    Why they don’t declare 5 days/month paid leave for downtime. I almost face downtime every month. Also, I pay for 100 Mbps, but I get 18 Mbps when I actually need to work. Selling a service you can't deliver isn’t just bad business-it’s a total scam. But @youbroadband don’t care

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

    @Value_100x Hi Vicky, the problem was on YouBroadband and Vodafone. Their networks were not reaching our CDN servers. Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Abhiram, I’ve already contacted your tech support more than 50 times — calls, emails, follow-ups — and still got zero resolution. Stop giving copy-paste replies. This has been going on since 11 May. No connection, no refund. Just empty promises #scam

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Internet was on n off since last week. But last 2 days it's off . Worked 2 hours in noon today n again off . Complaint through app, voice with cc . Nothing done till now . Solve asap .

    @youbroadband i think you should close down your service in hyderabad since by now most of the customers would have shifted to other providers.
