  Wrost internet service ever faced. No customer support after complaints 12th of aug. No expert solution from experts. Customer care don’t have much answers. Customer can not track the engineer. Even manager doesn’t know about it. @youbroadband

  @YouBroadband Every 2–3 weeks, my internet is down for 2–3 days due to poor service and delayed engineers. I’m now the only user in my society—everyone else has switched to JioFiber. Please improve before you lose me too.

  @youbroadband have collected all support tickets, emails, tweets & call records. I’m waiting till Monday—after that I’ll file a complaint in Consumer Court. I waited this long because your service was good for years, but the last 2 months have been extremely disappointing. Please resolve

  @youbroadband Internet works for some time and then stops for many hours. lights are also not blinking properly, we are told it is “normal.” From your side it may show connected, but here internet is not working properly. Please resolve the main issue permanently instead of temporary fixes.

  @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!
