    @youbroadband your representative also gave a good replied that why you are not here to receive your check It means you provide services to only Landowners not the tenants living in Vadodara. I moved to another city that's why I am not getting my money back. What a custmr service

    I'm a customer of @youbroadband @youbroadband1 I'm facing many issues regarding internet connection and today the internet connection has gone and I've also called customer care but they're so rude and don't reply properly and also they ignore our issues and didn't solve it.

    @youbroadband Another option was given by your representative that she will send a check through Courier and if don't get a check through then it will be my responsibility, how irresponsible answer you failed to deliver my check from more than 6 months. What a customer service

    @youbroadband Horrible service in Pune. The internet has not been working since morning and there is no one to answer. All employees have changed and new ones don't know anything.

    @youbroadband I have 40mbps plan but getting speed 200-300 kbps. Even my mobile phone internet working faster than your so called fiber. #pathetic #worst service
