    @youbroadband internet down for 3 days, no engineer has attended till now. called service center she registered complaint and closed it immediately. ridiculous service will never recommend for anyone.

    @DoT_India Honorable ministry, I am not at all satisfied by the services provided by @youbroadband Surat. They take money for 50 Mbps and provide a speed of 2.5 Mbps. It has impacted my work from massively, as half the time connection doesn't work. Please help get my money refund

    @youbroadband My internet is not working since last week. Account no: 2041577. Everytime close the request without resolving the problem. Poor service. Even after complaining everyday there is no action taken.

    @youbroadband I have made two payments for the recharge first was done by UPADear Customer, Your VPA "abhishekdizviz@indus" linked to "INDB0000561" a/c no. "XXXXXX6946" is debited for Rs.1999.00 and credited to VPA "billdesk@hdfcbank" (UPI Ref no 032414383887)

    @youbroadband Customer service is gone silent for last 6 months. None of my queries answered and same case with others in my vicinity. We are thinking of moving to Act or Airtel in our apartment where there 30+ connections. Committe will initiate the process.

    @youbroadband @ShreyamunM inspite of sending many emails for refund of security deposit for my AC number 1546456 which has been closed since long time more than 10 months. Have all the email conversation for above account requesting the refund of security deposit. Not a single action been taken. Worst
