    @youbroadband1 @youbroadband I have taken a new internet connection in Surat city on the 6th of this month. For the first 10 days, I faced no issues & was happy with your services But on the 15th of May, I started facing issues disconnections and no internet.

    @youbroadband is downright the worst ISP in the country. Pathetic customer service, at least 5-7 days of downtime every month and no chance of keeping any commitment. Save your money for these thugs! Do not subscribe to @youbroadband

    Not even a single person answering proper on call i am facing connectivity issue from last many days. No engineer come to check the issue. Its better not to take your service if you can compliance properly @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @vodafone
