    @youbroadband I have not Activated RBS queue as well. Your customer service says we cannot do anything here and they even cannot prove who activated this RBS queue for one month. They are reluctant to provide me the validity till October 2021 for which I had paid around 13,000 Rs

    @youbroadband #YOUBroadband I am facing speed issue form last many months, many complaints registered but still facing same issue,When I started, my plan was 60Mbps, and 1 band router for 60 mbps speed ? Customer is not fool as you think😡😡😡

    @youbroadband I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with your service, I renewed my plan on 5th Jan 2021 and sti my internet is not working, I'm working from home and facing lot of difficulties even after paying for 3 months in advance.

    @youbroadband My registered no: is 9825175663. Totally fault is of your team they have disconnected wire of internet cable and so we are facing problem its humble request to you to take some strict action on vadodara service centre depatment.

    Pathetic service by, @youbroadband frequent disconnections, sub par speed, closure of call logs without resolutions. Waste of time, money energy. Stay away, prefer others.

    @youbroadband No Authority helping connecting with me and not even backend team. This is how you manage your service? I even shared all details 2 days back on DM but even twitter customer care is not giving reply. What's the point of long term plan?
