    Hey @youbroadband, when someone requests you to discontinue the service & you tell them that it would be resolved within 24 working hrs, can you also mention that everyday has only 8 working hrs? Otherwise it's just fooling the customer who believes a day has 24 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare This is something done by your support team. Either @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN resolves my issue or give me my money back for not providing the service as per my plan details. And your support team needs to contact me, as they are not picking up our calls. Pathetic service.

    @youbroadband my service request is getting closed without resolving my concern. I am repeatedly raising tickets but they are closing it. Is this how your team works?

    @youbroadband @jagograhakjago There is disconnection since 15 days, Everyday I am complaining but no solution is being provided. My work is getting affected. Kindly refund my money. It is better to switch to other ISP, even my mobile internet is better. Worthless piece of sh**.

    @youbroadband I had a new connection at my new home of Youbroadband in Visakhapatnam. I wasn't provided with Username and Password for login. It's been 4 hrs and my connection isn't activated. It's lil urgent. Can you please look in to resolve this?

    @youbroadband worst service one could get ever...!!! PATHETIC..!!! My Internet service is down since the last 15 days, I have complained about the same in @youbroadband application. No one is answering properly and issue is still not resolved.I would not recommend @youbroadband

    @youbroadband bad service. I had a plan of 50MBPS and then upgraded to 200MBPS, but there was no improvement in the speed. So I raised a complaint, the executive visited and told that the cable needs to be changed. Now they closed the service request without changing the cable.
