    @youbroadband @youbroadband they will only done installation but not service. I have been raising tickets through Youbroadband App since Feb 2021. They are simply closed my tickets without attending for it. The said company executives are experts in misleading customers.

    @youbroadband @DLaiwala Interior and pathetic customer experience again and again with no really bothered to solve the local issues customer is facing. Connectivity down since many hours and app not able to take complain. All talking no action @youbroadband do you really care for customers.

    What service are you providing @youbroadband I renewed Wi-Fi pack on 11-August-21 and since yesterday there's ZERO mbps speed! Raised complaint yesterday NO-ONE TURNED UP AS YET. This is your worst strategy to save data which ruin's your customer's weekend. (Vadodara, Gujarat).

    @youbroadband you should rename your Handle to Youbroadband-CareaDamn how to confuse customer company - if you were in Europe you would have closed shop long-time back Renewal pay to you but Static IP charge is collect by Renewal agency What a shame #VadodaraStandTogether

    @youbroadband your services sucks.. despite of repeatedly calling customer service for internet not working complain. No resolution has been provided. I am facing same issue for the past 7days. Incompetence of the technician to identify the issue and resolve it.

    @youbroadband we just have to complain - complain and complain, I paid for a 150 Mbps plan. but hardly get 60 to 70 Mbps. whenever I complain, the engineer doesn't come a single time and your representative on call always promises 24-hour problem resolution. vd_371 user id is

    @youbroadband 2. Change of my address in your app, is not done after provided requisite documents. 3. I can use wifi only 10 mins. To use the same after, I have to restart the wifi everytime. Please consider the issues, resolve them as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards.
