@youbroadband Worst service and worst support. It's been a week I have online renewal issue in which I paid amount twice for one activation and still there is no refund for which I have raised concerned 10 days ago. No response from the support. I want this resolved today.

@youbroadband from last sat. Midnight till monday morning.. No internet... And same is going to repeat today also.. From yesterday midnight no internet.. Even small amount of rain stops the service... Pathetic... Can u resolve it? Req. Are closed without resolution.

@youbroadband my internet connection is not working since the last week.. i have been trying to raise multiple complaints through customer care and also through the app.. the engineer is assigned, but he is not picking up the phone.. this is very poor customer service !!!!
