  @youbroadband Yours is the worst service possible. Have been your customer for 10 years now. The service has given ne bad to worst. My let is not working since 2 days tried each and everything from raising a complaint on the app to calling the call centre so many times. No resolution yet

  @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband It's been 4 months since I returned the broadband equipment, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted customer support 10–20 times, but status is always in process. Is anyone actually working on this? Please process my refund immediately. #CustomerService
