dear sir...me at surat...my broadband get closed due to error in connection....this is almost 6th time in 30-40 day span. What your valuable ER's doing.??? Service effects almost more then 5 to 14 hour why???
