    @youbroadband What kind of customer care is this? Every complaints raised through mobile app are closed within 30 minutes without resolving or contacting customer. Even contact number of the technical person attached with complaint is wrong.

    @godbole_shilpa @youbroadband When I used to live in Viman Nagar I had You Broadband Customer Care on my speed dial. Can't believe things are still the same nearly 10 years later.

    @youbroadband @TRAI My internet has not been working properly for almost a month. Every complaint is being closed without resolution. Complaint No: 2026051404926 Please resolve the issue immediately or refund the balance amount paid for unused service. #YouBroadband

    A huge shoutout to @youbroadband for redefining customer service! 🎉 My internet has been down for 4 days. I've called customer care 3 times a day, and not a single technician has shown up. Impressive consistency. 👏 The technician must be taking the scenic route around the 🌍
