    Hello @youbroadband my coustomer id 1232031 Surat i have upgraded my 15 mbps plan to 100 mbps dual speed plan, My problem is i am not getting speed cc says need to change modem but thay dont have at present complaint registerd on last friday still no solution Plz solve my problem

    not at all satisfy with the service @youbroadband no is ready to handle the problem ... Very very very bad experience. it's business account and u ppl r not even ready to solve ... pls refund our balance amt and close our services.

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband @TRAI @rsprasad the service in telecommunications industry is ridiculous. There's no response even after two months of payment. @TRAI what's the grievance redressal process in such cases? @ConsumerAffairs please make note.

    @youbroadband really very much tired of ur connection. it's a business account mentioned in complaints many time but u are least bother for any service point of view.U ppl dont understand the meaning of business account & the problem we r facing very very pathetic @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Broadband A/C no: 2026878, installed on 16-6-2020. Since today morning (Dtd: 30-6-2020) my internet connection got disrupted. Lodged complaint on app, through phone call but no resolution as yet, even no reply regarding my issue. expedite revival of connectivity.

    @youbroadband sir I have subscribed for whole year paying 9k but the performance is pathetic as customer care is pathetic as there is frequent disruptions. There is no one to report complaint except logging it. Pl. help provide uninterrupted internet with promised speed.
