@shreyashetty8 @youbroadband Good luck with getting anything done with Youbroadband. They only follow up when you want a new connection. Maybe you could try acting like you’re interested in that and get them to come over to fix it. Worked for me

@youbroadband Why does You broadband go off several times EVERY DAY? in Pune Kothrud area. For the high charges we are paying we expect Continuous service. You cannot have breakdowns or outages every day! Do we need to shift to a better provider??

@youbroadband We are facing serious issues with your team in nashik. Have paid full fees on 1st June and still no one has showed up for installation. Nobody picks up our call. Expected much better customer service. Our work is being affected. Please take action asap. #nashik
