    The most pathetic broadband service ever they asked me to pay I paid they logged into my account and marked my connection as installed even till now no one has arrived for installation. And now they are saying they are not able to install. @youbroadband @youbroadband1

    Pathetic internet service provider @youbroadband at normal time also your internet does not work properly. As you all know most of the people are working from home still you guys do not improve your services. I have no words to describe how unprofessional you guys are.#pathetic

    @youbroadband your services sucks.. despite of repeatedly calling customer service for internet not working complain. No resolution has been provided. I am facing same issue for the past 7days. Incompetence of the technician to identify the issue and resolve it.
