    I had to come to office today because I had a few calls lined up, which I actually intended taking from home. The Net is not up yet and no ETR. Woll I have to spend the night in office because @YouBroadband is not rectifying my complaint?

    How could your service be affected for more than 4 hours almost every day in my area? How are you gonna make it up to us? Your executives do call when it comes to recharge but switch their cell phones off when service is affected. @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare

    @youbroadband I am very disappointed with your service, I renew my plan to 30Mbps speed but I am getting only 5Mbps and also internet is getting disconnected frequently. I complained 4 times in 14 but no response yet. I missed my online exam also and I blame you for that.

    A huge 'Up yours' to @youbroadband in #Vadodara. Net giving issues since yesterday. Support ticket raised last night. Engineer has not called me. I called him THRICE and each time I was told he was on his way. He has not reached. The latest update - He is reaching in 10 mins.+

    @youbroadband World's 3rd class services Never use YB service and internet connection. They don't have staff to resolve connection issue. I requested to YB to shift my connection in mar-23 and still it is pending. They closed issued without any call or msg and enter false remark

    @youbroadband your services are horrible. Do you really even care??? Since the past few weeks your service has been PATHETIC to say the least. I have tried numerous ways to communicate my frustration for the horrible service that is almost non-existent.
