    @youbroadband @consumerforum_ Internet is down since yesterday. Got connected today afternoon but keeps disconnecting very frequently. Nobody is bothered in bringing service up. Pathetic service provider.

    @scouttanmay @youbroadband If you are planning to change your ISP go for Airtel,Jio or TataSky. These are bigger companies with better servers and good customer care.. These small broadband firms are totally unreliable.

    @youbroadband very disappointed by your service in Aurangabad username - patil1111 when complain is raised technician calls after 3 days and repeatedly asks to send the code received via SMS (feedback) Sandeep patil +91 73503 86686 .kindly look into it.

    @youbroadband upgrading to 125 mbps from 30 mbps by a 1 yr loyal customer has not helped in this work from home era time to say goodbye to this pathetic broadband service-no one cares in this corporate backed telco
