    After relentless calls and sales push I accepted @youbroadband as a service in Pune. After 45 days and more with multiple complaints / visits it’s been a horrible horrible experience. Still not sorted. Please look into the matter . Regret it .

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Bro, get your connection terminated and ask for refund. And get Airtel. It rocks. And you'll see the difference in the service within 3 days. You will experience actual speed. I had same problems with Youbroadband for 3months. I am happy with Airtel now.

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband I have also experienced the same horrible experience. My deposit even after disconnection of 2 years before has not been yet refunded despite so many mails and reminders

    dear @youbroadband and @consumerforum_ I have requested to close my account on 6th Feb. it has been more than a month but have not got any update on refund of my deposit. Whenever i call your customer care team they take new request but do not provide status of old request.

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband Yes, had the same issue. Slow internet, too many shutdowns from their side and the customer support is horrible. Once we called their customer support, They said their man will come the next day. He didn't came for a entire week. We kept calling him and kept replying coming tomm.

    @youbroadband this is it. I am not renewing your subscription any more. The breakage has happened again...my children’s school, college and my office work just got dumped out. I don’t know how long the phone hotspot will help...but surely another service provider is just around

    @vikramsathaye @youbroadband @youbroadband is the worst when it comes to providing service. I now have one connection from YouBroadband, one from BSNL and one local fibre provider. Have not had issues with BSNL, and the local provider is very quick to provide service.
