    @youbroadband I'm your costomer since 2 years. This Sunday ( 30th May ) I've renewed my pack and to my internet was not working. I contact local office they said to wait for some time . Monday morning I've filed a official complaint regarding the same.

    @youbroadband my net is down since Friday called the helpline and made a complain on your app. Escalated it twice still no response. Been with uguys for 10 years the worst service ever knowing with WFH internet is crucial part of it. No one should ever subscribe to you

    @youbroadband I had a new connection at my new home of Youbroadband in Visakhapatnam. I wasn't provided with Username and Password for login. It's been 4 hrs and my connection isn't activated. It's lil urgent. Can you please look in to resolve this?

    @neelang_dave So did you finally decided which isp to go for? Because I am also looking for a change from @youbroadband after almost 10 years as their service has deteriorated lately.

    @youbroadband cares for money only. No consistent speed and outrage every 2nd or 3rd day. 3rd class service.

    But the engineer came on Tuesday evening. He has fixed everything but again it stopped working with in one hour. They came to fix it on Wednesday evening and today on Thursday it has again stopped working. I didn't expect such a poor service from Youbroadband.

    @ViCustomerCare This is something done by your support team. Either @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN resolves my issue or give me my money back for not providing the service as per my plan details. And your support team needs to contact me, as they are not picking up our calls. Pathetic service.

    @youbroadband First the connection is down since past 5 days, now when I no longer want your services and requested for removal. you just send the same email again & again?? Never seen this kind of ISP before🙄

    @youbroadband bad service. I had a plan of 50MBPS and then upgraded to 200MBPS, but there was no improvement in the speed. So I raised a complaint, the executive visited and told that the cable needs to be changed. Now they closed the service request without changing the cable.
