    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Its the worst. Used it in Pune, and it was a huge disappointment. You can go for Tata Sky Broadband or Jio-Fi/Airtel. These are much better.

    @meetvabby @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Yes. Even in Surat Youbroadband was considered best. There was at all no competition. It was most reliable and most stable connection and personally used Youbroadband 8years with high hardly 1 complaint per year. But now service is declining day by day. Get rid of Youbroadband

    @youbroadband What is wrong with your service these past couple of weeks?!? I've rarely faced an issue b4, but these past couple of weeks has been a mess with service consistently getting affected and now my internet down since the past 2 Days with zero updates. Disappointed

    @youbroadband Customer No.2018571 facing severe connectivity issues since last few days. Continuous follow ups with your service Center does not yield any results. Very poor customer service response. Contact at 9881098992.

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband I have also experienced the same horrible experience. My deposit even after disconnection of 2 years before has not been yet refunded despite so many mails and reminders

    @youbroadband It’s been more than 24 hours that I’ve lodged a #complaint and there has been no response. Now your helpline is also unreachable. Technicians are not responding to calls. It’s a horrible experience. Only positive is that I checked my #Twitter after ages.
