    @youbroadband Don't buy you broadband,its fraud company.broadband not working since 3 days everyday when we call, they tell we put your complain on priority base.On day of renew they called me twice and told me that your wifi is working please do recharge,after recharge not working

    @youbroadband this is highly disappointing . only sending a message that problem is rectified when it is not rectified is not done that too twice. most unprofessional. my 2 children have gone to starbucks to study. this is terrible service. and there seems to be no concern too

    @youbroadband your executive - Aditya Kundur - no - 9822249223 refuses to answer my calls or reply to messages since last 1 week to come & collect payment for recharge. He said he can’t come & I shud do online payment only. He said I shud complain to customer care if I want 😡
