  @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

  @youbroadband What kind of customer care is this? Every complaints raised through mobile app are closed within 30 minutes without resolving or contacting customer. Even contact number of the technical person attached with complaint is wrong.

  @youbroadband Very bad experience My connection is not working within last 4 days but still not any engineer come or not taken complaint from your side only told i am busy tomorrow will come and completem but still not any engineer.. A/c no.2280516 You give me refund.
