    You people have such pathetic management. You broadband internet is down since the last 5 days and still there is no one who has come to fix it in Rajkot Gujarat after repeated calls to customer service.@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband. MOST pathetic company in India..@AdityaBirlaGrp

    @youbroadband Using your service since 2013 but of late the standards have deteriorated to extents that I told my team to not consider you for our office requirement. Pathetic service doesn't just lose your existing customers but also affects the addition of new ones. Another vi in the making

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
