    @youbroadband - could you explain why when there's just a second of lightening, your broadband stops working and then it's been days since the lightening and your services are still not up n running. How is it that urs is the only company that is incapable of handling bad weather

    @youbroadband Very Horrible experience ever had. Firstly your engineer gave me second hand router and due to this connection is not working properly .if connection doesn't work then I recharge add on data pack in mobile.I dint buy your service to lodging complaint 2-3 tm in week

    @youbroadband The internet service has been disrupted since 8-Sept and has never been addressed, despite raising multiple requests service is getting worst, with technicians calling shouting at my parents instead of fixing the service #YOUBroadband #VodafoneIN

    @youbroadband Third class service provider in Rajkot Gujarat Relationship no. 2170248 Since 12 th September complain about the register still no reply from youbroadband Today is 19 September

    Any complaint registered, falls onto deaf ears. If you call to follow up, the employees put you on the block list. And when you call the customer care, the only reply you get is that the technician will come to sort the problem. @youbroadband
