@youbroadband your service is very poor 👎🏼 it’s been 4 days my wifi is not working because of the damage of Cable. I did many complaints on customer care many times and i did not get any satisfied reply. What are you doing guys, you don’t even imagine my situation😡 yuck service

@youbroadband The worst internet service provider. Company should mention in website that internet is available only 4 days a week as other days are out of service as there is some problem in the area. Even the company's Employees are not attending calls.

@TRAI I have purchased 1 year internet plan from @youbroadband and I am working form home but internet is not working since 4-5 days. I have been calling them 2-3 times a day but there is no any positive response by customer service.

@youbroadband you have got the worst after service policies....since last 3 weeks my internet connection is cut -off and not a single qualified technician has been sent for resolving the issue despite of lodging number of complaints !!! #worstnetwork #CyberAttack #irresponsable
