@youbroadband my internet is not working from the past 2 days, i've been complaining about the issue to the concerned people but they r not ready to resolve it, i've been struggling all the time when I faced the issues like this.try to resolve it ASAP. Or else I look for choices

@youbroadband 1/2 It's with utmost regret that I have to tweet of all thinghs about the speed, connection & absolute mindless technical support. For the last 1 month the connection isn't working after your team within the building shifted the connection for reasons they know best

@youbroadband Hi Team, I submitted the modem after disconnecting the youbroadband internet service on 13th Jan 2022. When I contacted the support team regarding the refundable amount they mentioned that the cheque is initiated on 27th Feb 2022 and today it is still in the process

My plan is 75 mbps still not load HD video and on speed test show 25 mbps speed only. I have complain about it but not resolve. Very poor service and Internet. @youbroadband #youbroadband
