Worst service by youbroadband. Not providing service in the nashik city area. People having connection beside my building and in front also. Still they are saying technical issues for shifting of connection. Technical staff is more worst in nashik city. @youbroadband

@vodafone @youbroadband such a pathetic experience with broadband service, since last 3 days Internet is not working, logged multiple complaints, still didn't showed small effort to address it and ask technical team to contact to customer. technical team also not lifting ur calls

@ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution

@iPranav7 @youbroadband Have no connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service).

@youbroadband Very bad experience. I applied for shifting of connection and paid shifting charges before 7 days. Still no engineer has contact me. During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

@youbroadband Ridiculous support. Support does not exist. Total nonsense. App is of no use wrt support. Have to scavenge through all you broadband numbers on the internet including installation people to get some service support. If your broadband stops for some reason, good luck

@Airtel_Presence a customer moved from @youbroadband hoping your fiber will not drop connections won’t drop frequently, and that’s so true .. It does not drop because it does not even connect at the first place & your installation engineer is not honest , so does your support
