@youbroadband pathetic customer service of Youbroadband. Network and fibre issues persistent for a week and no one rectifies. Just looting money is their motto!! No wonder @JioCare is increasing their customer base when their competitor's attitude is such.

@youbroadband @rupahasit he then told me he would repay only in cheque 10 days , and I can call the customer service if I wanted in priority . I called them , it been 12 days and nothing has been done regarding this , I missed my 12 days class straight I can't afford to miss more

@youbroadband @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare Pathetic internet service, just bought You Broadband 1 month back doesn't work for 5-6 hours in a day when it is most needed for kids schooling and office works. Made us buy 2 routers of 6K. Please provide a refund

@youbroadband Serious miss selling . I was sold a package for 5 mths and it turns out it was for just 3 mths. Zero transparency and no accountability. Today my pre-paid connection has been disconnected for non-payment! Acc 2097140, Complaint no 2021052606873. Pathetic!
