Hello the worst internet ever @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup here comes the issue again this week. It’s been 8 days wow and not even one customer service is answering and the technicians/engineers are useless. Guys why don’t u start a name “cheatingband” instead of youband.

Since a month my Youbroadband is not working and I have already lodged 4 complaints from which 3 complaints have closed without rectifying and 1 complaint is still pending. There is no response from nodal officer. Worst ever service.@youbroadband

still nothing has been recieved from you. Customer care executive has only one thing to say i.e. it's in process & you will receive it soon. It's been more than 45 days already and still no refund has been recieved. Very bad service being provided compared to peers @youbroadband

@youbroadband within 3 hours of installation your internet connectivity is down please provide us continuous connectivity. Your representative is also telling "we don't know what happen". and please try to read the whole tweet and reply accordingly instead of same answers

@youbroadband How can you shut internet of whole city for one day with giving prior notice to your users!! If you have given prior notice we would have planned our work accordingly!! Been Tax practitioner I have to file GST return and due date is on our head! Pathetic service
