    @youbroadband Still haven’t heard from anyone, I also contacted your service head in ahmedabad, named - Kaushal. He is also not helping, I dnt understand who do I need to contact get service at this company? Useless and pathetic experience. I’d not recommebd this BB to anyone, I’l cancel too!

    @youbroadband Worst service don’t purchase @youbroadband I have registered a complaint some days a go but no technician or support team is responding. I have called and sent an email also but still i got 3 Kbps download speed. Worst service. Purchase @GTPL_Care

    @youbroadband why are you not supporting payments by corporate credit cards ? I am using your connection and I want to recharge with my corporate credit card, but its not supported by you. Can you help to do the payments with Corporate cards ?

    @youbroadband Still no luck, no one has contacted yet from your team whatsoever, my renewal is coming up this month. If my problem is not resolved, I’ll be cancelling my BB connection along with other friends and family accounts as well, ssly pathetic service.

    @youbroadband my broadband is now down 4 more than 2 months (area- wakad, pune)! No update on resolution! Customer care not responding to cancellation & refund of my 12 months advance payment. Is this your service quality?
