    @youbroadband i have contacted customer care today also and they are telling that i will get refund after 45 days...and talking rudely..totally unsatisfied with this poor company..just refund my money..

    @youbroadband its been 3 days youbroadband network is down, ticket has been raised but no progress. Airtel was also down but they were very prompt and already restored there’s connectivity.

    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.
