    @youbroadband you have a third class and disappointing service , shame on you as your app is not on iOS nor your phone lines works. Struggling for last 2 days as no internet . Is this company alive or dead? No one bothers for the customers. Get up and help the customers

    @youbroadband worst internet provider. Internet down daily for atleast 6 hrs daily in evening affecting our work. Raised multiple issues but ticket gets closed. Fix the issue for godsake.

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍

    @youbroadband my Internet services are giving issues since last week…but this service provider has not been able to resolve the issue. Their customer service also sucks. Their online and offline services are awful. Please don’t go for YOU Boradband @youbroadband
