    @youbroadband It's been 3 hours since my internet connection is not working. I tried to lodge a complaint in your app multiple times regarding this issue but everytime it shows the same message 'Error creating complaint'. I also rebooted my router multiple times.

    @youbroadband started showing true colours after a few months of regular service. Every evening it goes down after technical team off the working hours ang get resolved in morning. New strategy to save users from using data. Not even registering complaints. Not going to renew

    @youbroadband Linked number: 9033515100 I suffered till 4 days without internet connection. Change the modem is taking 4 days of time? Is it possible to arrange modem in 4 days of long time. Your engineer argues that modem is not available. When it will come your problem is short it out.

    @youbroadband what a disgusting service you guys are providing to your customer, it's been 5 days of payment for new connection and till now it is not processed none of your Engineer is receiving call or the agent of your company, guys skill person to bluff to customer.
