    @youbroadband - net is down. It's almost daily phenomenon for last few days. It was down for 3 days in last week. Look into it on priority.

    @youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @rosh_shetty84 @Oza_Akash @screener_in Hi Roshan, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

    @youbroadband @TRAI Escalation at whatever level is not working as per assurance given by call centre representative today is Friday do you work on Saturday and Sunday for providing and supporting internet services?

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @VodafoneIdeaIN easily one of the worst Internet services I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. Works only 15 days in a 30 day month and this is every month. Great job with the consistent non-service! Kudos
