    @youbroadband @trai your vadodara location is charging 500 rupee shifting charge while i have taken connection they said there won't be any shifting charge. i am active user of service prompt answer awaited #moneygrabbers

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Bro, get your connection terminated and ask for refund. And get Airtel. It rocks. And you'll see the difference in the service within 3 days. You will experience actual speed. I had same problems with Youbroadband for 3months. I am happy with Airtel now.

    @youbroadband I paid 5000 ra for renewal and my net is not working...no one is coming to fix the issue..mare you looting people just like that

    @youbroadband It’s been more than 24 hours that I’ve lodged a #complaint and there has been no response. Now your helpline is also unreachable. Technicians are not responding to calls. It’s a horrible experience. Only positive is that I checked my #Twitter after ages.

    @youbroadband today is the 7th day in a row the internet is cut off after 5 pm. Tired of continuous calls, complaints and follow-ups. Pathetic customer care especially for someone who is associated with your for a decade now. You are going bad to worse.

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Plus + Their Internet is really unstable, sometimes it works like a charm ( very rarely ) most of the times, it stops for a few hours and then gives very slow speed ( 500kbps ) regardless the fact that our plan was of 25mpbs. Didn't recieve more that 5mbps from the day we got it.

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Yes, had the same issue. Slow internet, too many shutdowns from their side and the customer support is horrible. Once we called their customer support, They said their man will come the next day. He didn't came for a entire week. We kept calling him and kept replying coming tomm.
