More than 50 times I called on customer care. Did 3-4 tweets, posts and replies on facebook even email you but still the result is big zero. Such a fraud company.

At the time of connection your engineer said that they will install a battery backup as internet stop working at the time of power cut. Since then I am keep calling everyday on your customer care. 1/n
