    Since a month my Youbroadband is not working and I have already lodged 4 complaints from which 3 complaints have closed without rectifying and 1 complaint is still pending. There is no response from nodal officer. Worst ever service.@youbroadband

    Hello the worst internet ever @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup here comes the issue again this week. It’s been 8 days wow and not even one customer service is answering and the technicians/engineers are useless. Guys why don’t u start a name “cheatingband” instead of youband.

    @youbroadband From past two days schedule maintenance were going on... now there is no maintainnce although connection not working in #surat #Gujarat ... No support from customer care. Is @youbroadband extended this 2 days in my plan. #youbroadband

    Hi @youbroadband, you guys have the worst support. No one bloody cares if internet is working fine. From last 2+ months issues are prominent. On daily basis. & when asked for extra days they say talk to customer care. Customer care says their team will check & let me know. Ctnd.
