Please avoid using @youbroadband , the service is SO bad, you’ll be better off taking a printout of your email and getting a pigeon to deliver it.

@youbroadband will get their money first but won’t provide you service after that. It’s been 10 days since I did the payment. When I try to call the executive for update on installation, he straight away declines my phone call. Is this how you treat your new customers?

@youbroadband Registered for internet connection on last Sunday. Your guy instantly called on same day to get the payment done, its been more than a week now and still no installation. Will get the money first but won’t provide service after, ridiculous. I want my connection asap
