But @youbroadband team, but this is wrong, because of this I'm not going to renew, nor I'll recommend your services to anyone. On sold me on fake commitment, but only once, what about renewal?

@youbroadband I'm new customer from day 1 after installation no internet connection for past 6 day's. Filed complaint on 18 July and today is 23july. Yet not resolved issue. Nice way to treat new user. @youbroadband @youbroadband1
