@youbroadband Why it takes more than 36 hours to fix such minor issue ? For first 35 hours your team dint even come to our area to fix issue for multiple societies and after they came it was fixed in less than 1 hour. So what took 35 hours for them to reach ?

@youbroadband @VodafoneGroup your wifi service is the worst service i had till now. Internet gets shutdown everyday and didn’t get any service from your side after contracting so many time. During recharge i get many calls for money but during service I didn’t get response

@youbroadband Team, The internet service is not available in Aundh Pune since more than a week ! After multiple calls, complaints, office visit I was assured the internet will work asap. Still the connection is not restored. I think I did big mistake by renewing my plan yesterday
