    The name says all. You have to manage your account, resolve the problems by own. You have to suffer for selecting You broadband. You have to learn software and hardware for services. Multiple complains, mail, calls, still issue not resolved. #CustomerService @youbroadband

    @youbroadband My Internet is not working since last 3 days. Service request is still unattended. Had called customer care yesterday and was assured that my request will be attended within 24hrs, Yet there has been no response from your end.

    @youbroadband A customer for 7 years, my nets down from Monday (probably cyclone) in Bandra, have registered multiple complaints and You has the worst customer service experience. Not sure if this is the lack of funding from Voda Idea or simply that You doesn’t care

    Very pathetic service from @youbroadband. Complained multiple times but did not get resolution and internet is down since 4 days. Customer care executives making false promises to solve the issue within same day. #reasonforchangeprovider #worstservice
