    @youbroadband As expected your team again proved that they don't care about customer requests. False commitments, Rude behaviour was always a practice of ur executives since long time, but now customers money (deposit) is also been not returned by this company. @TRAI

    @youbroadband If the installation is not done today, I need full refund of the payment made today itself. Also take strict action against this executive of yours who is absolutely unfit to be a part of your organisation. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    @youbroadband if you look at the number of compalins i have made at the call center is just pathetic..its been 3 months and no one from your side has even tried to solve my issue.. you can imagine the level of customer satisfaction

    @abhijitkadle @youbroadband Well it's my backup connection. They moved to fiber last week and speeds were good for a few dsys. Since monday, tough it's down. Primary is bsnl fiber which is quite good
