    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband Looks like you don’t want new connections. I have been trying to reach for a connection in Pune for last 2 days, already made payment from the website but no one has reached out for setting up the connection. The customer care service is a joke!

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
