tushar (@wankhde_tushar) reported@youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

Pathetic service by your local technical team...No response from your local office... 3rd class network and 3rd class team. I want to cancel my connection and want a refund of the remaining amount.
