@youbroadband @TRAI You broadband collected deposit from me 6 years back. Now refusing to return. Issue raised to you appellate and he also refuses saying no deposit with them. I shared original signed receipt mentioning deposit clearly to them.Even payment done by cheque.

@youbroadband Trying to renew services Options shown range from 1-12 months However only shows 6 /12 month options while trying to renew:Don't want that longer Can you fix? As your service's not great already switched to another service provider.Might just close this forever

@youbroadband Brand of false commitment, full of lies, customer abuse, Despite requesting cancellation and refund which will take 45 WORKING days for refund, I left with nothing but only one option to get it installed. I will never expected such service from You broadband.

Many companies have poor customer service. But thankfully that doesn't happen with @youbroadband Because they don't have poor service at all, they don't have customer service at all so no issue of being poor/ good

@youbroadband Working from home demands internet connectivity which is not there for me currently. When new connection is request you guys do on same day but for shifting so much of ball game to delay customer’s requirement.

@youbroadband worst service ever in hyderabad, technician's doesn't respond even after 10 days of payment, net outrages at least 3 to 4 times a day, no regional office at all, customer service just says a typical answer that your complaint is raised, waste of time and money

@youbroadband pathetic service. Nobody bother to check my internet which is not working from last 3 days. We are working from home and it is now costing me alot.
