@youbroadband Since Oct Month 2021 I have given my Router and Modem Back to Compay. To get the Deposit Refund, the Policy is of 45 Working Days. Till now March 2022 I haven't received My Deposit Refund. Very Very Bad Experience.Pathethic Services. Never Use Youbroadband

@youbroadband Iam not getting internet connection since 8 days, even after multiple complaints raised through calls, App. None helped. Never seen such irresponsible service, if ur'nt capable of fixing let me know, ill terminate the service

@youbroadband Again No Wifi! What is the problem now?? Keeps going off. I have paid for the full year and I expect it to be working all the time. I will be stopping the service and taking Tatasky broadband. Our work is getting affected by your lousy service!

@youbroadband Account number 2028735 Have surrendered modem 140 days back as I put my own modem, still the deposit amount is not refunded. Every time customer care says another 45 days, now I have started to feel if you people really refund the amount or just give fake assurance

@youbroadband Pathetic service provider in Navi Mumbai. Since 27 Feb 2022 they are not able to shift the connection from one room to another room in same floor, same wing. Even after submitting documents since 5 March. No care of customer. Youbrodband account : 2103952
