    @youbroadband wifi is down for last two days and tickets are being closed automatically. I have never seen outage happening so frequently in other broad bands.Every time all customers get is a regret message from your side. Pay me back my amount!!

    You Broadband in our area is down since yesterday. Got msg that it will be up by 17:55 hours but till now it is down. VI the owner should ensure 24x7 service as they are ISP which is now very essential service. #youbroadband #TRAI #vodafoneidea

    You broadband has the worst internet service I have ever experienced. Speed issues, latency and what not. They won't even give you refund for the bad service. It's like donating money, you pay but you get nothing in return. I advise don't buy You Broadband internet @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is not working properly. I lodge many time complaints and i am tired of this. Last 3 month i have horrible experience with internet connection. No engineer showing in app anytime .
