  @youbroadband You have very third grade service since i hv already disconnected the connection 4 months back due to bad service but despite of giving multiple complaints my security deposit is not been refunded also these people are not responding to my complaints.

  @youbroadband My self Vicky Patel resident of Surat Gujarat. I am facing speed decrease issue from last 1 week and after 9 PM at night I am not able even watch videos. I have complaint to your local staff they are not providing solutions also call to your customer care 3 times.

  @youbroadband crappy speed and no internet connection 25% of time, 75 Mbps plan get me max 30 Mbps if internet is there, Registered complains numerous times from app and call, no one came to service at location Its time to break customer loyalty of 10 yrs for better players.

  @youbroadband What a horrible service guys. Your sells guy call me commit installation within 2 days. Its almost a week and no one came for inspection. Now he told me raise complaint and still no update. If I ask for refund, its 45 days. Why can't you say no to refund. Bullshit.

  @youbroadband My complaint has been raised on 3-4-2021. Complaint ID:2021040318314. No one from your came to look at the issue & it has been automatically closed, even though your team was clearly mentioned to address the issue and not close it. This is 2nd time of this behavior
