  @youbroadband finally decided to discontinue internet service from you guys. Thanks to your horrible and pathetic service. Customer care knows nothing. They have a similar line to tell that request updated and escalated on priority but no solution at all.

  @youbroadband my office internet connection is down since 48 hours. Have raised 2 complaints via app and customer care number. Still no service engineer has reached. Kindly let us know if the issue will be fixed or no!

  @youbroadband What a horrible service guys. Your sells guy call me commit installation within 2 days. Its almost a week and no one came for inspection. Now he told me raise complaint and still no update. If I ask for refund, its 45 days. Why can't you say no to refund. Bullshit.
