@youbroadband I had called up customer care last night for internet not working. He said that technician working on it and will start soon. I informed them that no technician working. Internet will start in morning after 8am. And my prediction was right. Is this gonna continue ?

@youbroadband @scouttanmay I'm getting this type of replies since a year.. in SURAT after every 2-3 day your connection/services gets affected by some bullshit reasons and thn we have to wait untill you fix it. It looks like u r doing favour to us. N y you'd care after all we already paid for yearly plan😒
