    @youbroadband @DoT_India 6 days no connectivity, shall I wait for another 54 days? 10+ calls to customer care, 3 days office work impacted; amount can't be quantified, efforts wasted can't be quantified!!!!!!!! CAN I HAVE A RESOLUTION PLEASE OR REFUND, EITHER WORKS FOR ME!!

    @youbroadband Hi team, I am facing issue on my broadband connection and it's been 36 hrs I haven't got resolution, reason stated is cable broken. How long it will take to resolve it? I am working from home and my work and productivity is seriously impacted!!. Please resolve ASAP.

    @Kaivan_ns @youbroadband My internet is also not working since 4th of August and getting same reply from the customer care that your complaint is on priority bases still not a single soul visited my place to resolve the issue. I have called @youbroadband more than 6-7 timees.

    @youbroadband i have complained since a week that my WiFi is not working. Technician came to the house 2 days ago and he said it's a connection problem on your end all the connection at our house is fine. It's still not restore despite calling y'all again today.

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.
