    Hi @youbroadband There is outage in my area since yesterday.. The resolution date as per your helpline was yesterday itself.. IVRS doesn’t give any option to talk with Support Executive to get an actual update.. May I know where can I get an accurate update ??

    Any complaint registered, falls onto deaf ears. If you call to follow up, the employees put you on the block list. And when you call the customer care, the only reply you get is that the technician will come to sort the problem. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Pre-Payment made. Connection never happened. Requested refund 14 days ago. And when I call the executive who made me do the payment, says he is not getting response from higher authorities for the same. Check this on priority or I'll be heading to consumer court
