    @youbroadband You Broadband service is not reliable. For the last 10+ days, the internet service down in the Gondal area, Rajkot. Not receiving any response or support YOU team. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund me ID: 2103745

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!

    @youbroadband , @youbroadband1 and @brijeshtiwari08 There is no internet service since 3pm today in Baner area. I have been using You for a long time now. Find it utterly disappointing that there is no ETA.

    @youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.
