@youbroadband 5 days our internet has been down in Gachibowli Hyd. Rajesh, area manager has been giving us the run around. Whenever things go wrong with ur service, it is an absolute nightmare @TRAI there has to be a way for making these guys pay for the pain they cause

@youbroadband @youbroadband I have given multiple complaints about refund of the deposite money for router after closing the connection. It been 6 months and I had given atleast 7 - 8 complaints. But no action from your end. What a pathetic service experience.

@youbroadband Since three days I am facing connectivity issue particularly in evening in Nizampura, Vadodara. You have not fixed issue till now. Very poor service. Even your customer care is busy.
