    @youbroadband Hey! Do you guys plan to give proper uninterrupted broadband service? Does it have to be off 2-3 times a week, sometimes it's down 2-3 times a day too!! Are you guys going to fix this? Seriously bad service!

    @youbroadband The worst Internet Service Provider I ever had in my life Worst internet speed. I'm on a plan of 200 MBPS and I get a speed of 20-30 MPBS I have registered a complaint the executive marked it as completed without even visiting my place or reaching out Really disgust

    @youbroadband cheating - collected amount from me on 27th feb 2022 stating they will give broadband connectin instantlyno connection given as promised so raised refund with the customer care #2022022704517,still no resolution/refund given,agent name Baskar- kandigai ,chennai

    Three months ago, I have contacted @youbroadband using a customer care number and requested a refund of the installation amount and take my router back as I was not using their service but till now no one came to pick up the router..... (1/n)

    @youbroadband customer support is a scam. Cases being closed without fixing issues. Support staff lies about issue & never came on premise to troubleshoot the issue & marked case as closed Does @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband allow & accept such fake case SLA adherence internally?
