  @youbroadband your Nagpur team is third class, they do not know what customer support is. I booked connection day before yesterday, the executive who to visit, has asked to pay via UPI which we did, but your office says payment not received.

  @youbroadband Fraud company. Refund not received since Jan 2020 although modem is taken back. numerous calls to customer care but every time different excuse. Beware of taking new connection.

  @youbroadband Since three days I am facing connectivity issue particularly in evening in Nizampura, Vadodara. You have not fixed issue till now. Very poor service. Even your customer care is busy.
