  @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

  @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

  @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.
