    @youbroadband Worst Customer service, I have requested for new connection, took money from me prior and when executive reached here, he left saying that there is no option for new connection here, then why it takes 45 business days to refund the customer money?

    @youbroadband I bought 50 Mbps plan and Internet is down from yesterday. It's second time in recent past. Customer care is not even assigning a technician. Locals have switched off their phones. Feeling trapped by choosing You Broadband. #worstservice

    @youbroadband when i just enquired for connection your representative use to call late night also for confirmation. I made payment two days back, now i am calling for service no body is responding. Customer care no. 9121291212,told you will receive complaint number but nothing
