  @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.

  @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

  @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
