Being largest provider is not enough, provide the service needed on time.

Their technician said it won't be installed and I had to request for a refund. It has been 8 days and they even haven't initiated my refund

I used to get 50-60ms ping just a month ago and now it is 200+ms since the 14th of August. I know this is your routing issue since I can use a paid VPN to get 60ms ping. Please fix it.
