    @ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

    @youbroadband -Undoubtedly the worst platform of #Vodafone. The internet has been down for the last 6 days. The agent says they have escalated the issue on every call(7 calls so far). They don't reply on emails or accept complaint via app. #Pune #youbroadband @consumercourtin

    @youbroadband kindly resolve my issue i paid for 40 Mbps and greeting o less then 10 MBPS I COMPLAINT FREQUENTLY ON YOU APP..BUT COMPLAIN RESLOVED ON APP NOT ON GROUND BASED .... MY ID IS khd66a .. If this happens continue. Customer can option for jio fiber....

    @youbroadband Very bad service. Do we have to keep complaining about complaints?? If the net is closed for 4 days in a week, on that counting offered a toy of extra 15 days on that basis ? Complaint launced so will not share details in DM even you ask.

    @youbroadband It's been 2 days, I have raised complaint about internet connectivity, there is no update from @youbroadband , the person assigned to the complaint is not picking up the call, this is terrible #customercare.

    @youbroadband horrible service in Pune… my suggestions DONT BUY YOUBROADBAND services at all… I’m a medical doctor and run my IT company and last 3 months serious issues are coming up.. their app where you can call for service guys gives ERROR.. their people don’t pick up phone

    @youbroadband As usual, no response, even after 50hrs+. facing net issue 2nd time in 30 days. 1st time, you wasted 10 days to resolve... now 2nd time, already 2days gone. How about compensation and solving?
