    @youbroadband Your issue was resolved just 3 days ago, and now the same network problem is back again! How many times are customers expected to suffer due to repeated poor service? This is becoming extremely frustrating. Please provide a permanent solution.

    There’s no option to contact a customer support agent. Earlier, there used to be a Chatbot which is taken down now. Looks like the team does not want a great experience for the customer. Acting like a government office. Absolutely pathetic. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support
