    @GTPL_Care You are worst ISP. All my complaints get resolved automatically without solving the actual issue. I just want a visit for my router configuration but the complaint automatically resolves. Worst Customer service, @youbroadband is much better

    @youbroadband Your customer care does not respond and your engineer don't reply to call either. Internet is gone from last 2 days. But no response from your team. Registered so many complains from your app. But those are automatically resolved. You don't care about customers.

    @youbroadband The internet service is getting pathetic day by day, everytime we log an issue , we find a message , that theres no engineer around ,and issue persists for more than 2 days.please suggest

    @youbroadband The worst internet service provider. Company should mention in website that internet is available only 4 days a week as other days are out of service as there is some problem in the area. Even the company's Employees are not attending calls.
