I am having ping issues during playing mobile game BGMI due to which I complained the service centre but they were not able to solve the problem. They are asking for IP for which a normal customer can't understand @youbroadband

worst services from @youbroadband. Every week atleast 2 days my internet connection was stopped working. The customer care support is to worst. They are saying if u dont like our services go and cancel the plan, we are not going to provide any refund.

@youbroadband after the last tweet, they simply close my complaint without even resolving the query and installing a connection. Go for another broadband connection to avoid such pathetic service and frustration given by @youbroadband

My relationship no . 1787930 . i apply for shifting befor 2 month for my u braodband net conection , but they was said that there is no service in you complex , now in my complex there is 4 new you broadband conaction till they are not shifting . @youbroadband #youbrodband
