    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing โ€œoutageโ€ and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (โ‰ˆ3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.
