    [2/2] @DoT_India this is pure loot by @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband they charge on number of days, but don't provide service. Request your kind attention to this matter as on a National level it is a big scam, and real pain to customers. We don't even get proper reply from team

    @youbroadband @TRAI My broadband internet connection is down since morning of Friday, 05 Mar.  I have made numerous attempts of contacting the local engineer Saddam (8669084518) but he's not answering nor replying to text messages and WhatsApp texts.

    @youbroadband - I have raised several complaints last week about the internet issue I am facing( Relationship No 1765936) but every time it was closed and no fixes were done by the engineers. What kind of pathetic service is this, I am paying for the Highest plan with No internet
