@youbroadband frustrating experience in Pune for last 3 months.. all money wasted and hearing all the false promises… don’t buy this service at all… pathetic service. We used it for last 1.5 years but horrible experience.. and because we have paid in advance we are stuck..

@youbroadband is the worst Internet service provider in surat Gujarat. Don't use their service even if they provide it to you for FREE as well. They gets out of service for 23 hrs out of 24hrs. None of the customer executives tries to solve your problem. Think 100 times.

@youbroadband i was customer of you broadband, it has been more than 2 years my plan is not active. i returned modem/router 2 years ago but still havent got refund of modem/router. i have been to you broadband office, multiple calls to customer care but no refund.

Be aware with frauds #youbroadband company takes a deposit from customers for a internet and take deposit amount for modem and says we refund when service will be discard when customer discard service and want to refund that time do not paid to customer #internet
