    @youbroadband Since 22nd May internet not working 5 complains calls on toll free 4 complains on app but no response ...advance payment done till 30th May.. worst services thinking of changing the network

    I’m using @youbroadband at my cousin’s house-Visakhapatnam from last 15days. The service is too worst, in day time works properly but in nights service down. No response from technical side. Taken yearly pack

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband being user of both this since more than 10+ years. While one has been merged and the other one got acquired by vodafone but the service I am now getting is the most pathetic ever. Unable to use internet.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband From 18th May, You Broadband vodafone hasn't been working at all. Customer care is equally pathetic and engineer doesn't show up.
