Horrible customer service by @youbroadband Internet complain was raised on 13th January it was cancelled by site service ppl by themselves had to make another enquiry on 16th and still couldn’t get it done. Worst evr experience in Ahmedabad, guess time to switch to @reliancejio

@youbroadband having a very bad experience using you broadband, infact the technicians are such a lazy buggers No call from tech till now and the complainant was raised 3days back Uncertified tech are working in @youbroadband ,I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family member.

@youbroadband for last 3 days internet is down and the mobile numbers of all the responsible officer is switched off. Is the right time to switch off to other provider. Seems to be WHO CARES attitude.

@youbroadband This is perhaps the worst broadband that I've ever come across in India. Especially in Visakhapatnam, where I stay, the internet is always either slow or not working. Want to switch to something else. On top of everything pathetic customer service.

Sir you call yourself India's largest Internet service provider and yet it is the worst service I have ever received. We have registered a complaint on the 3rd, have made numerous phone calls and even emails to your customer care but no response and no resolution.@youbroadband
