@youbroadband @youbroadband On the time of getting a new cnction, your mrkting guy kept on saying that any cmplaint will b resolved in 24 hours, I have filed a complaint since 8 Feb and there's still no resolution, I have my office work and my sister has exams to attend to, do smthng.

@youbroadband Very poor after sales service in #Vadodara. Sales person not picking up the call or not replying to the messages after selling a plan. Still router not installed at my location despite payment of router completed already. #youbroadband_poor_service

@youbroadband my complaint got "automatically" resolved today without any confirmation from my end. That's upsetting considering my net issues are not resolved at all. 250Mbps plan and I get sub-100Mbps download and .5-1Mbps upload speeds. I didn't pay for **** like this, guys.

@hotstar_helps Our internet provider is @youbroadband Always disconnects every 1 hour automatically. Now I got this issue too. Hope they will fix it today. 🙏🏻
