    @youbroadband its been 3 days youbroadband network is down, ticket has been raised but no progress. Airtel was also down but they were very prompt and already restored there’s connectivity.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband do you even have a customer care ? We cannot even raise a ticket in your app ! There is no internet for few days and you can’t even make a complaint???

    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband My internet has been completely down since 6 June 2026. I've raised multiple complaints, and each time it works for 5 minutes before failing again. Technicians have visited multiple times but no permanent fix. Please resolve this today 2026061804648

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 10-15 years as your customer. Frequent outages, and now completely down since yesterday right when I have online exams. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, zero support. This is how you treat a loyal customer? Fix this or I’m switching providers.

    @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.
