    @youbroadband Sir, pathetic service from youbroadband. I have not received refund against deposit of router in March despite of regular follow ups and filing complaint.

    @youbroadband Wifi has been down for 19 hours and hrs still counting.., reported to Youbroadband 18 hours and was suppose resolved 11 hrs ago, tried to call technician but they're not answering any calls. Being largest provider is not enough, provide the service needed on time.

    @milind1248 @youbroadband Waiting for it since 11 March 2020. It's one and a half yar and the customer care only make a fool of you. I think all the customers facing this issue should make a petition together to expose how company is doing fraud. @youbroadband never does anything but "escalate"
