    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband you guys are the worst ISP. Its been two days since the internet has been gone. No intimation,no resolution till now and your customer care is trash. The representative don’t t even lift the call. You guys are good at fake promising and fooling.

    @youbroadband in last 15 days this is the 3rd time I am facing downtime.. Pathetic service by your local technical team...No response from your local office... 3rd class network and 3rd class team. I want to cancel my connection and want a refund of the remaining amount.
