My relationship no . 1787930 . i apply for shifting befor 2 month for my u braodband net conection , but they was said that there is no service in you complex , now in my complex there is 4 new you broadband conaction till they are not shifting . @youbroadband #YOUBroadband

@yashgandhi_ @youbroadband They've the worst service ever. They asked me to raise a ticket to cancel the connection few years ago which was at my previous residence. This is after one year of them assuring me that they'll move the conn too and have a presence here. And then taking a U turn.

@youbroadband after the last tweet, they simply close my complaint without even resolving the query and installing a connection. Go for another broadband connection to avoid such pathetic service and frustration given by @youbroadband

@youbroadband Dear Team, I've been facing internet issues since the day I've got it installed. The internet goes on & off always. Even after multiple complaints, no one has yet approached me to fix it. Infact I've been fooled saying that I'll get fibre but got copper connection.

@youbroadband It's been 18 days i have place a request for Shifting of connection for nagpur location but still I haven't got the connection at my new location. Your employees not even pick up call once payment is received by them. Worst Service, will never recommend anyone
