@youbroadband Why it takes more than 36 hours to fix such minor issue ? For first 35 hours your team dint even come to our area to fix issue for multiple societies and after they came it was fixed in less than 1 hour. So what took 35 hours for them to reach ?

@youbroadband I have You Broad band connection in our office. Since 11th June there is no internet. I have given complaint on App, on toll free number many times. Mr. Deepak More visited and said that modem needs to be changed. Next day he changed the modem.

@youbroadband @VodafoneGroup your wifi service is the worst service i had till now. Internet gets shutdown everyday and didn’t get any service from your side after contracting so many time. During recharge i get many calls for money but during service I didn’t get response

@youbroadband I haven't seen a pathetic and more digusting service than yours. Totally unprofessional and a fraud company. 45 days was the time to refund the money and now it has been more than 9 months. People beware of such scams.

@youbroadband This is second day in running with out internet service in large part of our Vadodara area. Multiple users raising issues but NO Response or Feedback from your side. On Twitter also since yesterday still no answer. Pathetic.
