    @youbroadband You broadband, your salesperson has misled me and now denies service saying cannot give wired connection in my society. This is a fraud and I demand the amount taken from me to be refunded ASAP. Crf no. CC634330

    @youbroadband Since morning No Internet in the whole society. Dozen of connections suffering and in WhatsApp Group created by you is also silent. Frequently and routinely down and NO Reliability. Vadodara- Dumad area. Large numbers are frustrated and exploring changes.

    @youbroadband 4 whole day the internet was not available, and not yet up, this is not first time, happens once a week. At the time of renewals reps call multiple times, but no response whn there is an issue. Can you guys please do something and fix this at earliest!! Ac#2136824
