    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    Hello, @youbroadband Broadband connection not working since 2 days. Complaint multiple times but no solution. Your executive Israr Kazi visited home but refused to do any thing, say they will work after 24hr only as ticket resolution time is 24 working hours. ..
