    @youbroadband always has speed issue and disconnects itself. Right now too your services are down i had raised ticket yesterday no action taken. You have become worst broadband service provider from best.

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband Fast internet sounds great in theory, but in reality with your service it’s constant downtime and zero accountability. No connectivity, router showing orange light, technician giving false promises and still “no delays”?fix the basics first before talking about business advantage
