@youbroadband is a waste service..don't choose this service.technicians have not responded till now .it's been 3 days doesn't care about customers simply they want money.@JioCare is the best one for fibre net.. neighbours are switching to jio..so better to switch to jio or airtel

What a pathetic service by @youbroadband I have deactivated my connection in April due to relocating to another place and submitted Modem to the technician on 27th April. Its been more than 45 days and I haven't received my refund. #worstinternetservice #Givemyrefund #pathetic

@youbroadband - raised a connection shifting request 1 week ago, no action taken in 7 days. the first request was closed without explanation. the second request is still pending. the engineer doent pickup calls. i hv already paid subscription fee for the month. worst service!

Dear @TRAI What is the procedure for lodging complaint against errant Internet Service Providers [ISPs] like @youbroadband [claimed to be backed by @vodafonein1] for deficient services? I wish to do the same. Thanks in advance for your guidance / advice.
