@youbroadband Worst customer service.Asking me to come in office to collect cheque in lockdown period.😡 When customers pays the money online, why can't you guys do the same. Also no one reverted back from local office for last 3 to 4 days after i requested delivery of cheque.

@youbroadband hello if any one available please let me know who are responsible for connectivity issue. If you have one month plan and your internet close upto 20 days. So you use 10 day internet service so what about 20 days internet service.

@youbroadband my internet is not coming. The customer care no doesn't work. The service agents no will always be switched off. He switches on only for payment reminding. How many times i have to report my issue to Nidal officers. Fed up with u people. Pls Contact +919989901008
