@youbroadband Account number 2028735 Have surrendered modem 140 days back as I put my own modem, still the deposit amount is not refunded. Every time customer care says another 45 days, now I have started to feel if you people really refund the amount or just give fake assurance

@youbroadband have been writing to customer complaints about the fraudulent claims made my your company executive! He had made a false commitment to me and I paid the total cost for 9 months The offer which was given to me buy 6 months and get 3 months free and none is given

@youbroadband Yes, laughter is the best what else you can do other than laughing at customer. Horrible customer support team, doesn't resolve the issue and pick up the calls.
