    Seek the feedback on the sevices n professionality of @youbroadband. Is this account active? I hv been trying to contact their customer support team in vain. Their call center gives standard statement "we are escalating " Sick of hearing this. I started hating this statement.

    @youbroadband please don't take you broadband internet in surat, I had logged complain 26/06/21 but still today they doesn't solve my internet not working complain, worst ever isp provider in surat.

    @pravesh814 Bro live in reality. Am using jio finer since pandemic started. got connection during lockdown. Not a single day internet was down. Before that I used @youbroadband for 3 years. they had good internet speed by poor customer service. BSNL employee didn’t evem respond.

    @youbroadband Absolutely horrible service, I have taken "YOU UNLIMITED 30" but hardly ever get download speed of 6-7 MBPS. Also face frequent outrage/disruption daily. Made a big mistake continuing with You.
