    @youbroadband has to be one of the worst network providers out there. fluctuation all the time. Especially on weekends. Horrible service

    @youbroadband My Internet services have been stopped in my area due to maintenance, the service is stopped from when I recharged my plan. I need a refund, as you can't provide the service. I spoke to Customer care and they only say we will get back to you! Why u want free money??

    @abhijitkadle @youbroadband Well it's my backup connection. They moved to fiber last week and speeds were good for a few dsys. Since monday, tough it's down. Primary is bsnl fiber which is quite good

    hey @youbroadband I've raised the disconnection request on 15th, but your Customer care is saying that it will take 4-5 days to collect them modem. I am moving my stuff on 17th, and there won't be anyone to collect the modem. Can you expedite the collection visit by tomorrow?

    @youbroadband From Last 2 days my brodband connection not working, I complaint many times and ca your area nodal officer many times but he not picking up phone nor your customer care not giving any solution ID rp106
