@youbroadband 3rd class service providers. Worst broadband service providers. Our services are affected in your area we are working on it, you will get this msg every 2nd day and the service affected time (7hours, 8Hours) For what we are paying? Your affected service? 😠😠😠

@youbroadband so many customers have complained and what is the out come , only - “ we regrets “ , do u guys really act on the complaints - heavily suffering at Aundh 411007 . All the times outages . Can any one look in to and give us basic service

@vikramsathaye @youbroadband @youbroadband is the worst when it comes to providing service. I now have one connection from YouBroadband, one from BSNL and one local fibre provider. Have not had issues with BSNL, and the local provider is very quick to provide service.

@youbroadband @vikramsathaye @vikramsathaye Feel lucky. You atleast get a reply the same day you tweet. Most of the times we don't even get a reply. Sometimes we get one but only days after the complaint. This is only about getting replies. Complaint resolution is a different story altogether.

@vikramsathaye @youbroadband Its the worst. Used it in Pune, and it was a huge disappointment. You can go for Tata Sky Broadband or Jio-Fi/Airtel. These are much better.

@youbroadband no connectivity since last 72 hours. No action yet despite raising complaint on App and calling customer care 4 times during this period. Absolutely shameful service. @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneGroup
