    @youbroadband i think you should close down your service in hyderabad since all customers would have moved to other providers. i think i am the only one left.

    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1โ€“2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.

    @youbroadband , @youbroadband1 and @brijeshtiwari08 There is no internet service since 3pm today in Baner area. I have been using You for a long time now. Find it utterly disappointing that there is no ETA.

    Hello, @youbroadband Broadband connection not working since 2 days. Complaint multiple times but no solution. Your executive Israr Kazi visited home but refused to do any thing, say they will work after 24hr only as ticket resolution time is 24 working hours. ..
