@youbroadband Connectivity issues since morning created a ticket at 9 in the morning no one called your customer support sucks even they don't know what's happening i got a notification that service affected will resume at 13:55 way past that time still did not get resolved.

We upgraded to 60mpbs plan with @youbroadband1 for WFH. Each time we have a disconnection, it takes minimum 5 days to resolve. Since Cyclone on 17th May we have no internet. We have made repeated requests for service which have gone unaddressed. @youbroadband @jagograhakjago

Terribly unprofessional customer care service @youbroadband. Registered a complaint for a damaged cable and breakdown of internet services more than 10 days ago! No follow up or redressal whatsoever!
