pratik virda (@PratikVirda) reported@youbroadband I was having a you broadband connection and in January suddenly internet stopped working and then I waited full month of January getting frustrated but didn't receive service so i closed my broadband connection out of frustration and my plan was still more than half remaining.

If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.
