@youbroadband 6 days per month your internet is completely down. And you are calling it 99% uptime ?!!!! I don't want it resolved now, please refund me for remaining months in current plan and I don't want to continue.

Paid full connection fees for 5 months in advance to @youbroadband for urgent connection as they promised same day connection. It's been more than a week, everyday the agent keeps assuring it'll be up today! Terrible service, already regretting it.

@youbroadband it's been 5 days and internet is not working and no one is bothered at all to respond to customer queries and calls. And top of that you people are auto closing the complaint ticket raised in app within 24 hours without even actually contacting me or resolving.

@youbroadband I had given request for money refund from April month but from your side you sent me expired cheque and now when I returned it and ask for another your customer care didn't respond every time they told me that your cheque is ready.its already 7 months bt no response

@aparanjape For Pune it is still 90s. Internet sucks and we probably have the worst internet for an "IT hub". Take @youbroadband for example. Horrible service.

@youbroadband The services of youbroadband are affected in NIBN, KONDHWA area of Pune for the last THREE DAYS. What the customers are getting is repeated extensions of date and time about when the service will be restored and remorseless apologies.
