    @youbroadband @TRAI You BB are excuses of Service provision. ONLY interested in taking money in advance from customer. 2 days after registering my complaint WiFi services at best are intermittent. Downtime is king at You BB. Shame Shame!!

    @youbroadband , worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. Since the time I installed it, I am constantly facing connectivity issue and I have raised complaint several time on mail and customer care but they have never tried to resolve the issue. PATHETIC SERVICES.

    @youbroadband This ISP is an example of Worst service industry. They took 3600 as internet charges and not provided any installation.Fake company. Balkrishna Mishra from Mumbai took the amount and not responding now. my relationship no is CC508085

    @youbroadband had all year of an active plan to find out customers who had old routers and were on high speed plans to contact and change routers. But they expect people to call up and initiate replacement. Was assured account would'nt be suspended by customer support.

    @youbroadband Respected sir I am from vadodara gujarat and I am using your internet service since 4 to 5 years. Since last five to six days my internet is not working and I had registered complaint three days ago but no action is taken by your service centre please take some necessary action.

    @youbroadband it has been 11 days since my connection lost i have complained regarding this on 24th Dec and till today my issue is not resolved my complaint number is 2020122419415this is absolutely not acceptable i think I have made mistake by choosing @youbroadband Poor service

    @youbroadband i am using for many years in god faith but i found whn problem comes yur technician not coming like used to be last 2 years same problem.i did talk to ur CEO many years ago and he promised it will not happen but it restart same problem again dont like 2 call ur ceo
