    @youbroadband #badcustomerservice #Refund #youbroadband We paid 12 months advance but shifted to other place. Transfer requested, YOU team said we don't service there whereas we got new YOU connection. Now not giving refund for 7 months unused service.

    @youbroadband it is undoubtedly truth that you are the worst service provider. it has been 4th consecutive day Internet not working.filed complained but no response yet. guys who calls the customers at a time of plan recharge r giving false assurance of solving problem #Shameless

    @youbroadband would you like to fix my internet connectivity issue? My internet is down from 2 days and no one from you broadband is helping. In the past 2 months i had the worst experience. Just waiting for my plan to end so i can switch.

    @youbroadband worst service. I'd request everyone to go for proper established internet service provider. YouBroadband will pick your boots while giving connection but after that you will keep calling and no one will respond. I'm gonna close my account. Don't got trapped.

    @youbroadband I had raised five SR from 12th Nov, without resolution case has closed. Issue is, my neighbor has started the construction and my connection is coming between construction, so please shift my connection and let me know without resolution how the case has closed.

    @youbroadband I am a You broadband customer And for Last month my internet was closed for 4 days because of ONT device is not working. So I was told by the engineer that you will get additional 4 days of validity on your next Recharge. Can you please help me
