@youbroadband worst customer service ever. Since 3 PM my wifi was not working. I called their engineer to complain about the issue. He's not responding to my calls. I called their customer service they told the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. No update from them (1/2)

I paid one year service to youbroadband and i also pay for 2gb/day of airtel . It's that level ******🤬 No service ,no internet if comes very very slow Also customer care is just joke 😔

Worst service don’t purchase @youbroadband I have registered a complaint some days a go but no technician or support team is responding. I have called and sent an email also and not proper working internet . Worst service. Purchase @GTPL_Care

@youbroadband we r using u broadband more than 3 yrs. in our area …. Garkheda Aurangabad … Maharashtra…the service provider doesn’t have the power back up … whenever there is electricity failure we have to face internet shutdown ….

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@youbroadband I can only say that , this is the pathetic service provider with pathetic customer care service,no body picks up the phones,previous tickets aren't cleared ,and more or less no replies on wats app group from customer care representatives

then I called that engineer and told him "Internet is not working" he says me we all are busy remember me the same thing in tomorrow morning. First of all, after relocating the box engineers need to check whether the connections are working or not.? (4/7) @youbroadband
