@youbroadband I lost my mobile number 9676171643 and tried to update 9929921229... connected with the branch and connected with the customer team simply they suggest no option to update....here the only option is to disconnect the Youbrodbrand services right.

Dear @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I took YOU UNLTD 200 Mbps 12 Months n there is no internet since 10-15 Days. It shows internet connectivity on my router but NO internet. There must be alerts at your end for high-end customer to ensure it works always.

@youbroadband Initiate my refund never service from first day onward refund my full amount and surrounding my BB i never happy with speed and connectivity. Bad commitment by brand you broadband. I am from Aurangabad 431001
