    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!

    Stay away from YouBroadband from VI in pune. Been without internet for several days and service requests are unattended. Customers are taken for granted. #youbroadband #Vodafone

    @youbroadband PATHETIC SERVICE. ALWAYS STANDARD REPLIES. Every week I am facing internet connection issues in my area. Today also the whole day I am not able to work as there is no connection since morning. No service or resolution provided after multiple calls to customer care.
