@youbroadband You guys are not concerned about new business at all. I called, wrote, website sign up & at least 7-8 follow ups in past 2 months. Every damn time your execs read a script and nothing after that A New Connection Guys. Businesses are dying to get one in this pandemic

@youbroadband I want to upgrade my plan 10mbps to 75mbps on a monthly basis. I have called your helpline no. They take a call back request by the backend team, backend asking me to opt for a 6 or 12 months plan. But I want monthly plan So can you please help me to change the plan

@youbroadband, is the worst internet service provider i ever saw. Low speed internet, high rate of disconnections, irresponsible technicians, poor customer satisfaction. I don't know how a request will be closed without solving the problem that was reported.

@youbroadband I feel you all fraud. Just making fool for sake of money. I have been cheated with false commitments and now one from your Customer Service is ready to speak. Shweta the supervisor from Gujarat seems to be a robot to just keep on repeating same thing. Does some one really care ?

Never use @youbroadband they provide the worst service ever in a city like Ahmedabad. My internet connection is disturbed for the last 15 days. Mostly my work is done online. I have already raised complaints many times but not any single executive took any action upon it.
