    @youbroadband it's been 10 days for me without internet.i have finally out a service request on 22nd December.. still no response.. the engineer is hardly bothered.. I can't register new request since the previous one is pending. Pls help.. so many days without internet is just

    @youbroadband 18 complaints in last 1 month and still no resolution.Every couple of days services are interupted.Have been using my mobile data for work and education in family.Would not recommend @youbroadband to anyone ever.

    @youbroadband Hi, I have taken new connection, you team have taken advance payment for a year & now they r denying & says speed will b 8th time of availed plan, after objecting he have threatened me for life. Please cancel my connection & provide me refund immediately.Acc 2080788
