T01: So i have been using youbroadband wifi since 2 week and honestly its been good but yesterday since afternoon my wifi is been off so i waited and then after hour registered a support service in my area they said will solve asap its almost a day still no reply @youbroadband .

@scouttanmay @youbroadband Same problem here in Aundh Pune . Me along with a few friends and one gaming cafe are sure about replacing @youbroadband with Airtel Xtreme Fiber.

We are facing The problem of @youbroadband agents who had given the incomplete information and when we visited to particular office . Unnecessary Behavior of the Manager and when we emailed to the @youbroadband Coustomer care as on date we didn't revice any response...

@scouttanmay @youbroadband @airtelindia Chose the internet providers based on their customer interaction & their response to our issues. Cost of the plan would be similar in any network but what matters at the end of the day is the service post purchase. Believe me Airtel are just a tweet away for me for any issues.

@scouttanmay @youbroadband I have used Youbroadband for 6 years , at first their regional executives were so resnsposive to our calls, slowly they became money centric & their customer care turend pathetic. They started neglecting the mails , calls & even no staff are there at their office to talk
