    @youbroadband I feel you all fraud. Just making fool for sake of money. I have been cheated with false commitments and now one from your Customer Service is ready to speak. Shweta the supervisor from Gujarat seems to be a robot to just keep on repeating same thing. Does some one really care ?

    @youbroadband The worst customer service..Out of 30 days ,20 days the wifi doesn't work.The customer service and employees are soo lazy and get irritated while responding to us.Why do you even hire people and what's with the speed..Worst broadband everm

    @youbroadband is the worst internet service provider i ever saw.. low speed internet, highest rate of disconnections, irresponsible technicians, zero customer satisfaction/care. I do not understand how the requests will be closed without problem solving.

    @youbroadband @AkiKulkarni I have made so many complaints on so many occasions that i do not even bother to complain now. So poor that your net will go down suddenly in the middle of your meeting. And when you complain, they will start finding faults in your wifi router and plan and blah blah.
