    @vodafone @youbroadband such a pathetic experience with broadband service, since last 3 days Internet is not working, logged multiple complaints, still didn't showed small effort to address it and ask technical team to contact to customer. technical team also not lifting ur calls

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

    @Oneindia @SriSri 3 months back we installed @youbroadband in vizag. they gave an offer of 3+1 but after 3 months they said your plan has expired and to recharge again.every two days in a week facing network issue. Experiencing bad service and never recommend anyone. #youbroadband plz resolve.

    @youbroadband I have no internet connection since 2 days. Complaint raised but no action or reaction from your local staff. Very poor service levels. A/c no 558048. Visakhapatnam

    @youbroadband Linked number: 9033515100 I suffered till 4 days without internet connection. Change the modem is taking 4 days of time? Is it possible to arrange modem in 4 days of long time. Your engineer argues that modem is not available. When it will come your problem is short it out.

    @youbroadband how many more months you are going to provide the customers such a disastrous service? Every other 5 minutes your internet gets disconnected or there is an outage; and then your service center doesn’t even respond to our complaint!!! @MIB_India

    @youbroadband started showing true colours after a few months of regular service. Every evening it goes down after technical team off the working hours ang get resolved in morning. New strategy to save users from using data. Not even registering complaints. Not going to renew

    @youbroadband hi you broadband from last three months have complained that return my security deposit for my router and take the router which is faulty provided by you nobody's listening it is very bad please do something about this #youbroadband

    @youbroadband what a disgusting service you guys are providing to your customer, it's been 5 days of payment for new connection and till now it is not processed none of your Engineer is receiving call or the agent of your company, guys skill person to bluff to customer.
