Dr. IVNS Raju (@ivnsraju65) reported@youbroadband has got very peculiar field staff in Hyderabad. They will be so humane, until you pay for the new connection. Once paid, they dont lift phone. Never go for this very unprofessional service provider.

During inquiry at local office, no proper answer or commitment was given. Once I become customer they avoid me giving priority.

Have to scavenge through all you broadband numbers on the internet including installation people to get some service support. If your broadband stops for some reason, good luck

Now it's 4.5 days, yet there's no update even after calling multiple times. Ur overall service is consistently pathetic in all Depts
