    @youbroadband Have account in Pune central area. Been raising complaints last 4 days. Service engineer keeps saying issue resolved and closes complaint. Kindly advise

    Dear @youbroadband your service is at the worst from last 15 days. I am calling customer care every day, they send some gentleman who just see the modem and go back with kind words "it should work fine". No resolution, nothing. Please refund my money of remaining subscription.

    @youbroadband Third-class service provider, they don't care about customer. There executive also fraud. I am from Ahmedabad last 5 days the Internet stop working and raise 3 complain but no one attained till date the internet is not working........
