    After 10 reminder, mails and calls, @youbroadband My money has still not been refunded, nor my query been resolved. All i get is a mail Asking for 24 hours every week. You deducted money twice. Disgusting service.

    @youbroadband #worstservice what is this that everyday you're sending notification that your service will be hampered and uptime will be hour or so and when that time is reaches you revise again for another hour. You continue to do so till end of day and start again next day.

    @youbroadband I very well aware that your service is very poor. But in the time of hardship when everyone is working from home you guys should work on complains actively. Yesterday noon I had registered a complain as Internet is not working, still no Engineer is assigned...
