    @youbroadband I have opened a service request on Monday and still it's unresolved. Called the customer care twice but still there is no solution and no one from you broadband has reached out to us. Very bad experience and pathetic customer service.

    @youbroadband no response from your side in last 24 hrs. I have not internet connection from last 3 days. No technician is visiting to resolve the issue. Now it's important to file an official complaint with TRAI n consumer court @VodafoneGroup

    Pathetic service from @youbroadband Service is down for the last 3 days when complained on the customer care support no appropriate response. Visited the you broadband centre and they refused to help and blatantly asks to reach to customer care.

    The service of @youbroadband is so bad that the only words the technicians know is "Fibre is down" and "Outage". They are hardly equipped with getting the solution done quickly rather than making me wait for 2-3 days without internet. I pity their ignorance.
