    @youbroadband I had requested permanent disconnection of my broadband connection on 25th February 2026.However, the connection is still not disconnected. Further, I escalated the issue to the Nodal Officer, who assured on 11th March 2026 that the issue would be resolved within24

    @youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

    Please do not go for @youbroadband Worst service, worst experience. It has been down for more than 24 hrs in Kothrud area Pune. And this has happened twice is last couple of weeks. @youbroadband is useless and they don't care
