  @youbroadband internet down in the area (Chembur East) again. 2 times in a week, with no notification on the impact nor on the ETA. This severely affects Work From Home customers, what kind of reliability & customer service is being provided? Customers left helpless...

  @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.

  @youbroadband Very bad experience with you broadband services, installation was done just as formality and not bothered to check its connection at all area of house. after complaint also not bothered to solve and asking me to resolve by myself. Too insensitive towards customer.
