@youbroadband your Nagpur team is third class, they do not know what customer support is. I booked connection day before yesterday, the executive who to visit, has asked to pay via UPI which we did, but your office says payment not received.

@youbroadband I recently renewed my plan of 100mbps for 6 months+10 days but I'm still not able to see that plan in You app, and most importantly you've a very poor service I've registered soo many complaints for speed issue but no one is attending that not even calling to know.

@youbroadband there are network issues on every Friday evening and it will stop completely by Saturday morning and it will get repaired by Monday evening.cancel our plan and charge for a month and refund our cash.Atleast we will go for @actinternet @JioCare
