    @youbroadband PATHETIC SERVICE. ALWAYS STANDARD REPLIES. Every week I am facing internet connection issues in my area. Today also the whole day I am not able to work as there is no connection since morning. No service or resolution provided after multiple calls to customer care.

    @youbroadband I not able to access the internet from past week. I created an issue ticket on the 15th, but the assigned engineer has not been responding, and their phone has been switched off. I am unsure of how to escalate the issue, and it is impacting my office work.

    @youbroadband @DoT_India Since months You Broadband has had very frequent and prolonged downtime. Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

    @youbroadband Your update is incorrect — service is still not working at my location. Send a technician by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a Consumer Court complaint. Kindly take this seriously.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Abhiram, I’ve already contacted your tech support more than 50 times — calls, emails, follow-ups — and still got zero resolution. Stop giving copy-paste replies. This has been going on since 11 May. No connection, no refund. Just empty promises #scam

    @youbroadband your service pathetic these days. There is continous disruption for atleast 8-9 daily which is disrupting our work. Pls fix ASAP!!!!
