    @youbroadband I feel you all fraud. Just making fool for sake of money. I have been cheated with false commitments and now one from your Customer Service is ready to speak. Shweta the supervisor from Gujarat seems to be a robot to just keep on repeating same thing. Does some one really care ?

    The services are still not resumed. It has been since 3 days that the Estimated Up Time is deviating. There not at all any solution. Upon escalation of complaint, there's no contact or information by @youbroadband Kindly suggest some contact information for Cousumer forum.

    @youbroadband You have the worst customer service! My internet is out for 5 days every month right after paying the bill. This has been going on for a year now. The customer service reps say the same bs every month! Anyone planning on buying this ****** service please don't.

    Hey @youbroadband Your Service was Worst...I Paid Amount of 3 months connection...After Recharging account...Dealer was Not Responding Not Lifting Calls...AlsoNo One was to Come to Installation... I Want Installation Urgently Otherwise I will Complaint to The Consumer Court
