    @youbroadband A customer for 7 years, my nets down from Monday (probably cyclone) in Bandra, have registered multiple complaints and You has the worst customer service experience. Not sure if this is the lack of funding from Voda Idea or simply that You doesn’t care

    Not even a single person answering proper on call i am facing connectivity issue from last many days. No engineer come to check the issue. Its better not to take your service if you can compliance properly @youbroadband @youbroadband1 @vodafone

    @youbroadband My Internet is not working since last 3 days. Service request is still unattended. Had called customer care yesterday and was assured that my request will be attended within 24hrs, Yet there has been no response from your end.

    @youbroadband Can you guys at least have to decency to truthfully inform your customers of time to fix your network issue? You app just resolves my complains on itself and your customer support staff is worse then Automated Services!! Do not use this ISP!

    YOU Broadband services down since Monday, 17th May. What was earlier excellent Customer Care has disappeared since VF takeover!!! Same poor service as Vodafone. THEY JUST DON’T CARE!!! @youbroadband @VodafoneIdeaIN
