    when it comes to providing service/response to query @youbroadband is worst. called each day since 7 days 4 resolution of wrong commitmnt by "you" employee, mailed to nodal officer/appellate auth but no one respond. Disgusting service provider ever seen. 24 wrking hr=4 wrkingday

    @youbroadband @TRAI The issue is since oct 2021. Now my plan is going to expire and i have no interest to recharge again.

    @youbroadband again little bit of rain and internet gone from more than 2.5 hrs.. Why no permanent fix for the issue? Or waiting for another company to take over customers.

    @MRna93 @youbroadband Absolutely correct. Their services are going down day by day and engineer close grievance without visit or call, on their own and without actual resolution

    Tired of complaining... registered complaints twice on call and one time from the mobile app. No updates, no engineer visit, no allocation, and net down from 2 days. @youbroadband Request ID from App: 2022071100612 (Ahmedabad, GJ) + Complaint twice using Customer Care Number

    @youbroadband Worst service and worst support. It's been a week I have online renewal issue in which I paid amount twice for one activation and still there is no refund for which I have raised concerned 10 days ago. No response from the support. I want this resolved today.
