    @youbroadband absolute waste of time and money. Net is down since 24hours and noone is there to respond.Technician is rejecting the calls, office is not picking up calls,helpline number just gives some generic answers.Also that **** app which is of no use. Fed up of You Broadband

    @youbroadband sucks big time. Every 3rd day they have maintances issue for 2-3 hours, no consistent speed, I have opted for 60 MBPS plan but most of the time its 50, though I have paid for 60. Called customer care about both the issue they said we will look into thia and its same

    @youbroadband internet not working for me for two days (user: kbb202). If users migrate to @jio_gigafiber don't be surprised. Please maintain the user experience while you still have customers.

    @youbroadband It's been almost 3 days now the internet connection is down and I have sent an email to the appellate and also raised a complaint on Mobile app but there is no response from either your customers care or the local operator as to when the connectivity would up.

    @youbroadband , internet not working for a week, ur engg has done shoddy wiring so the society has disconnected my entire building. If the issue is not resolved this week, I am moving to Jio or Airtel. You stand to lose a prominent society (Swapnashilp) in Pune and many customers

    @youbroadband Account number 1543833 Gujarat Surat city.Your company Selling 50mbps & don't have modem for that speed really shameful stop making fool customer by selling this 50mbps speed plan 6 month already expired also renew complaint but stil company don't have modem @TRAI
