    @youbroadband Poor customer service no one picking up the phone who installed the connection . Since last two days the wifi is down and contact no of both your employees are switched off . Registered the service request through app as well .

    @youbroadband Using mobile data since 3 days. How long will you take to resolve the issue? Are you capable of providing proper service? Or shall I switch to other broadband service?

    .@youbroadband internet is down since afternoon. Has happened twice in the last 4 days. No response to the complaint was raised without any heads-up and ETA for resolution.Such pathetic service given by you. You just extending rectifying time resolve this issues ASAP.

    @sumanthb4u @youbroadband No vision....Now YBB disconnected 20Mbps plan , where we have paid annually. They are charging for 100Mbps & giving 20Mbps at present. No upgradation for existing clients....Worst CXX.
