@youbroadband Still no luck, no one has contacted yet from your team whatsoever, my renewal is coming up this month. If my problem is not resolved, I’ll be cancelling my BB connection along with other friends and family accounts as well, ssly pathetic service.

Also I visited head office of Surat area but no response. Is this your wide network???????? @youbroadband @youbroadband1 Worst Serice Don’t buy guys this service. Also same issue on @GTPL_Care All network are same.

Worst service don’t purchase @youbroadband1 @youbroadband I have registered new connection. And it’s been 20 day but didn’t get any respond. Also I have call many time to customer care but didn’t respond. Also sales person not receiving my call. Don’t purchase this worst network
