    Fraud Company @youbroadband At time of Buying plan Company give Promise for 15 Months, After 13 Month Connection is Discounting. After so much call in CustomerCare, So much Mail to Customercare. Still time No reply and Solve my Problem. What a Poor Management/Company.

    @youbroadband There are multiple downtime in our area Bopal, Ahmedabad since last month and none is answering from support. We are facing downtime since last 17 days.If you dont want to support than let us know we will terminate the connection and also want refund of the payment

    @isthisswiggy @youbroadband I agree…the connection is down for a couple of hours every other day. God knows what they do ! And they are so Teflon coated that any amount of criticism is like water off a ducks back

    Very disappointing service from a well known service provider my connection is already discontinued by my side since October 2021 and today its 21st January I haven’t received my Deposit money back.I request @youbroadband if they can help in this matter. #verydisappointingservice

    @chauhan207 @youbroadband1 @youbroadband Bro its a waste of time to be with youbroadband. There employees don't know anything or else they just ignoring the customer request. If you raised any compliments from app then they will resolve the issues without checking with us. Please change subscriber if possible.

    @youbroadband Extremely pathetic service in surat!!! They test your patience. please don't take this service, Not a single day has passed when the service was not disrupted. Complaint raised will get closed without any resolution. really pathetic service.GTPL is good internet.
