    @youbroadband your services has been worst than govt services in last 1 year i was assured last time on call with customer care that everthing will be resolved in 3 working but its been more than 3 months and no one has visited yet to replace decade old modem of yours.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.

    @youbroadband my wifi is not working since last 4 days , i tried to reach service provide and also customer care, they keep saying we are sending service executive engineer to look after the problem and resolve. But no one tried to reach. What the hell kind of service is this????

    @youbroadband Frequently disconnected internet connectivity issue is still persistent... AC 2014395 Not much improvement since last 2 weeks! Sad!!
