    @youbroadband we have applied for a new connection and after the payment no one is responding from your team. Very disappointed with this service and will not recommend to anyone .Worst experience 😡 please refund our money if you are not doing connection.

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Its the worst. Used it in Pune, and it was a huge disappointment. You can go for Tata Sky Broadband or Jio-Fi/Airtel. These are much better.

    @youbroadband no connectivity since last 72 hours. No action yet despite raising complaint on App and calling customer care 4 times during this period. Absolutely shameful service. @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneGroup

    @youbroadband so many customers have complained and what is the out come , only - “ we regrets “ , do u guys really act on the complaints - heavily suffering at Aundh 411007 . All the times outages . Can any one look in to and give us basic service

    @youbroadband believe or not with few months company gonna shutdown the unit in #india because of their worst service... everyday during my working hors internet doesn't works wts the using internet 😑 😒 i play god that all employees of this company loose their jobs 🥳👹
