    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband Hello. I have your internet connection in Pune. Erandwane. You service is horrible, no answers to our calls. The internet is down for 5 days. I am removing your device installed on my roof. I dare you to come and claim it.

    You people have such pathetic management. You broadband internet is down since the last 5 days and still there is no one who has come to fix it in Rajkot Gujarat after repeated calls to customer service.@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband. MOST pathetic company in India..@AdityaBirlaGrp

    @youbroadband This is not the 1st time the service is disturbed. It happens nearly everyday & you are least bothered about customer's inconvenience. Regret my decision to pay you for yearly plan. Every time the engineers say "this issue is beyond our control"

    @youbroadband @CaGhanshamJoshi Internet service in my appartment is distorted since 24+hrs & still not resolved. Why should the customer suffer for your mistakes?? Really disappointed. Seriously reconsidering to change my Broadband service provider.
