@vodafone @youbroadband such a pathetic experience with broadband service, since last 3 days Internet is not working, logged multiple complaints, still didn't showed small effort to address it and ask technical team to contact to customer. technical team also not lifting ur calls

@ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

@chintan1605 @youbroadband I'm having youbroadband connection since more than 10 years. A few years back I've stopped using it as thr was connectivity issue every day. It went offline for hours everyday. Now I've recharged again and found that its the same it was 10 years back. Not a 1% improvement

@youbroadband What in God's name is wrong with your service? There are interruptions at least 4 to 5 times a day with each lasting a good 15 mins. Can't believe that I find my mobile network more reliable than you.
