    The service of @youbroadband is so bad that the only words the technicians know is "Fibre is down" and "Outage". They are hardly equipped with getting the solution done quickly rather than making me wait for 2-3 days without internet. I pity their ignorance.

    @youbroadband can you please attrned my complaint no. 2021051603927 I couldn't use a single GB of your broadband since connection. Complaint daily... No progress... Please escalate the issue or refund me.

    @youbroadband Has the worst Internet Service. Internet is down since yesterday morning. Gives a fake time of resolution and doesn't resolve. Already made more than 10 calls today. No one fixes it. The customer care is like a goat in the wilderness. Completely lost.

    @youbroadband I believe you are the worst ISP in vadodara ..the broadband connection is down atleast 3 times a day and since last 2 days the connection is down frequently and ETA shown on app is not met
