    @youbroadband called customer care they told that assigned technician had made a cal but telling customer is not reachable..its a worst service.. I need my money refund back so I can use a good service from other

    @youbroadband @rsprasad @TRAI Youbroadband Account No. 120865, Circle, Gujarat. Sir, I am facing speed problem a long time. My plan is 100 Mbps and now getting below 20 Mbps. I complained plenty but in vain. I also complained all on 09/04/2021. But nothing done so far.

    @youbroadband Have been facing issues with internet past 4-5 days. It's been really inconsistent. Today the complaint got closed without even providing resolution. The problem still exists. Have raised a new one. Request ID 2021042118690
