@youbroadband Internet not working, complained- no respond, so called yesterday, due to nonworking day, executive accelarate issue,called again today & got reply that it will be attanded today. Still no one came, again called and got answer that its nonworking now so tomorrow.

@youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Your internet service is down in Gota, Ahmedabad-382481 since last couple of days and nobody is fixing it. I tried reaching out customer service through phone and email but no resolution. They create ticket and resolve it in system automatically.

@youbroadband There has not been a single day in the last 1 year where you guys haven't had an outage. I think it's an everyday ritual that your services are disrupted for hours. I would like to get a refund of the subscription fee I have paid.

Connection is down since 19th Dec. I think youbroadband has time machine as they mention in snapshot that they will solve prob at 18:57:50 on 19th dec. They will go back to yesterand resume services on the time. Pathetic service. @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN
