  @youbroadband You broadband is getting worst day by day after Vodafone took over .. Internet in my area is switched off since last two hours and they are saying uptime is 19:00 .. pathetic!

  @youbroadband Sir, I've observed that the frequent disconnection problem happened because of voltage fluctuation, now electricity department rectified that problem and after that I didn't got any problem, I will let you know if this problem continues.

  @jagograhakjago @JagoGrahakJago_ 1. For the past several days I have been facing internet issues from @youbroadband. Each complaint is given a standard response that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. The issue gets resolved only to arise again.

  Hi @youbroadband I have raised a complaint yesterday regarding my Internet issue. Till now they is no response and your technicians not answering my phone calls. One guys answered my call he are saying they ll come Monday and do it. I am working from Home but now Internet is gone

  I'm having connection problems since 3 weeks from my ISP & also daily raising tickets for the same but the problem seems to persist. I get dropped off from important meetings & calls due to this. Is this @youbroadband showing me door to take my business elsewhere?

  @youbroadband My internet is not working for last 5 days and everyday it is stopped from morning till 6 pm. Customer support is not sharing complaint number as well I can't understand how & why you guys give such a pathetic service
