    @scouttanmay @youbroadband Use gtpl bro , no one is reliable then gtpl in whole gujarat. Every other is just garbage.

    @youbroadband your service team is pathetic and terrible. Is it the responsibility of the customer to keep continuously following up with the service team who keeps relaying the work to other personnel as if it is not their job? The worst ever I had.

    Wrost internet service ever faced. No customer support after complaints 12th of aug. No expert solution from experts. Customer care don’t have much answers. Customer can not track the engineer. Even manager doesn’t know about it. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

    @youbroadband my broadband connection has not been working since the 17th of March. Despite multiple calls and complaints registered at your help centre there has not been any response or resolution. Your call centre team can only give me assurances.

    @youbroadband fix the bugs of new app as it's not showing login for existing customer rather asking for new connection and old app is directing to new app
