    @youbroadband Even your App is not that useful as for’ Support Now’ in last two years for dozens of complaints it always says same messages and never gets responded.

    @youbroadband you seriously need to look into customer service. My internet is down since last evening. If there is an issue due to rains or any other reasons, I will appreciate an update. Have been following up with call centre since morning with no resolution till now.
