    @youbroadband #BadService Your Service in Vadodara is Extremely Bad. The Six Months Advance Payment of Rs.4200/- made in December but the quality of service is very poor. Despite regular follow up, your officials only give assurance but no action since last 12 days. Help.

    @youbroadband since last 10 days my internet is not working and the reason is "from where the line is coming that location is under renovation and power line is not functional" I fail to understand does it take 10 days for you to plug it somewhere else?

    @youbroadband requested for name update for my connection since the last 1 month, everytime your care executive respond with 24 hours issue resolution, and almost 30 days are gone, still no one from your side has come for the said issue till date. #PatheticService

    @youbroadband multiple frequent disconnections from months. What a pathetic service ! @bsnlbroadband is lot better than your broadband connection. Is there any option for refund ?
