I'm a customer of @youbroadband. whenever my internet service is not working, i have to raise a complaint in the app and have to wait for 2-3 days. For outsourcing firm like us, it's too disturbing for us if internet is shut for 5 days. @dstGujarat @IndiaDST pls do the needful.

@youbroadband : worst service. Complaint is getting closed without resolved. Raised 3 requests and all closed without resolving. Sent mail to appellate , spoke to second level care. Still not resolved. Account id : 1526789

@youbroadband Your services suck. Everyday I complain about the connectivity issue to listen to wait for 48 working hours. Just want to know if they are Earth hours or Jupiter hours as they never seem to end

Sir you call yourself India's largest Internet service provider and yet it is the worst service I have ever received. We have registered a complaint on the 3rd, have made numerous phone calls and even emails to your customer care but no response and no resolution. @youbroadband

@youbroadband Hi team, I have raised a complaint on dec 23, 2020. still not received any resolution. Followed up 3 times after raising complaint Complaint number 2020122318827. Everytime i call, I only get one answer issue is escalated and they will get back to me. No one will call me

@youbroadband Worst ever service provider in my region. In every month service was interrupted for minimum of 2-3 days and in this month continuously from last 5 days....What kind of maintenance you guys are doing? No compensation for loss days without connectivity???

@youbroadband you guys have the worst customer care service. It took 13 days to get a correct response, that too after threatening to get the connection uninstalled. My registered mobile number was blocked for so long. Horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONNECTION.
