  @youbroadband Pathetic service. Not a single day gone in last 6 months where I have not raised a complaint about either slow internet or connection not working. Very poor service. No resolution yet. I am sure that I am not going to renew @youbroadband again.

  @youbroadband I am two year old customer with YouBroadband partiality observed from YouBroadband. For new customers providing wifi router without a deposit but for old customers, we have to pay a security deposit.

  I am not able to understand, to whom I will contact to get the solution. @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Internet is not working from September 29. I have complaint more then 20 times in last 7 days. Your costomer service department is just fooling me every day. Release my refund.

  @youbroadband I was using You broadband since 2020-21. Earlier I have opt plan of 10 MBPS 12 MONTH UNLIMITED. But as the nearby building was destroyed, my connection was stopped by YOU broadband, Surat. Due to this I was unable to use my remaining 3 months internet service.(1)

  @youbroadband has most pathetic service in the Nasik, Maharashtra region. Your staff don’t even follow up with customers about their issues and don’t answer calls even after more than 5 attempts. I am switching to Airtel today just because of the unethical behavior.
