@youbroadband sorry to say but you have very poor customer support. In the span of 3 months have faced 6 down time out of which 3 were major and 1 was for the entire day. When raised a complain was told they will revert in 24 hours. In the time of work from home no network?

I have used @youbroadband for more than a year and paid a refundable deposit of Rs. 2K for using their router. Now I want to return the router and get back the deposit but I'm not getting any response. I have also called the cust. care for the past 2 months for this issue.
