    @youbroadband This is second day in running with out internet service in large part of our Vadodara area. Multiple users raising issues but NO Response or Feedback from your side. On Twitter also since yesterday still no answer. Pathetic.

    @youbroadband Pathetic Service. There is no internet from the last 12-13 days, talked many times to customer support but there is no positive response, the technician is not coming to repair. Actually, you are making customers fool.

    @youbroadband I haven't seen a pathetic and more digusting service than yours. Totally unprofessional and a fraud company. 45 days was the time to refund the money and now it has been more than 9 months. People beware of such scams.

    Our Internet service has been down for the last three days. Therefore, office work is closed. We made a phone call. But there was no response. We have already registered complaint and followed up several times, but in vain. Nobody showed up. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Your router has an issue as per your engenir person said He said he will not replace router as only one month ago your router was free of cost from your side But your company providing me damage router and fake scheme also
