  @youbroadband PATHETIC SERVICE. ALWAYS STANDARD REPLIES. Every week I am facing internet connection issues in my area. Today also the whole day I am not able to work as there is no connection since morning. No service or resolution provided after multiple calls to customer care.

  @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
