Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

Hiren Patel (@HirenPoskar) reported@youbroadband Ping to public DNS takes average time 1226ms. Either internet completely shut or very poor speed in prime location. Technical person checks weather I have used 1mb of data last 24 hours, then I request closed w/o visiting or contacting customer.

Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.
