    @youbroadband wifi is done since last two days and tickets are being closed automatically. I have never seen outage so frequently in other broad bands.Every time all customer get is a regret message from your side. Pay me back my amount!!

    You broadband has the worst internet service I have ever experienced. Speed issues, latency and what not. They won't even give you refund for the bad service. It's like donating money, you pay but you get nothing in return. I advise don't buy You Broadband internet @youbroadband

    @youbroadband no reply to my message and again the service ticket closed without any resolution. Your engineers come to my flat below and yet no visit to my place. Pathetic service

    @youbroadband waste service from youbroadband. Speec is slow after taking 125mbps plan, customer service is of no use, not able to correct address pending from month, no communication on failures, no internet from 15 hours.

    @youbroadband Its been more than a week since network outage and we learnt that You broadband is not authorised in our society. More than 90 days worth of data left in the plan. Pathetic customer service from the team. Even writing mails dont work. Please refund ASAP.

    @youbroadband my internet is not working. Every 3 day internet is shutdown. Your customers resolution system is useles. Stop making fake promises ,Now i decided i need my money back. Because if i continue witj your services i will definitely face financial loss

    @youbroadband Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is not working properly. I lodge many time complaints and i am tired of this. Last 3 month i have horrible experience with internet connection. No engineer showing in app anytime .

    @youbroadband their is no wifi in my house for last 5 days , and i have raised ticket on app 21st jan and it’s been 5 days and issue is not resolved.Calling your customer care didn’t help moreover they talk in very rude manner. This is Request id:2021012100854. Please help

    @youbroadband Worst services ever. Often you guys have connectivity issue. Your toll free guys alws gives wrong Commitments. Your area Engineer do not want to help customer. Just resolving the complaim after 24 hours without resolutions.
