    @youbroadband your Nagpur team is third class, they do not know what customer support is. I booked connection day before yesterday, the executive who to visit, has asked to pay via UPI which we did, but your office says payment not received.

    how can a customer trust that it would be added after paying the renewal amount, as I see no action from your end inspite of chasing regularly from past 2 weeks. Does @youbroadband want to fool customers by just taking money from them and not providing the benefits on time?

    @youbroadband have been writing to customer complaints about the fraudulent claims made my your company executive! He had made a false commitment to me and I paid the total cost for 9 months The offer which was given to me buy 6 months and get 3 months free and none is given
