So what guaranteed that money paid on 15th nov, conn.converted on 18nov and on 8th Dec I am still hearing they will fix how many more days you need?

Have to scavenge through all you broadband numbers on the internet including installation people to get some service support. If your broadband stops for some reason, good luck
