    @youbroadband Dear I have a you broad connection a/c No 1913353. I have made complaints regarding the speed twice and regular facing same issue made a complaint on 9th April -2021040914973 and on 19th April 2021041912358 till now no one has visited

    @youbroadband what's issue in pune baner area? Pathetic service. Launch complaint so many times but without solving ur team close it. Such a fraud team u have here

    @youbroadband is probably the worst customer service ever. I have opened multiple tickets trying to explain that i have ping spikes but they close my ticket even without any response. I have actually emailed the nodal service in the past & got a resolution.
