    @youbroadband Pathetic service. Very poor customer care. Since January 2026, I had internet not working issues 5 times and during these times out of around 100 days of 2026 connection has been down for more than 60 days. They don't have staff at Rajkot for service

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.
