    @youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband your service team is pathetic and terrible. Is it the responsibility of the customer to keep continuously following up with the service team who keeps relaying the work to other personnel as if it is not their job? The worst ever I had.

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
