  @YOUBroadband, is "ghosting paying customers" a part of your standard technician training now? My home internet has been completely DEAD for the last 3 days. Get a team to my location and fix this today, or you can happily process my permanent disconnection.

  @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.

  @youbroadband U’ve been “noting the concern” for days now, but there is still no proper resolution. Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.

  @youbroadband agreed due to rain in surat internet was not working. But its been 5 days since everyones net is working but not mine After complaining for so many days ur engineers started it today but still no speed , non stop on-off net Please help and clear the matter

  @youbroadband you guys are here just to scam people. I've been facing internet issues since last 10 days but still not one engineer has cared to visit and address the issue. @Vadcitypolice I am tired to coordinating with them because they don't care to resolve customer complaints

  @AshJ13 @youbroadband pls take jio. i have been sitting with no internet since 4 days in hyderabad. the ticket is raised since 4 days. labor strike i guess. someone assigned himself then again unassigned himself from the ticket. pathetic service. you broadband doesnt care.

  @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making
