    @youbroadband your service team is pathetic and terrible. Is it the responsibility of the customer to keep continuously following up with the service team who keeps relaying the work to other personnel as if it is not their job? The worst ever I had.

    @youbroadband Very bad experience My connection is not working within last 4 days but still not any engineer come or not taken complaint from your side only told i am busy tomorrow will come and completem but still not any engineer.. A/c no.2280516 You give me refund.

    @youbroadband @AshJ13 Veena9470. The box i guess is switched off again. Every week i have to raise request. Every week for atleast 3 days my internet is disconnected. Horrible experience.

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband Ac No 1111953 Complain Idb2026071605960 I am using your telecom since 2003 and i have 4 more ac on same number Now for this complain your team member in surat office says we cant give service now as your are the only one in this area u can take and other company service
