    @ViCustomerCare I have even talked to person name Mr. Chirag(Sr. Manager) from Ahmedabad office. He disconnect my call when I asked for solution. You are providing mental stress since 15 days. Took my money in advance and now no proper response. Pathetic. @youbroadband

    No google services affected here in india, everything working fine and smooth The only service affected is my local internet service provider (Pune ) @youbroadband 😒

    @youbroadband my 3m subscription got stopped in 20 days. When I made complaint. No response till it solved my subscription got expired but no refund made till today. Beg for adjust also got wasted.@JagoGrahakJago_

    @ViCustomerCare Ghanta kuchh hoga @youbroadband Account No: 1898048 I would like to inform u of some unprofessional behaviour is going on in which I have been facing, My internet is not working since 29th of November and today 13thDec. An still those Jokers dont have solution. 15 days ho gaya.

    @TikonaTIL Don't buy Tikonna . Go for @youbroadband or any other good company. I paid for their services. Now their engineer took 5 hours but is still unable to complete installation successfully. Their salesman is worst. Don't buy from this spam company.

    @Airtel_Presence a customer moved from @youbroadband hoping your fiber will not drop connections won’t drop frequently, and that’s so true .. It does not drop because it does not even connect at the first place & your installation engineer is not honest , so does your support

    @youbroadband Very bad experience. I applied for shifting of connection and paid shifting charges before 7 days. Still no engineer has contact me. During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

    @ViCustomerCare What do fir do with this link go and browse your youbroadband website ....the customer care doesn't rectify the problem then how can they close the said issue without consenting...don't even bother to ask if this is working or not...
