    @youbroadband my complaint got "automatically" resolved today without any confirmation from my end. That's upsetting considering my net issues are not resolved at all.Please take a look

    The service of @youbroadband is so bad that the only words the technicians know is "Fibre is down" and "Outage". They are hardly equipped with getting the solution done quickly rather than making me wait for 2-3 days without internet. I pity their ignorance.

    After relentless calls and sales push I accepted @youbroadband as a service in Visakhapatnam . After 65 days and more with multiple complaints / visits it’s been a horrible horrible experience. Still not sorted. Please look into the matter . Regret it .
