    @youbroadband , worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. Since the time I installed it, I am constantly facing connectivity issue and I have raised complaint several time on mail and customer care but they have never tried to resolve the issue. PATHETIC SERVICES.

    @youbroadband Your team has done biggest fraud with me made faults promises, took money now no one is responding on calls and msgs, the fraud is done by sales executive Ramesh(9848844485). I escalated my issues to Mr. Dinesh(zonal manager of Hyderabad) but he is least bothered.

    @youbroadband #YOUBroadband I am facing speed issue form last many months, many complaints registered but still facing same issue,When I started, my plan was 60Mbps, and 1 band router for 60 mbps speed ? Customer is not fool as you think😡😡😡

    @youbroadband I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with your service, I renewed my plan on 5th Jan 2021 and sti my internet is not working, I'm working from home and facing lot of difficulties even after paying for 3 months in advance.

    @youbroadband I have not Activated RBS queue as well. Your customer service says we cannot do anything here and they even cannot prove who activated this RBS queue for one month. They are reluctant to provide me the validity till October 2021 for which I had paid around 13,000 Rs
