    @youbroadband your service team is pathetic and terrible. Is it the responsibility of the customer to keep continuously following up with the service team who keeps relaying the work to other personnel as if it is not their job? The worst ever I had.

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband Very bad service. My wifi is not working since thursday. The person they provided on that app is apparently on a holiday… then why did they even assigned him

    @youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.

    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.
