@youbroadband I have opened a service request on Monday and still it's unresolved. Called the customer care twice but still there is no solution and no one from you broadband has reached out to us. Very bad experience and pathetic customer service.

@youbroadband, @youbroadband1 Customer care is taking any complaint for not starting internet, for why delay, pass the senior Customer representatives but they are not given proper answer. They are only update feedback and not registered complaint.

@youbroadband Has the worst Internet Service. Internet is down since yesterday morning. Gives a fake time of resolution and doesn't resolve. Already made more than 10 calls today. No one fixes it. The customer care is like a goat in the wilderness. Completely lost.
