    @ShrimaanAbhi @youbroadband I attempted to call their helpline number, which is usually just absolute crap. I was pleasantly surprised to get someone within 1 min of calling, who proactively talked about the open ticket, asked me a few questions and immediately escalated it! Let's see now...

    Since last 20mins I’m on a call with @youbroadband SN RM Khusbu Tanden says she doesn’t have authority to escalate my issue to higher team, my internet is down & RM comforts me by saying wait for 24 working hrs so we can arrange a Tech guy. Such a lame support @VodafoneGroup

    then I called that engineer and told him "Internet is not working" he says me we all are busy remember me the same thing in tomorrow morning. First of all, after relocating the box engineers need to check whether the connections are working or not.? (4/7) @youbroadband

    @youbroadband worst customer service ever. Since 3 PM my wifi was not working. I called their engineer to complain about the issue. He's not responding to my calls. I called their customer service they told the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. No update from them (1/2)

    @youbroadband It's been almost more than 8 hours, have raised a complaint towards broadband connection is not working. But, nobody is turned on. Have been calling multiple numbers. But nobody is picking up the call. You people must be aware that you are in service industry. 1/n

    @youbroadband has worst service in Surat. I am facing slow speed issue since 1 month but no response from You broadband Surat team. Some of the employee only sends renewal messeges but not take any responsibilities.

    and when I tell the customer executive to take any required steps or needed action for this because it is happening every time but no one listens from your end. FYI: Our whole society facing this major issue @youbroadband (2/7)

    @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Application for Connection Shifting placed before 15-Oct-22. Document submitted to Pune Office (University Rd, Aundh) on 15-Oct-22. Still no action initiated. My pack is getting waste day by day Should I go for some other Internet Service Provider ??
