    @youbroadband I was using You broadband since 2020-21. Earlier I have opt plan of 10 MBPS 12 MONTH UNLIMITED. But as the nearby building was destroyed, my connection was stopped by YOU broadband, Surat. Due to this I was unable to use my remaining 3 months internet service.(1)

    Extent of fraud - power supply taken from private meter ! How can you invade someone else’s meter ?? Pathetic people @youbroadband @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw No one will take action against this internet service provider?

    @youbroadband is the worst WiFi I have ever used. Horrible customer service as well. Do not recommend to anyone. I would rather not have internet at all than use their internet.

    @youbroadband still issue not resolved against complaint No: 2022093008887 reported on 30th Sep, neither there is any clarity from you, every time customer care people says that they have escalated the issue. Is this the procedure you follow against customer complaint @ViVodaidea
