    @youbroadband Seriously? Main toh pichhle 2 mahine se aapki wajah se hi stress mein hoon. Constant downtime, poor service, and no proper resolution. This is not what you promise in your ads. Please fix your service ASAP or be ready for escalation.

    @youbroadband I don’t live near Jantar Mantar. My internet has been down for over 24 hours despite raising a formal complaint through your app. The issue seems a broken cable, and there has been no resolution. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.
