***.tweet (@pmstweet46) reported@youbroadband Are you going bankrupt? Are you stutting down the service? My internet has been down for 36+ hours. There is no response on your WhatsApp interactive complaint booking. None on web interface. What is one's recourse? Nobody answersthe phone either. #vi_sucks

Vikram | Prop Firm Rules Explained (@VK1980VK) reported@youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

tushar (@wankhde_tushar) reported@youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

bahudurapu batasari (@_mitochondri0) reportedThere’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

sc0utOP (@scouttanmay) reportedVapi–Daman deserves better internet. We're paying Mumbai/Delhi-level broadband prices, yet service quality is nowhere close. With only two major providers Quest Internet and @youbroadband effectively controlling the market, consumers are left with frequent outages, inconsistent speeds, and poor reliability which hurt creators, esports athletes, businesses and students alike. Personally, poor connectivity has cost me during national level esports tournaments. What's frustrating is that whenever giant reliable providers like Airtel Xstream Fiber and JioFiber look to expand into the region, there always seem to be roadblocks from the government officials preventing real competition. The people of Vapi–Daman deserve better choices and better internet.
