    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.

    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.

    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.
