@youbroadband Don't buy you broadband,its fraud company.broadband not working since 3 days everyday when we call, they tell we put your complain on priority base.On day of renew they called me twice and told me that your wifi is working please do recharge,after recharge not working

@youbroadband I opt for 6 months service with advance payment. My service is suspended since last 2 months and I have been continuously visiting BROADBAND Vadodara office but no resolution is provided. I want four months refund. Worst Customer service.

@youbroadband The service is pathetic; just two days ago, the internet was disconnected for two days, and since yesterday, the internet has not worked, and most importantly, none of the executives helped me solve the issue. Almost 7 days internet is not working in month of Dec.

Hey @youbroadband, the Internet’s been down for more than a day now and there has been no communication from you. Called the helpline but wasn’t ‘help’ful. You did not have the decency to provide a reason or a ETA. Pathetic service. @TRAI #ConsumerRights

Dear fourth grade @youbroadband , your engineer came today morning but couldn’t solve it. He said he will send cyber team. Now they are showing fingers to each other. No one responding now. Kindly disconnect & refund asap as you can’t solve it! Worst service!
