    @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

    @youbroadband @SameerOnmyway 2178317 Why Internet is down for more than 20 hrs In balewadi Pune...And no one is answering Calls / Support is also down...You guys are the Best in Pathetic service Provider in Pune...

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.
