    A huge 'Up yours' to @youbroadband in #Vadodara. Net giving issues since yesterday. Support ticket raised last night. Engineer has not called me. I called him THRICE and each time I was told he was on his way. He has not reached. The latest update - He is reaching in 10 mins.+

    @youbroadband Whenever there is a problem ur system does not even accept a complaint. The app pops a msg saying u r working on the tech issue that is expected to be resolved by so-and-so time --- funny part is that time has already gone by.

    @youbroadband I am very disappointed with your service, I renew my plan to 30Mbps speed but I am getting only 5Mbps and also internet is getting disconnected frequently. I complained 4 times in 14 but no response yet. I missed my online exam also and I blame you for that.

    @youbroadband World's 3rd class services Never use YB service and internet connection. They don't have staff to resolve connection issue. I requested to YB to shift my connection in mar-23 and still it is pending. They closed issued without any call or msg and enter false remark

    @youbroadband Since last 5 days I am not able to get my Router connected to your CPE. I have tried contacting through your automated phone support as well as through on line complain registering but no one has still contacted me. My relationship number is 1064194

    @youbroadband You never cares for customers. A week before raised complain about continuous disconnection jn net. Executive visited done something but problem not resolved. Now it's severe than earlier. @TRAI what should be done with such prepaid ISP. 3 months advance took.
