    I wonder if reducing the broadband speed in half every month is their new business model @youbroadband Got 200mbps plan and every few days time, hardly receive 100mbps😨 Have to complain each and every month to get the service we paid for!!

    3 months back we installed @youbroadband in vizag. they gave an offer of 3+1 but after 3 months they said your plan has expired and to recharge again.every two days in a week facing network issue. Experiencing bad service and never recommend anyone. #youbroadband plz resolve.

    @youbroadband Pathetic service from You broadband in Viman Nagar, Pune are. Poor customer support no one responds on time and provides updates. Internet is down since yesterday morning struggling to work, my daughter’s classes are impacted. Can anyone help

    In India, @youbroadband provides “Reconnecting to Internet” experience to its customers in the name of broadband. Their services are down every hour of the day consistently.

    @youbroadband Sir, I've observed that the frequent disconnection problem happened because of voltage fluctuation, now electricity department rectified that problem and after that I didn't got any problem, I will let you know if this problem continues.

    @youbroadband not one is responsible to take complaint seriously. Sab tp karne ate.. Past 16 days has gone but still no one is capable to resolve my issue.. Free me paise chahiye to waise bol do
