@youbroadband Registered request to terminate my connection on 26th April through app and after that 8-9 times through toll free number also. It's been more than 2 months but no body has collected my modem. Worst internet service provider. Going to consumer forum very soon.

@youbroadband pathetic service you have. Net down since 10 days. Raised multiple complaints, sent emails, tried numerous calls. The calls have a dead end with no option to speak with CC. Complaints are closed without working, emails are answered. Please fix issues. @TraiIndia

@youbroadband For the last 2 weeks i am facing problem with your internet connection. It is not working. Complaint posted posted on your app and whats app group but nobody responding. When called the admin they dont answer the call. Do you really care for the customer?

@youbroadband what is going !!?? From last 2 months internet has been down for at least 2 hours daily in the name of maintenance. I have been complaining about the same but no one attended and ticket gets resolved by itself and same vicious cycle continues.

Can it be more worse @youbroadband. No response to the customers. No responsibile person (Vapi) nor any service. This is the third cut since yesterday night. Give me a reason to recommend.
