@ViCustomerCare I have even talked to person name Mr. Chirag(Sr. Manager) from Ahmedabad office. He disconnect my call when I asked for solution. You are providing mental stress since 15 days. Took my money in advance and now no proper response only Mental Stress provided.Pathetic. @youbroadband

@youbroadband Thanks for responding! Now it’s working fine. But my concern is YouBroadband server goes down 4-5 days or even a week every month. So In this difficult time as WFH need constant connection but now a days it’s happening more frequently ! Next time I will let you know Pin - 411038

@ViCustomerCare Your so called Tech Team is not capable of solving issue since 15 days. They are still counting the starts. I have called thousands of time and done mail also but none of your authority is looking into this matter and you are loosing your valuable clients. @youbroadband
