  .@youbroadband internet is down since afternoon. Has happened twice in the last 4 days. No response to the complaint was raised without any heads-up and ETA for resolution.Such pathetic service given by you. You just extending rectifying time resolve this issues ASAP.

  @youbroadband Poor customer service no one picking up the phone who installed the connection . Since last two days the wifi is down and contact no of both your employees are switched off . Registered the service request through app as well .

  Absolutely irresponsible behaviour from @youbroadband1 @youbroadband. In powai, , eve, just making excuses for transfer of wifi connection from one flat to the other evn in the same building. Never use @youbroadband , they are still in 1960s and works with that speed only.
