    Every time I have to explain same KATHA to new Executive, all give one answer, in PROCESS. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. additionally they are spamming daily with their offers. @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare

    Worst customer care experience i had with @youbroadband, for last 5 days i ternet is not working every time i raised a request they say, in 24hr they will get in touch after 24hr it is cleared but issue still persist. Done with this company worst in the market.

    Then I have called customer care again and they told me not to pay 1000INR as it is not required then may I know why your executive was asking me to pay? Executive name is Sunil Khatik. Will wait for your response @youbroadband @MadYoubroadband
