@youbroadband @youbroadband they will only done installation but not service. I have been raising tickets through Youbroadband App since Feb 2021. They are simply closed my tickets without attending for it. The said company executives are experts in misleading customers.

What service are you providing @youbroadband I renewed Wi-Fi pack on 11-August-21 and since yesterday there's ZERO mbps speed! Raised complaint yesterday NO-ONE TURNED UP AS YET. This is your worst strategy to save data which ruin's your customer's weekend. (Vadodara, Gujarat).

Worst experience with @youbroadband.It's been 17 days since we requested a transfer for the wifi connection and reaching out to the customer care number daily. Still, they do nothing. And they just say you won't get the refund and they won't give a connection too.🤧🤕

@sandeepdey03 @youbroadband @vodafone Sorry to say but you will change you opinion in future. Pathetic service they are giving. Im using it since 5months. First 3 months it worked very nicely but after that they showed their actual colours #Worstservice#Banyoubroadband.
