    @youbroadband is probably the worst customer service ever. I have opened multiple tickets trying to explain that i have ping spikes but they close my ticket even without any response. I have actually emailed the nodal service in the past & got a resolution.

    @youbroadband Hello in our area (gujarat, surat)you broadband give us the horrible service. They charge us 30 day but give us only 20 day. Bcoz rest 10 day their service going to shut or fail. Very bed service. And they have very rude behave engineer and customer executive.

    The worst Internet Service Provider @youbroadband . They take the money as soon as possible but when it is time to solve any problem they forget the customers. I am using Youbroadband since 5 years but I am not recommend to @youbroadband to anyone.

    @youbroadband I apply ubrdbnd on 7 days ago and till not install at my home is this ur service which u give to me when i am ur existing customer u claimed ur best services to me and now u moved on so I want my money refund asap this is worst exp for me

    @youbroadband hello youbroad I am using your service at Surat location, very very disappointed for the service and net connectivity issue. Since 3 days net is not working also every day in evening your net got down. Paid for 40mbps plan but never got speed more than 20mbps.
