@youbroadband It is been since Saturday (May 14) the wifi is not working and despite raising the ticket on Sunday (2022051502906), there has been no response for 3 days. Also called the customer care, but the customer care attender cut the call when asked about the delay.

@youbroadband you guys says that your service is very good..I don't think so because of my internet is off from yesterday and I also filed the complainant but they are only saying that we will fix it in 24 HR and it's done, today is the second day and I haven't get my wifi on...

@youbroadband A big govt.society in Navi Mumbai has your service including me in it but staff seem to care less about customer service and more about saving their behinds when we complain.Seems big business retention and basic customer service isn't top priority. @ViCustomerCare

still nothing has been recieved from you. Customer care executive has only one thing to say i.e. it's in process & you will receive it soon. It's been more than 45 days already and still no refund has been recieved. Very bad service being provided compared to peers @youbroadband

Since a month my Youbroadband is not working and I have already lodged 4 complaints from which 3 complaints have closed without rectifying and 1 complaint is still pending. There is no response from nodal officer. Worst ever service.@youbroadband

@youbroadband pathetic team in Baner Pune. Sachin Kharat, Satish, Mayur all big time manipulators. I paid on 16th. they committed installation on 17th - very misleading. Now its 22 and still pending. Every day useless commitment. Terminate all of them. Reg no. CC627459
