The customer care service is a joke!

Pushkar Ambekar (@pushkarambekar) reported@youbroadband I have had no connectivity over the last 10 days and no amount of calling the customer care has helped. The assigned engineer doesn’t even answer the phone call. Your customer care people aren’t even giving me a timeline to resolve the issue.

Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
