    @youbroadband my complaint got "automatically" resolved today without any confirmation from my end. That's upsetting considering my net issues are not resolved at all. 250Mbps plan and I get sub-100Mbps download and .5-1Mbps upload speeds. I didn't pay for **** like this, guys.

    @youbroadband slowest internet. With 125mbps plan getting speed of < 2 mbps. Totally waste of money. Even customer care also very slow and ignore most of the time.

    @youbroadband i have opted for 125 mpbs and previous plan is 75 mbps and still the same and reached customer care many times still the same and no1 is responding yet.I'm still getting the old speed instead of new speed i.e. 125 mbpswaste broadband waste... #Telangana @DoT_India

    @youbroadband i payed my bill on October for connection,they showed several problems and returning the bill in december,again I payed bill in january,again they telling different problems,my check is not in return till now and no connection,worst service and waste of time.

    @youbroadband horrendous customer service. My 30 days ends today and in the morning my account was suspended. At 1029am payment was made for ₹1325 UPI Ref no 104910767469 same was sent to the accounts person at 1230pm. At 645pm I get a call saying no payment has been received

    It's been 25 days that my internet speed reduced to 3Mbps from 50Mbps.I have made several complaints already but non of your technician came.I paid for 3 months plan and one month is already gone.@youbroadband please do something to help me to resolve this issue.

    @youbroadband im experiencing worst internet service , continuously i've been registering complaints from the last couple of days from the app and I'm getting a message after sometime saying issue has been fixed but it isn't . and the local employees of u aren't even responding.
