    @youbroadband Please get your technician to respond, despite many calls, he is not responding, the speed of my new broadband connection in Bandra is less than half of my package. It's causing issues. Kindly respond ASAP. Need it urgently rectified. Am most dissapointed.

    @VodafoneIN Thanks but no thanks. Already tried, No support from the website/app. Customer care is not working due to Covivid-19. That’s what the reply received. @youbroadband please get the support available for your existing customers.
