    @ViCustomerCare Inhave alrady done everything which I can do with the youbroadband folks. I have reached youbas myblast hope, if you too. Ant help then I have to stop using this poor and pathetic service.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
