    @vodafone @youbroadband such a pathetic experience with broadband service, since last 3 days Internet is not working, logged multiple complaints, still didn't showed small effort to address it and ask technical team to contact to customer. technical team also not lifting ur calls

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care
