    @youbroadband YOU are the worst service provider in India. No accountability and responsibility towards the customer. I paid for router 12 days ago, still, I didn't get a message/call from YOU. The customer care is so dumb, irresponsible...My Relationship No. : 1916584

    @youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

    @youbroadband my Internet services are giving issues since last week…but this service provider has not been able to resolve the issue. Their customer service also sucks. Their online and offline services are awful. Please don’t go for YOU Boradband @youbroadband

    @youbroadband i think you should close down your service in hyderabad since all customers would have moved to other providers. i think i am the only one left.

    @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.

    @youbroadband PATHETIC SERVICE. ALWAYS STANDARD REPLIES. Every week I am facing internet connection issues in my area. Today also the whole day I am not able to work as there is no connection since morning. No service or resolution provided after multiple calls to customer care.

    @youbroadband Internet is not been working at my place since 6th April. Have raised request and followed up multiple times. Still, the issue has not been resolved. Is this kind of service quality you have? #pathetic #youbroadband.

    Will you stop spamming and calling me 2 daily ? I do not want to renew your internet.. I haven't asked your customer care to cancel it... It is the worst ISP in vadodara... STOP CALLING ME TO RENEW @youbroadband

    @youbroadband My internet is down from Sunday. There is a wire breakage which I can see from my window from where my wire comes down. There has been no resolution till now. The local representative is not responding properly, customer care number is not connecting.
