    @youbroadband this is highly disappointing . only sending a message that problem is rectified when it is not rectified is not done that too twice. most unprofessional. my 2 children have gone to starbucks to study. this is terrible service. and there seems to be no concern too

    @youbroadband I opt for 6 months service with advance payment. My service is suspended since last 2 months and I have been continuously visiting BROADBAND Vadodara office but no resolution is provided. I want four months refund. Worst Customer service.

    @youbroadband offcourse, people have lots of idea and we indians are very creative and innovative, but to share those idea, we must need active and working internet service, which is not possible with you broadband. I am personally facing this issue. #youbroadbanddoesnotcare

    @youbroadband you can make my refund in 1 day because your service is very bad I am waiting from 4 day for wiring but no service has been to me ,now serving man telling me for refund which will take 45 day so pls re fund my money TT NO 2023011005967 thanks for bad service

    @DigpalDosi @youbroadband Sir, I am sorry to give my opinion even when it is not asked, but see the revert they have sent. It is totally money oriented. They want to collect the money and that is their priority. I have been struggling with it's service and it stops working almost every night.

    @riteshmisra @youbroadband These people will not do anything. Unfortunately, This is the only option in my locality so I had to take this, but after that their customer sevice team and technicians made me do dancing around them to resolve the issue as they take money in prepaid. So they dont care.

    @youbroadband Team, I have applied for a refund on 15 oct till today i haven't received my refund yet i have called many times but no genuine reply it pathetic experience . More Than 83 days over i haven't received . please look forward or i have to complaint on consumer court
