@youbroadband your frequency and duration of network outages for FRIVOLOUS reasons are extremely high. today again, the net was out since 3PM and the app showed a RANDOM time to come up as 6PM and then now 9 PM. will you do something about it?

@youbroadband internet is down since 18th May. Customer support took 5 days to respond, they figured out the fiber optic cable is broken. Haven't fixed it yet and not evening picking up the call. req. id: 2021052007267

@youbroadband Broadband is not working almost completely since last Friday. Multiple complaints, once repaired and gone again! And now they say line checking going on which will continue for some time! Six days!? What's going on?

@youbroadband @TRAI Since 24th May youbroadband regarding Internet download speed coming in Kbps without resolving the problem frequently close the complain.Take urgently action.
