Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

pratik virda (@PratikVirda) reported@youbroadband In between this I called more than 100 times for services and out of frustration then after talking to local head i closed my connection it's been 2 months since I closed my connection i have not received refund yet . I am calling customer care daily but no proper response.

Om Patel (@Om09091) reported@youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????
