    Really regretting option for @youbroadband as the ISP. Horrible after sales service, internet is down since a day yet no acknowledgement. How is person working from home suppose to work with this internet???

    @youbroadband loosing the connection every night and its 38th day and problem still not solved. Service engineer also irresponsible. Your service is worse day by day. Whenever call they replying your problem will solve within 24 hours. Now it's time to shift another ISP.

    @ReheSamay @youbroadband And @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. If you discontinue their service, they'll harass you mentally by calling you 7-8 times a day with offers to reactivate the account.

    What a ridiculous service of you broadband, three month ago I requested to stop the service and send my deposit back.After 3 months no one contact me for that. But today I received message for renewal. @youbroadband
