    @DoT_India Hi.Please take action against youbroadband. Raised multiple tickets and escalation with their customercare and multiple calls from 10 days just for shifting the Connection. Their customer service also talking very rash and disconnecting calls. AccNo 1289353

    @youbroadband Hi I am not able to get my refundable deposit amount of 2500 from past 6 months. Every time I call customer care they tell the backend team will take care of this. But no one picks up the call. Please process it ASAP. Account Number : 883410
