    @youbroadband Chennai, Mylapore. Paid 20 days ago with promise to give connection in 24 hrs. No response. Not even your appellate or grievance cell. You're guys avoid calls to. Customer care is dead. Care to respond???

    @youbroadband When it will get resolved ? Right now at this minute thr speed is completely down in 150 Mbps connection. So what guaranteed that money paid on 15th nov, conn.converted on 18nov and on 8th Dec I am still hearing they will fix how many more days you need?

    @iPranav7 @youbroadband It took them 15+ days to come to my home for cabling nd till then I took another service provider who installed nd started my connection in less than 24 hours nd since 6 months m chasing these you broadband guys for refund of my deposit which won't come.. Faced it twice with them
