After relentless calls and sales push I accepted @youbroadband as a service in Visakhapatnam . After 65 days and more with multiple complaints / visits it’s been a horrible horrible experience. Still not sorted. Please look into the matter . Regret it .

@youbroadband I believe you are the worst ISP in vadodara ..the broadband connection is down atleast 3 times a day and since last 2 days the connection is down frequently and ETA shown on app is not met

The service of @youbroadband is so bad that the only words the technicians know is "Fibre is down" and "Outage". They are hardly equipped with getting the solution done quickly rather than making me wait for 2-3 days without internet. I pity their ignorance.

@youbroadband its been 2 weeks now I dint get the new router nor my refund. Hoping someone takes care of the issue n fix it early. Before I proceed legally. Its not about the money anymore, its about the torture that your technician are giving me by not answering the calls.

@youbroadband ACCOUNT NO- 1910986 ****** internet service despite complaining from 9 days no one is resolving it. Paying for 40MBPS and getting 16-17-18-19MBPS!! At least refund me my amount if you are not capable of providing me services. Seriously pissed of with your service!!!!
