  @youbroadband worst customer service ever. Since 3 PM my wifi was not working. I called their engineer to complain about the issue. He's not responding to my calls. I called their customer service they told the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. No update from them (1/2)

  Then I called your customer care center and talked with the customer supervisor (Name: Ramayan Chaturvedi) Surat Gujarat office he told me we will look into this in the next 24 working hours. This is not a satisfactory answer. @youbroadband (5/7)

  @youbroadband @VodafoneGroup Application for Connection Shifting placed before 15-Oct-22. Document submitted to Pune Office (University Rd, Aundh) on 15-Oct-22. Still no action initiated. My pack is getting waste day by day Should I go for some other Internet Service Provider ??

  @youbroadband My account number is 2123725. Last month on 30 Sep I have recharged my account twice as one was not reflected in my account. I requested to renew my account but the backend team not provvided any solution and closed my complaint without my consent, its 2 days.
