@youbroadband You Broadband. I brought up your connection on the 8th of the march today's date is the 31 March.... Yet I haven't received service. You took money otherwise I would have cancelled it. All the friends told me not to go with you broadband.

How could your service be affected for more than 4 hours almost every day in my area? How are you gonna make it up to us? Your executives do call when it comes to recharge but switch their cell phones off when service is affected. @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare

@youbroadband has the worst service. My pack is 125 mbps and I'm not even getting half speed of it.. Neither is it consistent it goes on and off.

@youbroadband its been 4 days since the network hasn’t been working and I tried calling many representatives and all of their phones are switched off or busy, and they don’t care about calling me back. I even placed an online complaint regarding this, but no response.
