    @youbroadband using your broadband for 2 years. Since last month or so my service gets turned off for few minutes every 12 hours. The support team says that it’s for security reason. I want a refund on my current plan as would not have taken your service if this was the case

    @DoT_India Hi.Please take action against youbroadband. Raised multiple tickets and escalation with their customercare and multiple calls from 10 days just for shifting the Connection. Their customer service also talking very rash and disconnecting calls. AccNo 1289353
