  @youbroadband,my internet connection has been down since 1:40 pm today.I am unable to lodge a complaint since my earlier complaint is still not closed.I called customer care and also emailed your nodal officer, but they just gave a generic reply. Pathetic service @BandBajaateRaho

  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have your Broadband connection since 3+ years now. Since few months, every other week your services go off abruptly. Today is Sunday and your network has conked. Enough is enough. I am switching over to other ISPs in my area. @youbroadband

  @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

  Vapi–Daman deserves better internet. We're paying Mumbai/Delhi-level broadband prices, yet service quality is nowhere close. With only two major providers Quest Internet and @youbroadband effectively controlling the market, consumers are left with frequent outages, inconsistent speeds, and poor reliability which hurt creators, esports athletes, businesses and students alike. Personally, poor connectivity has cost me during national level esports tournaments. What's frustrating is that whenever giant reliable providers like Airtel Xstream Fiber and JioFiber look to expand into the region, there always seem to be roadblocks from the government officials preventing real competition. The people of Vapi–Daman deserve better choices and better internet.

  @youbroadband Even after sending cancellation emails, we are still receiving renewal messages from You Broadband. Relationship No. 1742494 Project ‘Life’, Rajkot Poor service, over 50 days of service loss with no proper support. Request immediate refund/adjustment for downtime.

  @youbroadband Very poor service—the connection hasn’t been working for the past three days, and neither are calls being attended nor is the issue being resolved.
