    @youbroadband Very poor service...i wanted a new connection i paid the money on 27th Nov and today is 5th Dec still just cabling is done I have complained about this on 2nd December and complaint number is 2020120215649 still no action on this...is this the way you work?

    @youbroadband I have raised ticket 2 days back and also called customer care 4 times in 2 days. All my calls were answered with one word- "Issue will be soon resolved on priority" and is not prioritised since 3 days. Such a pathetic service. Please look into this asap.

    @youbroadband It's been almost 3 days now the internet connection is down and I have sent an email to the appellate and also raised a complaint on Mobile app but there is no response from either your customers care or the local operator as to when the connectivity would up.
