@youbroadband I don't know what to say about your internet connection & your service. I have raised complaint and almost 24hr complete till time I didn't get single call even I have called to service engineer and he told me sir it will work. But When?

@youbroadband Worst customer service, bogus offers, shady schemes that's all you have in the name of high-speed internet, no matter what plan we take ,100,200mbps. At the end you will give 30-40 Mbps that's it, your engineers are always unavailable.

@youbroadband you need to update the way your engineers operate. Internet is the need of the hour and your engineers simply cannot wrap up their workday at 5.30pm. There is no outage in my area yet my connection is not working. Your call centre has very Ltd responses......#1

@youbroadband the worst internet service provider. Opened many service requests regarding connectivity issue but not resolved till date. Engineers close service requests at their end without knowing whether the problem is solved or not.

@youbroadband Also, every 2-3 days I got the message that your service area down. I really appreciate your service. I am very very much satisfied with your connection and I have decided to not renew your connection and also told my colleague to remove your connection very soon.

@youbroadband ur customer service is totally worse I hv been called to customer care from saturday due to my internet service stop but nothing is happened ,no one technician assigned for my complaint this type negligence could not accpeted by a service provider

@youbroadband the issue is simple and can be resolved in a couple of minutes, now i have to wait (standard response) for 24 hour. Why is this such a challenge esp when it is not an outage. Now your engineers will call me like crazy people before midday tomorrow to ask... #2

@youbroadband pathetic internet service in Hadapsar, Pune area. I'm sick and tired of raising complaints almost everyday but all your technical engineers do is close my SR request without even calling me or knowing my problem. This comes from a YouTube Streamer.
