  @youbroadband User name : grgajjar Account no. : 1917726 Internet is not working since 8th of January 2021, i complaint for the same on 11th of January yet it's not resolved. I called 5 or six times to 9121291212 but no resolution from support.

  @youbroadband So it has been 6 consecutive days that your service is down in #ahmedabad it always says "no engineers around" on mobile app, are you providing a cab service? And as usual email replies are same automated with no updates. Tell me what to do next?

  @youbroadband it's been 2 hours since raising the complaint regarding internet connection down and no engineer allocated till or no communication happened. Even after paying for 6 months in advanced, getting such service. #DigitalIndia

  @youbroadband - The worst internet service ever. Had their technician came over who wasn't able to resolve the issue as he cannot even determine the problem to begin with. Called them atleast 10 times but no resolution yet.

  @youbroadband discontinuing your service from next month. Horrible service. In the past year, YouBroadband has become horrible. Frequent outages, sudden drops in speeds, bad server routing w/ high ping. No response to messages either.

  @jeevan_sagrar @youbroadband I am also facing same issue. Many times I called and getting same answer. My complaint number is 2021011710474. I raised on 17th. It get closed automatically. But still its showing No internet status. I hope now you will escalate !!
