@DoT_India is there any law or Grievance channel to complain against ISP like @youbroadband as there is not transparency and lot of problem with customer service and contacts. I am so fed up with regular service down but no one is concern about it. Please help.

Cause phone network is not good either if not could have connected to hotspot, unfortunately need your services in this situation @youbroadband not a fair practice of providing service #nointernet #WorkFromHome #youbroadband has not paid rent as well for DP exchange board in area

@youbroadband 8 connections in our Apt Narol Ahmedabad & most of working from home & service getting worse day by day customer care does not pick up call. What answers to give to our respective companies for not able to work without Internet? Please explain. #nobroadband #WFH

@chintan1605 @youbroadband I'm having youbroadband connection since more than 10 years. A few years back I've stopped using it as thr was connectivity issue every day. It went offline for hours everyday. Now I've recharged again and found that its the same it was 10 years back. Not a 1% improvement
