    @youbroadband Worst service of all time. I have renewed my validity today but still it did not get renewed. Paid the amount and it reached destination account. Still no one responds. 😡😡

    @youbroadband Registered request to terminate my connection on 26th April through app and after that 8-9 times through toll free number also. It's been more than 2 months but no body has collected my modem. Worst internet service provider. Going to consumer forum very soon.

    @youbroadband you seriously need to look into customer service. My internet is down since last evening. If there is an issue due to rains or any other reasons, I will appreciate an update. Have been following up with call centre since morning with no resolution till now.
