@youbroadband i have opted for 125 mpbs and previous plan is 75 mbps and still the same and reached customer care many times still the same and no1 is responding yet.I'm still getting the old speed instead of new speed i.e. 125 mbpswaste broadband waste... #Telangana @DoT_India

Hi @youbroadband pune, We enrolled for ₹3439 200mbps plan, Just 2-3days we start to used your services 1. Speed we are getting 30mbps 2. In last 72hours we hardly got 4-5 hours service. 3. Customer representative not attending calls. Complete wastage of money @jagograhakjago Ty

@youbroadband You have the WORST internet service I have ever used. There isn't a single day when your services run fine without any disruption. It is either the bandwidth that's not upto the mark or the widespread outage stretching for hours. (1/2)

@youbroadband Yet again inspite of making payment of Rs 9069 well In advance to renew service, your people have cut the line. When will this harassment stop? There is no responsible person to whom I can speak to. Can somebody look into this and resume service?

@youbroadband The worst possible internet service provider , since the last two months , my 100 mbps line has been down and it seems no-one in this company cares.. Finally decided to take a setback of the annual subscription and go for other vendor.... #shitservice

@youbroadband im experiencing worst internet service , continuously i've been registering complaints from the last couple of days from the app and I'm getting a message after sometime saying issue has been fixed but it isn't . and the local employees of u aren't even responding.
