@vikramsathaye @youbroadband @youbroadband is the worst when it comes to providing service. I now have one connection from YouBroadband, one from BSNL and one local fibre provider. Have not had issues with BSNL, and the local provider is very quick to provide service.

I don’t have Internet since Saturday night because apparently the building from where the connection comes doesn’t have electricity. It’s highly likely that they haven’t paid the bill.This is not the first time! Pick a reliable source @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare.Terrible lapses

@vikramsathaye @youbroadband Its the worst. Used it in Pune, and it was a huge disappointment. You can go for Tata Sky Broadband or Jio-Fi/Airtel. These are much better.

@youbroadband third class service now a days at Aundh Pune 411007, not a single say we get full and continuous BB network, we get Msg - outage in your area , why the hell is this happening and is any one accountable. Do u guys really care for customers. Pl revert
