@youbroadband Please get your technician to respond, despite many calls, he is not responding, the speed of my new broadband connection in Bandra is less than half of my package. It's causing issues. Kindly respond ASAP. Need it urgently rectified. Am most dissapointed.

My WiFi is down from 02 June evening onwards. I placed my complain on @youbroadband App, also sent e-mail to customercare of You Briadband. But no answer, no update. Most useless service. I am now planning to go to consumer forum if I don't receive any response by today.

@iPranav7 @youbroadband Have no connectivity since 3 p.m. yesterday.. they are not sure when it would be restored. And as there is frequent outage I've asked for immediate termination and refund of balance. I get to hear that plan charges can't be refunded (for the days I have not taken service).
