    @youbroadband Very bad service. My wifi is not working since thursday. The person they provided on that app is apparently on a holiday… then why did they even assigned him

    Will you stop spamming and calling me 2 daily ? I do not want to renew your internet.. I haven't asked your customer care to cancel it... It is the worst ISP in vadodara... STOP CALLING ME TO RENEW @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.
