@youbroadband @TRAI why you ppls are not responding after taking the money. Take money & digest seems youbroadband policy. I paid advance money through cheque at Vadodara for new connection on 6th March but till lock down means 21st March your installation team was sleeping.

@youbroadband there's internetOutage at my home frm 29March. Unable to contact thru customer care. We understand u kindly consider ours as we are facing issue while working from home. For your information, all other broadband providers are working now. Pls resolve our issue ASAP
