@youbroadband New update over internet disconnection of this service - it will take more than 10 days for a disconnection and after 10 days you'll blamed for using internet during disconnection. Tried to speak to the supervisor but, same agent speaks back changing language. 👏🏻

Have you seen internet service providers working in shifts? This can happen only in 🇮🇳 (becoz either we don’t do anything or even if we try, law doesnt punish them) Since 3 days Internet of @youbroadband stops around 2pm 😐

@youbroadband - what a pathetic service! Register a complaint and it gets resolved automatically!!? Without solving the issue, no call no service engineer? And this is ongoing always. I fail to understand how this system runs. Highly dissatisfied!!!!!

@youbroadband my internet is down frequently. Your cust. Care says that the turn around time for resolution is 3 days i.e. 24 "working" hours. Do you think this is reasonable?

@youbroadband it's the 2nd consecutive week(15 days. Everyday) where I lose my internet connection for at least half an hour during my work hours. YOU HAVE WORKING NETWORK. YOUR WORK IS TO KEEP IT WORKING. Don't disconnect the entire locality to add a single user 😑

@youbroadband payment done on 5th feb for new connection. After payment, you’re not even lifting the call. I need the connection today atleast. Such a worst service
