@youbroadband Waiting for customer service to resolve connection issue. No connection for 4 days, no one answers company customer care numbers & no service techs have come to resolve registered complaint/issue. Horrible customer service & internet service.

@VodaIdea_NEWS @youbroadband post registering complaints, customer is now asked to visit office. In case vodafone Idea and YOU both arent interested in retaining customers, there is enough choice in the market. @ViCustomerCare

@youbroadband Very bad connection every time I choose a plan of 1 year the last 1 month very BAD in a week 3-4 days alway problem with connection network fluctuations start everytime I am facing this problem from last 2 years. GTPL better than the YOUBROADBAND. 😡

@youbroadband I am using You Broadband in Pune. Last 2 days the service is down. I raised many tickets but no one cares to respond back. Dont know what happened to network. Such an irresponsible and unprofessional services you provide. why dont u close the shop?

@youbroadband I have been complaining about the issue to one of your engineers since last 30 hours via call and there's no proper response. I can't just keep waiting like this everytime for connection to work for such long hours. I just want the internet to be back right away

@youbroadband Frequent internet service failures are experiencing last so many days in Model Colony Shivajinagar area Pune.Concerned engineers are not serious about customer's inconvenience.Complaints receive same type of answers without any positive action.

@youbroadband Service in Kothrud, Pune disrupted since 3 days.. No internet at all. When called they just keep telling me that there is an outage and keep increasing the estimated time by 2/3 hours... Please look into it

@youbroadband love how you guys send me payment reminders despite my internet not working for weeks on end. Apparently I can't get in touch with even a single service agent to report my problem. Your automated voice call asks me to press 1 for connectivity related issses.
