    @youbroadband They are fraud. They take your money and do not even install their setup and also they don't return your money. This is how they make money. Their customer support staff is also unprofessional and not cooperative.

    @youbroadband Very poor service...i wanted a new connection i paid the money on 27th Nov and today is 5th Dec still just cabling is done I have complained about this on 2nd December and complaint number is 2020120215649 still no action on this...is this the way you work?

    @youbroadband One of worst service in vadodara I am not able to use from last 3 month because its not working . Lots of conplaints but Still problem not solve. MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NO IS 1999036 Mob no 9558800573
