My office wifi is down since 3 days and most of our work is online my employees are sitting and not able to work bcz wifi is down @youbroadband kindly look into it, your service provider is saying he will come asap since 3 days.This is really affecting my business!

@youbroadband service is the worst service in the world, their executive calls 10 times a day for Renewal but won't do a single call for service. Is Youbroadband to Compensate the Number of days for which connection is not working? @TRAI

@youbroadband Super pissed with the service provided. Frequent outage on weekends and they only resolve it on Tuesday claiming company holiday on weekends. Losing about 3 days (Sat,Sun&Mon) of internet connectivity and no speedy actions even after multiple complaints.
