    @Andy0686 @youbroadband yea this is pathetic .. apparently emailing their appellate authority also isnt much use .. they emailed me that the issue is fixed by replacing my modem .. i emailed them a pic showing 46 MBPS on my 200 MBPS connection .. no reply since @TRAI pls help

    @youbroadband @youbroadband1 still no response from customer care, no service engineer assigned to solve the issue. Kindly solve it ASAP.

    @youbroadband The worst internet service provider. Company should mention in website that internet is available only 4 days a week as other days are out of service as there is some problem in the area. Even the company's Employees are not attending calls.
