    @youbroadband very pathetic service. Internet service since many days. Trying to raise service request through app, but no response. Tried getting in touch with responsible officials but they are just ignoring without any response. Seems like company is not interested.

    Hey @youbroadband, I Have paid in advanced for a year and now my internet is not working sense last 1 month. Can you guys look in to it please? Very pathetic service. :(
