    @youbroadband 'YOU' are the worst ISP I have ever encountered.Having network outage for 2 days straight and CustService does not know when the outage is going to get over.We are just sitting when will the network will be up again and we can work so we can pay your charges

    I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. But still nothing resolved. Now I'm trying to call customer care and they're not redirecting my call to a customer care representative. @youbroadband @consumerforum_

    @youbroadband sorry to state after disconnection of account modem collected by executive on 7/8/2021 still refund cheque not received. Customer care helpline is clueless of status... This is our support system. For new connection people come within 15 minutes to collect cheque

    Complain Number: 2021092903297 I've tried to call customer care but they said will be solved in 24 hrs but still no status. I've technician number and called them and he said the problem will be fixed in 1-2 hr every time from yesterday. @youbroadband @consumerforum_
