    @youbroadband why your executive does not respond for the new connection? Why don't you provide new connection to area where there are so many potential customer waiting to switch their ISP to stable one.

    Dear @youbroadband, Instead of keep resolving my complaint ticket numbers please try to resolve my internet issue for Once. It's been five days and my internet still doesn't work between 9 to 5 which is my working hours. Don't you have my full payment? What's the issue?

    @youbroadband will get their money first but won’t provide you service after that. It’s been 10 days since I did the payment. When I try to call the executive for update on installation, he straight away declines my phone call. Is this how you treat your new customers?

    @youbroadband (2/2) Still, there is no refund provided and request is closed automatically. And, to top all this customer care does not have courtesy to reply to the mail communications even a single time. I am fed up. Please process the refund request.
