    @youbroadband, Customer care is not taking any complaint for not starting internet, for why delay, pass the senior Customer representatives but they are not given proper answer. They are only update feedback and not registered complaint.

    @vedangpandya @youbroadband we all should have to complaint to consumer court they are charging with days count once your pack expire on day they will cut but when we faces issue and multiple day disconnected they are not giving reply even why and when connection re established ...

    @youbroadband Complaint Not Addressed Relationship No. : 1814556 Such disappointing service by You Broadband people. In such huge competition time You people are not addressing issues immediately. I have raised a complaint till now no one bothered to come and fix it. Help!!

    @youbroadband i have called on your call center number 9121291212 operator has put me hold for 30-40 minutes and then cut phone what is this in name of service ?

    @youbroadband no response from your side in last 24 hrs. I have not internet connection from last 3 days. No technician is visiting to resolve the issue. Now it's important to file an official complaint with TRAI n consumer court @VodafoneGroup
