    @youbroadband it's been 5 days and internet is not working and no one is bothered at all to respond to customer queries and calls. And top of that you people are auto closing the complaint ticket raised in app within 24 hours without even actually contacting me or resolving.

    Paid full connection fees for 5 months in advance to @youbroadband for urgent connection as they promised same day connection. It's been more than a week, everyday the agent keeps assuring it'll be up today! Terrible service, already regretting it.

    @youbroadband what a service in surat you broadband.. yesterday (16/10/21 11 AM) stoped internet service and not started (17/10/2021 6:00 am)..

    @aparanjape For Pune it is still 90s. Internet sucks and we probably have the worst internet for an "IT hub". Take @youbroadband for example. Horrible service.
