Very disappointed with @Mach1Broadband's internet and customer service. No resolution since last four days. 3 people in family are working from home, and due to your slow response we have faced high inconvenience. If this continues we will switch to @youbroadband or Homenet🙏

@youbroadband I’m a resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The network connection in my area never works properly, there is always an issue with the connection and the staff doesn’t respond to the calls properly and their behaviour is very harsh towards the customers.

@youbroadband I have been writing and calling your call center from 22nd May still no resolution. Internet is down from 18th May. @vodafone
