Wifi speed of @youbroadband is not even as many calls I did for slow internet connection 😑 Sick and tired of their same replies that their technician will visit the place in next 24 hrs. It's been 7 days now but I think they are on different planet!! #internet #Vodafone

@youbroadband , I need contact number of responsible person who can solved my issue. from 18th may 2021, my broadband connection is not working and i register complained on same day. Till today i did not get resolution. daily twice i called in customer care and raised my concern.

@youbroadband I've a high speen internet connection from last 1 year (Mar'2020) i'm getting very very less speed. Escalated mutiple times. But no proper resolution, Infact your team had asked me to chanae my WIFI router saying it is faulty. Even after chaing router same issue

@ViCustomerCare @youbroadband From 18th May, You Broadband vodafone hasn't been working at all. Customer care is equally pathetic and engineer doesn't show up.
