    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    Pathetic service @youbroadband my internet is not working since yesterday afternoon. Already complained on the you broadband app yesterday, but no action has been taken to resolve the issue. The app shows "ticket has been already registered". #youbroadband

    @youbroadband your service is pathetic.... It's been 4 days.... My complaint is not resolved.... What kind of customer care service you provide... Neither ur connection works... Nor your service and mobile application....
