@youbroadband @DoT_India @jagograhakjago I paid around 10k for new connection and later the executive said they couldn't provide due to some local issues and go ahead with refund. I requested for refund and i don't know the status. Executive is not picking up call. CRN: CC657766.

@youbroadband worst customer service ever. Since 3 PM my wifi was not working. I called their engineer to complain about the issue. He's not responding to my calls. I called their customer service they told the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. No update from them (1/2)

Since last 20mins I’m on a call with @youbroadband SN RM Khusbu Tanden says she doesn’t have authority to escalate my issue to higher team, my internet is down & RM comforts me by saying wait for 24 working hrs so we can arrange a Tech guy. Such a lame support @VodafoneGroup
