  @youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

  @ViCustomerCare Inhave alrady done everything which I can do with the youbroadband folks. I have reached youbas myblast hope, if you too. Ant help then I have to stop using this poor and pathetic service.

  You people have such pathetic management. You broadband internet is down since the last 5 days and still there is no one who has come to fix it in Rajkot Gujarat after repeated calls to customer service.@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband. MOST pathetic company in India..@AdityaBirlaGrp
