    @youbroadband I was not at home since last 40 days and came yesterday. Since then my internet is not working. Customer care executives saying that everything is right and they don't know why it is not working and I am waiting for technician to resolve the issue.

    Have made about 50 complaints in last two month for network outage of @youbroadband but no response. It has become worse since @VodafoneIN has taken over!!! How do they even do business??? Any idea who can I complain to?

    @youbroadband where to complain when issue is not resolved but complaint status is cleared... without contacting user they just clear the complaint?
