  @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.

  @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

  @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have your Broadband connection since 3+ years now. Since few months, every other week your services go off abruptly. Today is Sunday and your network has conked. Enough is enough. I am switching over to other ISPs in my area. @youbroadband
