    @youbroadband VERY BAD service. Disconnected 1 month ago. No refund received, no communication. I had been a customer for 15 years. No wonder poor service takes companies out of business

    @youbroadband I have been using u band broadband till last 4 month my . I never seen such a worst service no one there to listen after repeated complain about net is not working last 2 days. Truly frustrating. Please don’t opt this network .Switching another network.8155861559

    @youbroadband Worst service. I have applied for new broadband connection on 27th March 2021 and paid the entire amount. After completing the payment there was no response from @youbroadband . I have raised refund request and it is more than 3 months,
