Hi @youbroadband There is outage in my area since yesterday.. The resolution date as per your helpline was yesterday itself.. IVRS doesn’t give any option to talk with Support Executive to get an actual update.. May I know where can I get an accurate update ??

@youbroadband - could you explain why when there's just a second of lightening, your broadband stops working and then it's been days since the lightening and your services are still not up n running. How is it that urs is the only company that is incapable of handling bad weather

@youbroadband Very Horrible experience ever had. Firstly your engineer gave me second hand router and due to this connection is not working properly .if connection doesn't work then I recharge add on data pack in mobile.I dint buy your service to lodging complaint 2-3 tm in week
