    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband WhatsApp chatbot no longer works. There is no IVRS option to talk to support. Is social media shaming the only way to escalate issues now? 3rd day of no internet. Service request not even assigned to an engineer.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @VodafoneIdeaIN easily one of the worst Internet servicePs I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. Works only 15 days a month/month. Kudos on the consistent non-service! Keep up the horrible work!

    @godbole_shilpa @youbroadband When I used to live in Viman Nagar I had You Broadband Customer Care on my speed dial. Can't believe things are still the same nearly 10 years later.

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care

    Regular connectivity issue being faced on a plan of 100 Mbps 12 months. No solution is being done to my problem. Use of SUPPORT NOW feature has failed to yield any result, so as registration of Complaint over Customer Care @youbroadband

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
