Hi @youbroadband My sister @DeolikarSayali is struggling to solve the wifi issue from past 15days,it's an old setup.We did painting and it's not working, they r just giving different excuses,she paid ₹1000 for a month and not getting service.Complaint no.202202170134.

Hi people at @youbroadband ... It has been 3 months since I put a request for disconnection. Modem ws also collected bt I m still to receive d refund cheque. Everytime I call d customer care people tell me it is in refund ... Nd I hv been getting the same answer from last 1 month

@youbroadband Since three days I am facing connectivity issue particularly in evening in Nizampura, Vadodara. You have not fixed issue till now. Very poor service. Even your customer care is busy.
