    @youbroadband My self Vicky Patel resident of Surat Gujarat. I am facing speed decrease issue from last 1 week and after 9 PM at night I am not able even watch videos. I have complaint to your local staff they are not providing solutions also call to your customer care 3 times.

    @youbroadband You have very third grade service since i hv already disconnected the connection 4 months back due to bad service but despite of giving multiple complaints my security deposit is not been refunded also these people are not responding to my complaints.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Laxmikant, do you feel since August 20 I have not visited the website and done the needful. Have done each and every aspect about the same. Hope you understand things. Have sent approx 30 plus mails to @youbroadband but they don't have time to read and provide proper solution
