@youbroadband very rude employees don’t use You broadband instead go for Reliance Jio fiber and take no worries. If you want tension for a year then go for You Broadband. Reliance jio fiber is best.

@youbroadband Internet connection has been down for the last 3 days. Should I pay for that? Could not able to register my complaint using a mobile app as well. Same issues I have been facing for a couple of weeks and escalated issue to nodal officer, but no result.

@youbroadband Team, The internet service is not available in Aundh Pune since more than a week ! After multiple calls, complaints, office visit I was assured the internet will work asap. Still the connection is not restored. I think I did big mistake by renewing my plan yesterday

@youbroadband Request to change your name to "You Broadband Doesn't Care" as you guys literally don't care about customer service & care. Connection is off from Morning 10.30am & App showing Connection would be back by 11.15am, But it is 17.20pm, but it is still down.

@youbroadband is a waste service..don't choose this service.technicians have not responded till now .it's been 3 days doesn't care about customers simply they want money.@JioCare is the best one for fibre net.. neighbours are switching to jio..so better to switch to jio or airtel
