    @youbroadband Such a pathetic service from you guys. Before 1 year (26/5/2021) my husband had initiated a request to stop the service and collect the the set of box. Their representative Ashok had sent someone to collect the box, when asked for recepit dey said not required...

    Hi @youbroadband, you guys have the worst support. No one bloody cares if internet is working fine. From last 2+ months issues are prominent. On daily basis. & when asked for extra days they say talk to customer care. Customer care says their team will check & let me know. Ctnd.

    @youbroadband Your service is shut since Dec! Your engineers told service is stopped in my area. Asked me to raise refund req! I raised disconnection req in Jan & there’re was no service since Dec/Jan start. So pls refund my money ! @DoT_India

    @RajdeepBhuva @youbroadband I got my refund cheque. I would highly recommend you to file complaint in GRIEVANCE website I filed got refunded in 20 days

    @youbroadband Since three hours your service is down in Vadodara. Even the app and website aren't loading and are down. Can't even lodge a complain there. Complete blackout.

    Who charges for routers these days? @youbroadband you cannot say that installation is free and then come and say that I have to buy my own router. Please cancel my connection request. My Registration # is CC629535
