    @youbroadband Dear Team, On 7th July I applied for new connection on your website. In some time I got call from your sales representative. In some time same day I paid for subscription and router. Cable got installed, but 6 days and no router installed. Zero service at starting

    after thousands of complaint for slow internet to @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare in my area vodafone be like "me nahi sudhrunga" no doubtt why youbroadband and vodafone is same

    @youbroadband I have network issues and there is no support from branch and customer service. Even after calling multiple times yet no response ... What else can be more bad than this...

    @youbroadband pathetic customer service of Youbroadband. Network and fibre issues persistent for a week and no one rectifies. Just looting money is their motto!! No wonder @JioCare is increasing their customer base when their competitor's attitude is such.

    Imagine staying in a prime neighbourhood like Bandra West but companies like @JioCare @Airtel_Presence can’t provide you broadband service & you have to stick with the most unreliable @youbroadband 😭😭😭😭😭😭

    @youbroadband my internet is not working for 21 days and according to your policies I am not eligible. You not able to provide solutions on time then sometime you put blame on the customer. When I request to credit 21 days in my account then I am not eligible #fraudster
