    @youbroadband Since last 10 days wifi is not working and also nook complain many times but not even attended also closing the complain automatically without getting solution.. Believe me not refer wifi of you broadband to any one Complain no 2021062320665 and 2021051900982 LOOK

    @pravesh814 Bro live in reality. Am using jio finer since pandemic started. got connection during lockdown. Not a single day internet was down. Before that I used @youbroadband for 3 years. they had good internet speed by poor customer service. BSNL employee didn’t evem respond.

    @youbroadband please don't take you broadband internet in surat, I had logged complain 26/06/21 but still today they doesn't solve my internet not working complain, worst ever isp provider in surat.

    @youbroadband I want to stop using your internet service, but unfortunately i did a six months renewal plan, now I'm stuck with this internet connection and you guys are making my life miserable,  IS THERE ANY WAY TO SUSPEND THE CONNECTION AND GET MY MONEY BACK?

    @youbroadband worst customer service and Tech support . The customer support keeps telling me a technician will get in touch , and no one does .
