    @youbroadband I bought 50 Mbps plan and Internet is down from yesterday. It's second time in recent past. Customer care is not even assigning a technician. Locals have switched off their phones. Feeling trapped by choosing You Broadband. #worstservice

    @youbroadband my net is down since Friday called the helpline and made a complain on your app. Escalated it twice still no response. Been with uguys for 10 years the worst service ever knowing with WFH internet is crucial part of it. No one should ever subscribe to you

    @youbroadband Why does You broadband go off several times EVERY DAY? in Pune Kothrud area. For the high charges we are paying we expect Continuous service. You cannot have breakdowns or outages every day! Do we need to shift to a better provider??

    @youbroadband I am having a repeated issue of connectivity.Currently I am not having connectivity for which I have raised compliant already but no one responded till now.Moreover this issue I am facing almost each week once.Each time it's taking two days to resolve.
