    @youbroadband - The worst internet service ever. Had their technician came over who wasn't able to resolve the issue as he cannot even determine the problem to begin with. Called them atleast 10 times but no resolution yet.

    @youbroadband Whenever I start using internet, I start facing connectivity issues. I got it for work purposes and I have meetings that will need internet. I guess you expect people to have a connection, pay for it but not use it. Your customer care isn't good enough either @TRAI

    @youbroadband its been only a month and this pathetic ISP has started showing its true colors. So unreliable. Yesterday ans today till 6:40 PM the internet was down. i couldnt work for office. After that also its keep on going down for 5-10 minutes again and again. Stupid ISP.

    @youbroadband very poor services. Money transferred since a week No updates on installation calling your executive since 5 dys no proper replies given NOW he isn't picking up calls, You customer care taken complaints since 2 days but no updates #youbroadband #wifi #broadband

    Worst service ever experienced by a broadband company. @youbroadband. Engineer was not able to establish connection and said that my laptop has an issue. walked away from house and even after repeatedly calling his name "Mohit" was not listening.
