Renewal of subscription guided us to 200Mbps and our region can only manage 60Mbps. After following up with customer care for days together, I was told they will extend the validity. Nothing dine for last 3 months. @youbroadband

@youbroadband sorry to state after disconnection of account modem collected by executive on 7/8/2021 still refund cheque not received. Customer care helpline is clueless of status... This is our support system. For new connection people come within 15 minutes to collect cheque
