@youbroadband how stupid means the new connection is not even seeing feasibility of the location and applying & sending payment link.. after i pay the amount technician calls and says no feasibility. When will i recovery amount then ? My number 9912199129

Just a PSA : DONT GET @youbroadband The customer service is pathetic. Internet stopped two days before the cyclone and is yet to come back and noone responds.

@youbroadband I had raised five SR from 12th Nov, without resolution case has closed. Issue is, my neighbor has started the construction and my connection is coming between construction, so please shift my connection and let me know without resolution how the case has closed.
