    @youbroadband @TRAI Modem was replaced few days back & the problem started. I think the modem could be defective or otherwise why should my internet time out frequently.

    @reliancejio ‘s jiofi coming to my rescue while my prepaid connection with @youbroadband fails to work! Trying to get in touch with the customer care department but all they have for me is a complaint number! Need a fix ASAP! My work is suffering due to your inconsistency

    @youbroadband hey , I have a 60mbps plan , still my ping avg is 60ms to 70ms.... My upload speed is less then 8-10mbps avg , I am from Gujarat , Vadodara .. help me please ..for gamers is very high ping

    @youbroadband It's not completely resolved as yet. The problem of connectivity still persists. I have raised a complaint thru the App again. Hope it gets sorted asap.
