    @youbroadband loosing the connection every night and its 38th day and problem still not solved. Service engineer also irresponsible. Your service is worse day by day. Whenever call they replying your problem will solve within 24 hours. Now it's time to shift another ISP.

    @ReheSamay @HoeZaay @youbroadband You customer service is **** for years and **** at all locations around India. Many celebrities have tweeted in the past, you broadband is not going to change we have to move from you broadband to something else.

    @youbroadband No service in Viman Nagar, Pune for the past 2 days. Please try to understand that in such time WFH is crucial and for that internet is of utmost importance. Your service people keep telling me it will be repaired soon but it still hasnt. Please look into it.

    @ReheSamay @youbroadband And @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. If you discontinue their service, they'll harass you mentally by calling you 7-8 times a day with offers to reactivate the account.

    Despite all my complaints, @youbroadband's customer care is super fast because they use @airtelindia as their internet provider
